Abstract

Self Control of students today are often problematic in carrying out learning. Self control is certainly influenced by many factors. This study aims to analyze and determine the relationship between democratic parenting patterns and religiosity on self control. This study is included in quantitative research that is associative causal. The sample of this study was 106 students spread across SMA MAN 1 Medan. The research data were collected using a research scale that was declared valid and reliable. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that (1)There is a relationship between democratic parenting patterns and self-controlis 4.150 > t table 1.98 and the Sig. value is 0.000, which is < significance level 0.05, then Based on the research results, it can be concludedmeans that the level of democratic parenting patterns is high and lowhaving children can increase or decrease self-control. (2)there is a relationship between religiosity and self-control.From the results of the statistical analysis, it was found that the correlation coefficient rx2y was 0.572 with p < 0.05, thus it can be concluded that the amount of religiosity received by children will be able to increase or decrease self-control. (3)There is a relationship between democratic parenting patterns and religiosity with self-control.From the results of statistical analysis, it was found that the regression coefficient value of the Democratic Parenting Pattern variable (X1) is 0.439, which is positive. This means that Democratic Parenting Pattern (X1) has a positive effect on Self Control (Y). It is known that the t statistic or t count of Democratic Parenting Pattern (X1) is 4.150> t table 1.98 and the Sig. value is 0.000, which is <0.05 significance level. Thus, it can be concluded that democratic parenting patterns and religiosity together have an effect on self control, the contribution of both in increasing children's (students') self control is 36.8% while the remaining 63.2% can be explained by other variables outside the variables proposed in the study. Democratic Parenting Pattern (X1), Religiosity (X2) are able to influence Self Control (Y) by 36.8%, the remaining 100% - 36.8% = 63.2% is explained by other variables or factors.

Abstract

The increasing environmental awareness among consumers has prompted companies especially in the bottled water industry to adopt green marketing strategies, including the use of eco-labels and sustainable packaging. Despite these efforts, the effectiveness of such strategies in influencing green purchase intention remains inconsistent across different consumer segments. This study aims to investigate the effects of green product awareness and eco-labels on green purchase intention, with green perceived value serving as a mediating variable and trust as a moderating variable. Employing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 314 Environmental Engineering students in DKI Jakarta through proportional random sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the relationships between variables. The model demonstrated good overall fit based on various goodness-of-fit indices. The findings reveal that both green product awareness and eco-labels significantly influence green purchase intention and green perceived value. Green perceived value also directly enhances green purchase intention and mediates the relationship between eco-labels and purchase intention. However, the mediation effect of green perceived value between green product awareness and green purchase intention was found to be insignificant. Furthermore, trust was shown to strengthen the influence of both green product awareness and eco-labels on green perceived value. This study concludes that enhancing consumers' trust and perceived value of environmentally friendly products is critical for driving green purchase intention, especially among young and environmentally conscious individuals. The findings contribute to the literature by clarifying the role of perceived value and trust in green consumer behavior. Practically, the study suggests that companies should not only increase awareness and labeling but also foster trust and clearly communicate the environmental value of their products. This integrated strategy is vital for shaping sustainable consumption patterns in emerging markets.

Abstract

This study explores the relevance and development of Corporate Universities (Corpu) in the public sector, particularly in supporting strategic learning, human resource development, and institutional transformation. The objective of this study is to systematically map the scientific landscape of Corpu studies in public organizations using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. This study applies the PRISMA 2020 guidelines and the TCCM (Theory–Context–Characteristics–Methodology) framework, with article selection conducted through the Scopus database. A total of 48 articles from 1983 to 2025 were analyzed based on predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data were processed using VOSviewer for bibliometric mapping and thematic clustering. The results indicate increasing academic interest in Corpu, dominated by publications from the UK, US, Russia, and Indonesia. The review identified two conceptual frameworks: the Learning System Readiness Framework and the Integrated Learning Value Framework (i-LVF), which combines Outcome-Based Management, ADDIE, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to strengthen Corpu implementation. This study concludes that although Corpu has gained recognition as an innovation in public sector learning systems, its implementation in developing countries remains under-explored and requires further empirical validation.

Abstract

Agro-industry development is one of the priorities of Aceh's economic development which is based on increasing agricultural sector production as a source of raw materials for industry. The Aceh government has established the development of special economic zones as one of the strategic steps for economic development. This study aims to analyze the logistics system to support the development of the Aceh Special Economic Zone agroindustry in Lhokseumawe and its surroundings. This study uses a survey method by collecting data from various sources that will play a role in the development of agro-industry in this area. The input-output analysis model is used to see the role of each subsector in supporting agro-industry in the region. The research results show that the plantation sector is one of the providers of agro-industrial raw materials that still has the greatest opportunities with a raw material availability coefficient of between 111 and 239 percent. The main plantation commodities as raw materials are coconut, palm oil, coffee, and cocoa. The logistics index of raw material availability is 28 percent. Therefore, the Aceh Government prioritizes agro-industry based on the potential availability of agro-industry raw materials.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of financial well-being, financial literacy, and income on financial inclusion, as well as to assess the moderating role of socio-cultural factors in these relationships. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method. The study population consisted of individuals of productive age residing in the Medan Area Subdistrict. A purposive sample of 100 respondents was drawn from two urban villages with distinct socio-economic characteristics. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings reveal that financial well-being, financial literacy, and income significantly influence financial inclusion. Socio-cultural factors also exert a direct and significant impact on financial inclusion. However, when tested as a moderating variable, socio-cultural factors were found to significantly moderate only the relationship between financial well-being and financial inclusion. In contrast, no significant moderating effects were observed in the relationships between financial literacy and income with financial inclusion. These results highlight that economic participation in formal financial systems is shaped not only by individual financial conditions but also by the cultural values embedded within the community.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy, particularly in the wholesale clothing sector centered in Tanah Abang. Despite the rapid growth of digital infrastructure and e-commerce, most wholesale clothing MSMEs still operate conventionally and have not adopted digital business models. This low adoption rate is influenced by various internal and external factors, including technological understanding, perceived usefulness of digitalization, and organizational readiness. This study aims to identify factors that influence the level of digital readiness (e-readiness) among wholesale clothing MSMEs, examine their effect on the intention to adopt digital business models (e-business), and formulate strategies to increase such intention. The research focuses on wholesale clothing MSMEs located in Pusat Grosir Metro Tanah Abang. A quantitative method was applied using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to examine the predictive relationships between e-readiness, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) variables, and e-business adoption intention. The Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) was used to prioritize strategies based on expert judgment. The findings indicate that Perceived Organizational e-Readiness (POER) has the most significant influence on the intention to adopt e-business, particularly through the mediating roles of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness. In contrast, external factors such as government and market support (Perceived External e-Readiness/PEER) showed no significant effect. This suggests that internal organizational preparedness plays a more critical role than external conditions in shaping digital transformation intentions. The proposed strategic priorities include establishing a digital community among MSME actors, enhancing digital literacy through continuous training, and designating successful digital MSMEs as role models. These findings highlight the need to strengthen internal capacities before pushing for external collaboration. The implications of this study provide practical insights for policymakers, MSME associations, and business actors to design effective interventions to accelerate the adoption of digital business models.
