Abstract

This study aims to determine how the positive and negative impacts of using the Tiktok application on interest and achievement in PAI learning on students at SMAN 1 Langsa and to find out how to increase interest and achievement in PAI learning on students at SMAN 1 Langsa. Interest in learning, especially in PAI subjects, is very important. If children experience dependence on the Tiktok application, this will affect interest in learning so that it reduces study time and student achievement will decrease because the concentration of learning in children is reduced. In using the Tiktok application, it is also not good if done continuously. If done continuously, it will result in someone being addicted to using the Tiktok application, so that interest and learning achievement in students decreases. This research is a type of descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. While data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that between the positive impact and the negative impact of using the Tiktok application, there were more negative impacts, the positive impact was only to fill students' boredom and the negative impact resulted in students not concentrating on learning, lack of interest in learning religion, and students' learning achievement decreased, students use their cellphones more to use the Tiktok application every day for at least 4 hours each time using the application so that students do not read books, do not do the homework given by the teacher and the teacher explains the lesson students are sleepy because they stay up late using the Tiktok application until late at night.

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that in PAI learning teachers still do not maximize the use of methods, students' interest in learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects is still low. This research aims to find out how to increase students' interest in learning using the chain whisper game method on the material on faith in Qada and Qadar class VII.I MTs MIM Langsa. This research is classroom action research (PTK), this classroom action research was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects in this research were class VII.I students at MTs MIM Langsa. The data collection technique is in the form of data from observations of students' learning interest during the learning process using the chain whisper game method, the use of tests for student learning outcomes and also documentation. The results of this research indicate that there is an increase in students' interest in learning. This is proven by the results of observations that there was an increase in student interest seen in the pre-cycle, with an average of 31.24%. Then there was an increase in cycle I, namely 57.30%, then there was another increase in cycle II, namely 93.05%. Furthermore, the increase in student learning outcomes was proven by the sum of the pre-cycle scores of 12 students, only 1 student achieved kkm with a score percentage of 27%%. The increase occurred in cycle I with 8 students completing and getting a percentage score of 75%. Results continued to increase in cycle II by 85% with 15 students completing.

Abstract

Projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5) bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pelajar pancasila yang berperilaku sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip pancasila, yaitu beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan YME, berkebhinekaan global, gotong royong, mandiri, bernalar kritis, dan kreatif. Projek P5 memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk belajar melalui teman, guru, dan diri sendiri untuk memperluas pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan problematika guru dalam menerapkan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5) di kelas IV SDN Purwosari Baru 1. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang di lakukan di temukan bahwa guru kelas IV SDN Purwosari Baru 1 masih mengalami berbagai permasalahan terkait penerapan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. Jenis penelitian pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV yang berjumah 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menyimpulkan hasil. Pengujian keabsahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kesulitan guru dalam menerapkan projek P5 yaitu kesulitan dalam: (1) merancang topik projek P5, (2) memanfaatkan sarana dan prasarana, (3) mengalokasikan waktu, dan (4) merancang modul projek. Kesulitan guru dalam menerapkan projek P5 ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor antara lain: (1) belum adanya guru penggerak, (2) kesulitan mengakses PMM, (3) kurangnya pelatihan untuk guru, dan (4) Kurangnya fasilitator (guru pendamping).

Abstract

Artikel ini berjudul “Pelaksanaan Administrasi Kepegawaian di SMP Negeri 44 Palembang”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan administrasi kepegawaian di SMP Negeri 44 Palembang, dan untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan administrasi kepegawaian di SMP Negeri 44 palembang. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitain kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 44 Palembang. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, kepala tata usaha, guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan abservasi, wawancara dan dokumntasi, sumber data diperoleh dari informan kunci yakni kepala tata usaha dan informan pendukung yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan administrasi kepegawaian di SMP Negeri 44 Palembang sudah berjalan dengan baik karena hal ini dilihat dari segi waktu yang dilaksanakan lebih efektif dan efisien jika menerapkan, komunikasi antara pemimpin dan karyawan sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan dan Lembaga, koordisi adalah proses mengintegrasikan (memadukan) menyingkronisasikan dan menyedehanakan pelaksanaan tugas yang terpisah-pisah secara terus menerus untuk mencapai tujuan secara efektif dan efisien, motivasi adalah suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh atasan atau pimpinan terhadap bawahnya agar bekerja dengan baik dan semangat melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawab, pengarahan yang baik bukanlah suatu bentuk kedikatatoran. Peran pekerja mengharapkan dapat diberikan informasi-informasi yang diperlukan mengenai jumlah, kualitas dan batas kebiasaan berpengaruh pada semua bentuk pengarahan.

Abstract

Munculnya perilaku seksual di kalangan pelajar yang marak belakangan ini tidak terlepas dari pengaruh era globalisasi yang dianggap sebagai bentuk modernitas bagi sebagian pelajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana upaya pencegahan terhadap prilaku seksual dengan meningkatkan nilai religius siswa di Mas Al-Asy'ariah Medan Krio. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan studi dokumenter, wawancara, observasi. hasil analisis dan pembahasan penelitian tentang upaya pencegahan terhadap prilaku kekerasan seksual dengan meningkatkan nilai relegisu siswa mengantisipasi agar dampak seks bebas dan kekerasan seksual tidak tumbuh dan berkembang di sekolah sehingga tidak mempengaruhi siswa lainnya. maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut yaitu dengan cara Mengaktifkan salat zuhur berjamaah, dan salat duha di masjid sekolah, Mengikuti sosialisasi bahaya pergaulan bebas, Memberikan bimbingan dan nasehat, Menegakkan disiplin sekolah, Memilih materi pendidikan agama islam tentang seks bebas dan kekerasan seksual, Melakukan skorsing, Memberlakukan sanksi dan pemanggilan orangtua.

Abstract

Children with special needs with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and autism have unique challenges in their development and learning. Children with ADHD often have difficulty focusing and difficulty communicating, social interaction and difficulty controlling behavior in structured environments such as schools. The benefit of this study is to find out how far away counselors play in inclusion schools. This research method or approach uses observations, interviews with counselors, and accompanying teachers at the Al-Jannah Islamic School of Science. The purpose of this study was to find out how a counselor or a co-teacher who handles the school's crew members and supports the school in developing an inclusive learning program. The result obtained from this study is that the role of a counselor or a companion teacher is very important in helping children with special needs (ABK) adapt in the school environment.

Abstract

Dari hasil wawancara dengan guru kelas IV di SDK Sang Timur Yogyakarta, peneliti mendapatkan informasi bahwa peserta didik di kelas tersebut belum disiplin. Selain itu, hasil belajar untuk Pendidikan Pancasila materi hak dan kewajiban belum mencapai KKM (70). Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Metode yang peneliti gunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan tes. Subjek penelitian adalah 15 peserta didik kelas IV di SD tersebut, 9 laki-laki dan 6 perempuan. PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) yang dilakukan peneliti terdiri dari 2 siklus, dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan media visual. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam sikap disiplin dan hasil belajar. Persentase peningkatan sikap disiplin: dari ketagori sangat disiplin, meningkat dari 27% di siklus 1 menjadi 47% di siklus 2. Pada kategori disiplin, meningkat dari 13% di siklus 1 menjadi 40% di siklus 2. Persentase keberhasilan belajar juga meningkat dari 60% di pra siklus menjadi 80% di siklus 2.

Abstract

This research is a type of PTK research, by implementing a jigsaw type cooperative learning model in class X-2 of SMA Negeri 2 Medan, the aim of this research is to improve student learning outcomes. The number of students in class X-2 is 36 students. The subjects in this research were class X-2 students who were part of the population of this study, the population in the study were class This research consisted of 2 classroom action cycles, cycle 1 stated that the class average score was 86.4 which was quite good, however in cycle 1 there were still students who had not yet completed the KKM, namely a score of 75 even though their classical completion exceeded 83%. Then in cycle 2, the data on student learning outcomes obtained an average class learning outcome of 95 which was in the very good category 85%.

Abstract

Improving learning outcomes is the goal of this classroom action research, student learning outcomes in history learning through Project Based Learning (PjBL) model with a Cultural Approach (CRT) in class XII MIA 3 SMA Negeri 3 Medan. This research is a type of classroom action research (PTK) with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. This research was at SMA Negeri 3 Medan. Class XII MIA 3 students, totaling 36 students, were the subjects of this research. This research was carried out in two cycles, while the data collection techniques used were observation, tests and document review. The research results seen that through the application of Project Based Learning with a Cultural Approach it can improve the learning outcomes of class XII MIA 3 students at SMA Negeri 3 Medan. This increase is proven through the presentation of learning outcomes in class which has increased, namely pre-cycle 41.66%, cycle 1 66.66% and cycle 2 86.11%. This means that it can be concluded that based on the results of the percentage of graduates who achieved a learning outcome score of more than KKM = 75 in cycle 2 = 86.11%, the Project Based Learning model with a Cultural Approach is said to be successful.

Abstract

This research is background based on students during collaborative learning or discussions, because not all students have the same learning abilities and active participation. Therefore, researchers have a strategy to overcome this problem. In this research, the researcher used Classroom Action Research (PTK) as a method. Improving the learning outcomes of class XII MIA 7 students at SMA Negeri 3 Medan is the aim of this research by implementing the TGT learning model. The subjects at this were 36 students in class XII MIA 7, consisting of 22 female and 14 male students. The research implementation followed the PTK flow referring to Kemmis and McTaggart, with stages of pre-action, action, observation and reflection. This research was carried out in 2 cycles. Results of the application of learning in cycle I were student activity 72.31, teacher activity 76.13, classical absorption 74.30% and classical completeness 73.39. The learning outcomes of cycle I students do not meet the specified indicators of completeness, namely a minimum of 80% classical completeness. Then proceed to cycle II, by reflecting and correcting the shortcomings that occurred in cycle I. Application of this TGT model in cycle 2 after reflection, namely student activity 82.30, teacher activity 85.28, power classical absorption 79.97% and classical completeness 81.65. Results of using the TGT model in cycle II prove that TGT model is able to improve the quality of learning outcomes for class XII MIA 7 students at SMA Negeri 3 Medan
