The phenomenonof child involvement in narcotics crimes, whether as users, dealers, or couriers, is a very complex legal and social problem in Indonesia. Children are often exploited by narcotics distribution networks because they are considered safer from legal threats. This creates its own problems in the criminal justice system, considering that children are in the positionof perpetrators andvictims who needspecial protection. Based on these problems, this study was conducted to analyze the judge's considerations in imposing criminal sanctions on child perpetrators of narcotics crimes andto determine the results of the legal analysis of the judge's considerations in Decision Number: 12/Pid.Sus-Anak/2024/PN.Sak based on the principles of child protection and the principles of restorative justice. This study uses a normative legal research method, with the object of research in the form of Decision Number: 12/Pid.Sus-Anak/2024/PN.Sak. The approaches used in the study are the statutory approach and the case approach. The results of the study indicate that the judge's sentencing ofchildrenin Decision No. Case No. 12/Pid.Sus-Anak/2024/PN.Sak reflects an effort to balance punishment andrehabilitation. Although the judge has considered age, social background, and provided job training, child protection and restorative justice approaches have not been comprehensively implemented. Children as victims of exploitation have not received adequate psychological recovery, education, or social reintegration. Therefore, the juvenile criminal justice system needs to prioritize rehabilitation and the best interests of the child, rather than solely punishment. The judge's decision in case No. 12/Pid.Sus-Anak/2024/PN.Sak does not fully reflect the principles of child protection and restorative justice. The child only acts as a courier, is under the influenceof an adult perpetrator, and comes from an unsupportive social environment. Despite showing remorse and cooperation, the judge still sentences him to imprisonment without considering alternatives such as diversion, rehabilitation, or social rehabilitation. The legal approach taken is morerepressive and formalistic, inconsistent with the educational and restorative objectives of child punishment. Therefore, this decision shows the needto strengthen the application ofmore humaneprinciples of justice towards children in the criminal justice system.

This research evaluates the execution of the archival disposal policy from 1968 to 2019 within the General Bureau of ANRI. The study highlights the gap between policy and implementation that caused record accumulation. A qualitative case study methodology was employed, with data gathered through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results reveal that the disposal activities successfully decreased the archive volume by 63.83%, aligning with the records retention schedule. Nevertheless, efficiency is hindered by insufficient human resources and protracted bureaucratic processes. One participant noted that ‘the implementation was postponed; it was intended for early in the year, but was executed in August, highlighting the issues of time constraints. The policy is deemed suitable but ineffective in practice. Suggested improvements include augmenting human resources, digitizing verification processes, and enhancing standard operating procedures.

This study aims to analyze the legal basis and responsibilities of notaries regarding the use of fingerprints as proof of identity in notarial practice. Furthermore, this study also seeks to assess the accuracy of fingerprints as authentic evidence that can guarantee the authenticity of legal documents and legal protection for the parties. The research method used is normative (doctrinal) legal research with a statutory approach and library research. Data were obtained through literature studies, analysis of laws and regulations, and interviews with notaries to strengthen the empirical findings. The research results show that fingerprints have a high accuracy rate (97–99%) in the identity verification process, making them legitimate for use as scientific evidence in notarial practice. Legally, the legal basis is derived from Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning the Position of Notary Public, the Civil Code, and Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning the Protection of Personal Data. Notaries are responsible for the use and storage of fingerprint data from the applicant. The application of the principle of prudence and personal data protection is essential to ensure that the identity authentication process does not result in legal violations. The conclusion of this study is that the mandatory use of fingerprints in notarial practice strengthens the authenticity of deeds, provides legal protection for the parties, and is an important step towards the digitalization of notaries that is safe and accountable

This bibliometric study analyzed the research dynamics of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) during the 2020–2025 period using data sourced from Scopus. The analysis revealed that Asia dominates publication contributions with 209 documents, where China, India, Indonesia, and Malaysia were identified as the main contributors. The pattern of international collaboration showed concentration around regional hubs such as the United States, China, and Indonesia, while cross-continental collaboration remained relatively limited. In terms of disciplines, business, management, and accounting remained the most dominant field (33.6%), yet there was a significant increase in contributions from environmental science and decision sciences, reflecting a shift in eWOM research themes toward issues of sustainability and environmental responsibility. The journal Sustainability Switzerland was identified as the most productive publication outlet, indicating the integration of eWOM themes within the discourse of sustainable development. This study not only updates the mapping of eWOM research post-2018 but also unveils the evolution of more interdisciplinary and sustainability-oriented themes that have not been identified in previous bibliometric studies

This research employed a bibliometric analysis of 170 Scopus-indexed articles from 2020 to 2025 period to map the intellectual landscape and current trends in service recovery research. The analysis revealed that publication trends peaked in 2022, followed by consolidation and deepening of themes in subsequent years. Business, management, and accounting fields dominate (50%), with the United States and China being the main contributors. Keyword network mapping identifies a significant shift in research focus from traditional concepts toward digital technology integration, with artificial intelligence, chatbot, and social media emerging as the most relevant and interconnected topics. This research key findings highlighted the identification of brand-related dimensions (brand trust, brand equity) as increasingly crucial but still fragmented thematic clusters in the literature. Additionally, potential areas for future research were mapped, particularly in underexplored domains such as Generative AI and specific industry contexts. This study, hopefully, complements previous bibliometric research limitations by presenting a more up-to-date temporal scope and a sharper analytical focus on digital and brand contexts

This study develops a comprehensive spatial modeling framework for optimizing halal zones dedicated to warehousing and distribution within industrial estates in Indonesia. Employing Geographic Information System (GIS) tools—particularly QGIS—the research integrates buffering, overlay, and zoning analyses to identify and evaluate potential halal-compliant industrial areas based on accessibility, land suitability, and contamination risk. Data from West Java’s industrial corridors reveal four viable sites (KM42, KM62, KM71B, and KM72A), with KM72A demonstrating superior strategic positioning due to high connectivity, low contamination risk, and ample capacity. The proposed model conceptualizes halal zones as integrated spatial entities designed to ensure strict product segregation, traceability, and adherence to Islamic principles. The study bridges theoretical constructs of halal assurance with pragmatic spatial planning methodologies, offering a replicable GIS-based approach to halal industrial zoning. From a policy perspective, it provides actionable insights for governments and industry actors to strengthen halal logistics infrastructure, thus supporting Indonesia’s ambition to become a global halal hub. The fusion of geospatial analytics and halal governance in this study represents a strategic advancement toward transparent, efficient, and sustainable halal industrial ecosystems.
