Sarana Bengkulu Ventura? 2) Do individual characteristics influence PT. Sarana Bengkulu Ventura? 3) Do the environment and individual characteristics influence the performance of PT. Sarana Bengkulu Ventura. The objectives of this research are 1) To determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Sarana Bengkulu Ventura. 2) To determine the influence of individual characteristics on employee performance at PT. Sarana Bengkulu Ventura. 3) To determine the influence of the work environment and individual characteristics on employee performance at PT. Sarana Bengkulu Ventura. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Sarana Bengkulu Ventura as many as 25 people. This research sample used a total sampling method of 25 people. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, Determinant Coefficient, Hypothesis Testing with f-test and t-test. The results of the research are: 1) From the calculation of the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the Work Environment (X1) and Individual Characteristics (X2) influence employee performance at PT. Sarana Bengkulu Ventura. Work environment coefficient (b) = 0.471 means that the work environment has a positive influence on employee performance or in other words, if the work environment increases 1 time, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance of 0.471. Individual characteristics coefficient (b) = 0.336 means that individual characteristics have a positive influence on employee performance or in other words, if individual characteristics increase 1 time, this will be followed by an increase in employee performance of 0.336. 2) The determinant coefficient (R2) value was 0.658. This value means that the work environment and individual characteristics contribute to employee performance by 0.658 or 65.8% and the remaining 34.2% is not studied in this research. 3) With the f-test, the hypothesis can also be proven to be true, where the work environment variables (X1) and individual characteristics (X2) show a p-value = 0.00 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. With the t test, the hypothesis was also proven to be true, where the work environment variable showed a calculated t value = 2.478 t table 2.060 so it was concluded that Ha was accepted. The individual characteristic variable shows the calculated t value = 2.680 t table 2.060 so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has revealed significant vulnerabilities in Indonesia's pharmaceutical supply chain, especially due to the very high dependence on imports of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), which reaches more than 90% of the national demand. This dependency poses risks such as distribution delays, price fluctuations, and protectionist policies from exporting countries. This condition is urgent and needs improvement to prevent disruption to the national pharmaceutical supply chain in the future. This study analyzes Indonesia's pharmaceutical supply chain post-pandemic, identify the keyrisks faced, and evaluate the role of government policies in strengthening national pharmaceutical resilience. Using a literature review method, this study examines findings from relevant journals, government reports and policy documents in the past five years. The results show that import dependency creates major risks, including distribution delays, raw material price fluctuations, and the impact of exporting countries' protectionist policies. Although the government has initiated strategic policies such as change source and domestic component level policy, their implementation still faces obstacles, such as limited local production capacity and complex regulations. Therefore, a holistic approach is needed that includes diversifying raw material sources, investing in local technology, and strengthening logistics infrastructure. In conclusion, this strategic step is not only important to reduce import dependency, but also to ensure Indonesia's future pharmaceutical resilience.

Their product portfolio includes a wide range of materials, such as Cast Iron, Stainless Steel, Steel, Aluminum, Brass, and various alloy metals, meeting diverse industrial demands. This study focuses on proposing a Knowledge-Based Performance Management System (KBPMS) to address the company’s operational challenges. PT. SPU faces issues like fluctuating income, reliance on conventional marketing methods, frequent product defects, project delays, and the absence of well-defined key performance indicators (KPIs). These obstacles hinder sustainable growth and operational efficiency. The KBPMS framework offers a structured approach to performance management, integrating business knowledge and systematic evaluation to overcome these issues. By establishing clear KPIs, the system ensures alignment with organizational objectives, providing tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, the framework promotes a culture of continuous enhancement, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Implementing KBPMS is expected to stabilize financial performance, modernize marketing, reduce defects, and improve project completion rates, ultimately fostering a more resilient and competitive organization.

Abstract

Any nation's ability to educate its citizens depends on its teachers, thus teacher preparation is essential to the integration of ICT in teaching. The success of ICT integration in the classroom therefore depends on the teachers' readiness to incorporate these tools into the curriculum. No paradigm shift in the educational process can be successfully imagined without teachers being the first participants of the intention. This study set out to find out how urban primary school English teachers in Zimbabwe felt about their own preparedness to use ICTs in the classroom. The resources that are available, the abilities of the teachers, our urban primary schools in the Bulawayo Metropolitan Province were the target population. Qualitative research methodology was employed in the study. Data were gathered for this study using ten randomly chosen English teachers from 3 selected primary schools of Bulawayo. The teachers' preparedness was investigated using semi-structured interviews. The results demonstrated that English teachers lacked the necessary preparation to both integrate ICT into the teaching and learning process and execute blended learning. Teachers view ICT in blended learning positively, however the existing ICT tools were insufficient for teaching and learning since there was little to no technical support available to assist teachers who needed it.  The study provided several recommendations, including that teachers should receive ongoing training, be aware of the value of ICT, and ensure that schools have working ICT resources that are available to them.
