Abstract

There are problems with students having difficulty reading almost every school year. For students in grade 1 elementary school, they are already faced with textbooks in the form of reading. When they were in kindergarten, they were not required to be able to read when they graduated. So the problem arises when grade 1 students are not fluent in reading, even though the subject matter is already in the form of reading. Therefore, the author makes an effort to improve reading skills in students by using the great child method (AHE). The AHE method consists of 6 steps, namely brain gymnastics, remediation, reading modules, enrichment, writing and games. With a maximum duration of about 30 minutes in each meeting, the students' concentration will be well maintained. The teacher provides guidance by giving praise, encouragement, and should not use negative words when students are wrong in reading. Hopefully, with teachers using the AHE method, there will be no more students who experience learning difficulties.

Abstract

Kindergarten is an educational institution that is very important in shaping the character of students. Kindergartens that have a good quality culture will be able to produce quality students. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of supervision management and quality culture in the Pembina State Kindergarten, Semarang Regency. The results of this research show: (1) quality culture planning involving the principal, deputy principal, teacher council, employees, committee, parents/guardians of students, and several community leaders. (2) organizing a quality culture is achieved by dividing and delegating work systems according to their respective fields. (3) the implementation of a quality culture is carried out using exemplary principles and cooperative cooperation with several stakeholders. (4) supervision management of the Semarang Regency Pembina State Kindergarten is carried out collaboratively. The results of the implementation of school quality culture management in the Pembina State Kindergarten, Semarang Regency, are the achievements achieved by the school in both academic and non-academic fields.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about: (1) The school principal's management creates better changes in increasing new students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Randublatung including planning, Organizing, actuating and controlling. (2) The principal's management builds trust increasing new students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Randublatung including planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. (3) The principal's management builds a commitment to increasing new students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Randublatung including planning, Organizing, actuating and controlling. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subject of this research was the principal of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Randublatung and the informants consisted of teachers, education staff and students. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used is data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of this research it can be seen that the number of new students has increased because the principal with his charismatic leadership style has implemented POAC well and has also made changes in the school such as school facilities and infrastructure, as well as new school programs, building trust in the integrity and competence of the principal also builds commitment with high loyalty to the organization, always provides motivation and inspiration to teachers and students, and is a person who works hard. Keywords: charismatic leadership style, increasing new students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the environmental literacy profile of class X students at SMKN 1 Ampelgading. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a survey method. The population in this study was class X at SMKN Ampelgading, totaling 20 classes with a sample of 143 students taken from 4 classes at SMKN 1 Ampelgading. Sampling used the Proportionate Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and written tests. The research results show that in general the environmental literacy level of class X students at SMKN 1 Ampelgading is classified as low with an average percentage of 40%. It is known that the highest level of environmental literacy of students is in class X TO 2 with an average percentage score of 42.25%, while the lowest level of environmental literacy is obtained in class The highest score for the environmental literacy indicator is the basics of ecology with an average score of 51, while the lowest average score is 31 for the environmental concern indicator.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran berupa kincir angin tenaga surya berbasis STEM materi sains sekolah dasar untuk mendukung Kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini sebagai solusi dari permasalahan pendidik mengenai pembelajaran menggunakan media pada Kurikulum 2013 dalam menghadapi tuntutan pendidikan abad 21. Diharapkan peserta didik memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan STEM secara terpadu yang dapat diterapkan mulai dari tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD) sampai dengan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan dasar kebutuhan pembelajaran menggunakan alat peraga berbasis STEM; 2) mengembangkan rancangan alat peraga sederhana berbasis STEM; 3) mendeskripsikan alat peraga sederhana bebasis STEM. Metode Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu dengan menelusuri jurnal elektronik dan studi dokumentasi di perpustakaan. Dari hasil yang didapat beberapa jurnal dan review karya ilmiah skripsi yang relevan menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran energi alternatif berbasis kincir angin bertenaga surya dengan pendekatan STEM bisa membantu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The independent learning curriculum in the current era applies differentiated learning.The implementation of this independent curriculum is an effort to realize fair and equitable education in line with the goals of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). One of the approaches in the Independent Curriculum is differentiated learning, namely learning that is carried out in accordance with students' learning needs. These learning needs include students' learning profiles/styles, in addition to their learning motivation, interests and talents. The aim of this research is to determine the potential for implementing differentiated learning based on ESD (Education For Sustainable Development). This type of research uses field research. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques, namely data analysis techniques that describe and analyze the things that are the focus of the research.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the profile of junior high school science teachers in the potential for implementing the STEAM learning approach to the concept of climate change to improve the creative thinking skills of junior high school students in Demak Regency. STEAM learning is a learning approach that emphasizes the relationship between knowledge and skills in science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research involving 19 junior high school science teachers in Demak Regency. The instrument is a questionnaire given online via Google Form. The research results showed that 52.6% of teachers knew the STEAM learning approach and 47.4% did not know. As many as 26.3% of teachers already understand learning with STEAM projects and only 57.1% have implemented it, while 42.9% have not implemented it. The results showed that 48% had great fun and 52% enjoyed learning with the STEAM approach and 42.1% of students became very active, 57.9% of students became active.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students. The aim of the research is to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of AL AZAM Elementary School students by using the Problem Based Learning learning model. This research uses quantitative and qualitative research with descriptive methods. The research carried out focused on class IV students at SD AL AZAM Semarang, totaling 25 students with different levels of ability. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that by using the Problem Based Learning learning model and assisted by Pop-Up Book learning media in mathematics subjects, student learning outcomes can increase. The increase in learning outcomes from cycle I was initially only 24% and increased in cycle II to 80%. Observations on students' activities during the learning process using the Problem Based Learning learning model are in the good category so that the Problem Based Learning method is very effective in learning mathematics regarding building materials.

Abstract

SDN Pedurungan Kidul 01 The aim of this research is to provide an application in student learning to increase activeness, so that learning outcomes from the material provided to students can be conveyed well. In this learning, the model used is the TGT (Team Games Tournament) type cooperative learning model. The results of the research show that the application of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type of Cooperative Learning learning model has had a significant impact on student learning outcomes in Mathematics in class V of SD Negeri Pedurungan Kidul 01. From the data collected, there has been a quite striking increase in the average The average student score after applying the TGT type Cooperative Learning concept. The pretest results showed that before using the TGT type Cooperative Learning model, the average student score was 65.7 with a total score of 1776. After implementing the TGT learning model in the post test period, there was a striking increase in the average student score to 85.03 with a total score of 2296.

Abstract

Pedagogical competency problems that are often encountered are teachers who are considered unable to manage learning optimally, design and implement learning, evaluate learning outcomes, and develop students' potential as well as difficulties in using learning technology. The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between academic supervision and teacher pedagogical competence. The research approach used is quantitative research and uses descriptive analysis methods The sample for this research was 89 teachers selected by proportional random sampling at each school. Validity, reliability and regression requirements tests, single regression and multiple regression tests using the SPSS for Windows version 23 program. The results of the anova test of academic supervision on pedagogical competence obtained a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the Fcount value of 95.297 is greater than the Ftable value at a confidence level of 0.05, namely a value of 3.95 or 95.297 > 3.95. Based on these results, the hypothesis which states that there is a correlation between academic supervision and the pedagogical competence of kindergarten teachers in Bergas District, Semarang Regency is accepted. . The findings from research on academic supervision have a positive correlation and have a significant effect on teacher pedagogical competence, amounting to 52.3%, the remainder is influenced by other variables.
