Abstract

MSMEs play an important role in Indonesia, which is a country with MSMEs accounting for 60 percent of the gross domestic product, and able to provide 97 percent of the total national workforce. This shows that MSMEs play a major role in economic development in Indonesia at IDF 2019. The key to economic development through MSMEs is collaboration or partnership. Gojek Indonesia through the Go-food service is here to help MSMEs, not only marketing services for culinary products, but financial services with Gopay, delivery services with Gojek, digital operational services in terms of recording with Gobiz. Therefore, it is important to know the impact of digital transformation on MSMEs, especially in partnership with Go-food. Knowledge of this impact will be very useful for Go-food companies to develop the competitiveness of Go-food partners, especially in Denpasar. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital transformation on business performance of SMEs in Denpasar. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative, namely by using a questionnaire and in-depth interviews with research respondents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see whether there were differences in the financial performance and stock performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange at least make up the research population. The sample of this study amounted to 487 companies. Research data were collected through purposive sampling. The results showed that the variables of liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, solvency ratios, and activity ratios had significant differences. Between before and after the Covid-19 pandemic, the liquidity ratio (current ratio), profitability ratio (return on assets), and activity ratio (asset turnover) all decreased. Meanwhile, the solvency ratio (debt to equity) all increased.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the practice of receivable management and its effect on the level of liquidity of the company PT Jaco Nusantara Mandiri Medan. The sample in this study was taken from the financial statements of PT. Jaco Nusantara Mandiri Medan for three years, namely 2016, 2017 and 2018. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis using ratio analysis as a measuring tool. The results of the analysis carried out show that the company's receivables management has established a loose credit policy and a passive collection policy, as well as. Receivable Turn Over (RTO), ACP, and AIOR performance continues to decline every year. This decrease shows that the ineffective management of the company's receivables management will affect the decrease in the company's liquidity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, benefits, and risks on interest in using shopee paylater, with the use of shopeepay as a mediating variable, because the importance of something that can trigger individual interest in something that already has an image is avoided. This type of research uses quantitative research with a total of 100 respondents through purposive sampling. The results of the study indicate that there is a direct and indirect positive and significant effect of perceived ease of use, benefits, and risks on Shopee PayLater, and through the use of Shopeepay, with a t-count > t-table, and the significance of t < 0. And the effect value indirect which is greater than the value of the direct influence between variables. So that all research hypotheses can be accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of health by using a capital level measurement approach and to determine the level of satisfaction of the bank's financing support at PT. Gresik Petrochemicals. The data used in the study used primary data and secondary data. The primary data used are sourced from in-depth interviews with the Vice President of Finance, AVP of Treasury, fund management staff, and project administration at PT. Gresik Petrochemicals. As for the secondary data in this study, it was obtained from the annual financial report (annual report) that has been published by each bank through the Indonesian Financial Services Authority during the range of 2019 – 2020. The data analysis technique uses a soundness level measurement with a capital adequacy level (CAR) approach. and gap analysis. The results of the study show that aspects of the ease of the financing process, low service fees and low interest rates on loans provided by banks on the assurance dimension as well as aspects of bank reputation and account security on the reliability dimension are also aspects that are considered the most important for PT. Petrokimia Gresik in determining or selecting a bank as financing. The results of measuring the level of satisfaction expectations using gap analysis show that BNI, MUFG and Mandiri Banks have an average overall level of satisfaction with dimensions close to what is expected by PT. Petrokimia Gresik with a satisfaction level of more than 95 percent or 98.49 percent, 97.19 percent and 95.49 percent respectively. Until now PT. Petrokimia Gresik in choosing or determining which bank to use for financing is still focused or only considering the service aspect. Measurement of bank soundness level has not been taken into consideration by PT. Petrokimia Gresik in the selection of banks for financing. The results of this study indicate that all banks that have been providing financing facilities are categorized as very healthy with CAR values ​​above 12 percent. MUFG holds the largest CAR value with a value of 88.19 percent.

Abstract

This study is examining the effect of product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) on the customer satisfaction of ALFAMIDI shop ring-road 3 with a total of 90 respondents in this study conducted in 2021. This analysis includes classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t-test and F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the analysis using the t-test can be seen that the independent variable namely product quality (X1) has a positive but not significant effect partially on the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction (Y) while it is known that the independent variable namely service quality (X2) has a positive but not significant effect partially on the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction (Y). The results of the analysis using the F test can be seen that the two independent variables, namely product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) together have a positive but not significant effect on the dependent variable namely customer satisfaction (Y). The results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination are known that 01.2% of employee performance can be obtained and explained by product quality (X1) and service quality (X2). While the remaining 98.8% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 2 Kota Binjai is one of the most favorite high schools in Binjai City and one of the oldest high school no. 2 in Binjai City so that researchers feel challenged to provide input and solutions to advance SMA Negeri 2 Binjai City. This study aims to examine the effect of work facilities and leadership style on teacher performance, which has a total sample of 70 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with data processing using SPSS 22.0. The results of this study can be seen if work facilities and leadership style have a partial or simultaneous effect on teacher performance with a large coefficient of determination of 0.785 or 78.5% and it can be said that the close relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable is strong. While the rest is in other factors.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of product quality, price, promotion, and service quality on customer loyalty of MSME Leather Handicraft Bags and purchasing decisions on customer loyalty. This research is quantitative descriptive. This research involves MSME customers of leather bags. This study took a sample of 150 people. SEM with Smart PLS 3.3.7 was used to analyze. According to the research, purchasing decisions are included in partial and full mediation, and product quality, price, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, while service quality has a positive but not significant effect. Abstract

This research was conducted on Shopee users at SMAN 13 Bandung alumni. The purpose of this research is to find out how much the price and free tagline contribute to purchasing decisions, either partially or simultaneously at Shopee. The research method that will be carried out in this research is descriptive method and associative method. In this study, the unit of analysis is the individual, namely the alumnus of Shopee SMAN 13 Bandung. The sample in this study were 125 respondents. Sampling using judgment sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, in addition to testing the validity and reliability of the research instrument. Based on the results of the study indicate that there is a partial or simultaneous influence of price and tagline variables on purchasing decisions. The implication of this research is that Shopee can maintain price variations to compete with other e-commerce and realize the free shipping tagline so that consumers decide to buy at Shopee e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, product variations and promotional activities on the purchasing decision of Viva Cosmetics. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method, the variables in this study were 3 free variables (X) namely the influence of product quality, product variation and promotional activities and bound variables (Y) namely purchasing decisions measured using primary data from questionnaires. The population in this study were consumers who would buy and use Viva cosmetics by calculating samples using a nonpropablity sampling method with an accidental sampling technique consisting of 100 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis and t test using the SmartPLS3.3.3 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of product quality on the purchasing decision of Viva Cosmetics with a value of 38% (0.380). There was a positive and significant effect of product variation on purchasing decisions at Viva Cosmetics with a value of 48.2% (0.482). The promotion has no effect on purchasing decisions Viva Cosmetics by 9.3% (-0.093).
