Abstract

This research targets micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the city of Bandar Lampung, Indonesia with operational resilience among MSMEs using a local economic governance system that relates to well-being employees as core issues. It uses an exploratory qualitative research design with thematic analysis; primary data collected included interviews of local practitioners that fulfilled the sample criteria were paired with secondary data from official documents, industry and governance reports as well as policy and regulatory literature. The research indicates that these businesses are more than small economic units — they support family income and facilitate the operation of the local economy as social spaces. Moreover, through the lens of public administration, this research describes economic governance as a bridge between central government administrative competence and economic behaviour, alongside recasting how MSME resilience is measured. The revised criteria require the measurements to go beyond the single requirement of business survival, and add new dimensions: retaining staff to stabilize employment and safeguarding employee well-being. Drawing on the legal authority granted to governments at all levels to support, protect, and empower MSMEs under  Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 7 of 2021 and  and similar regulations at the local level, this study puts forward the policy proposition that governments must participate in strengthening local economic governance.

Abstract

Yapika General Hospital Gowa is a public (private) hospital that provides health services in the neighborhood or community of Gowa and its surroundings. According to a pre-survey conducted with several employees of RSU Yapika Gowa, the high turnover intention is due to employees who feel stressed at work and tend to look for new jobs due to employee professionalism at work, which results in high turnover rates. while the application of providing incentives to employees still needs to be improved. Because delays in providing incentives can cause frustration, which can affect very high turnover intentions, The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on turnover intention at Yapika Gowa General Hospital and to determine the effect of incentives on turnover intention at Yapika Gowa General Hospital. . Based on the level of explanation, this research is classified as causal associative research with a research approach using a quantitative approach. From the results of the analysis conducted on the first hypothesis, it can be concluded that job stress (X1) has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention (Y). This means that there is a significant relationship between job stress and turnover intention. This shows that the higher the level of job stress, the higher the level of turnover intention felt by employees at Yapika Gowa General Hospital. From the results of the analysis carried out on the second hypothesis, it can be concluded that the provision of incentives (X2) has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention (Y). This means that there is a significant relationship between providing incentives and turnover intention. This shows that low compensation can increase the turnover intention rate at Yapika Gowa General Hospital.

Abstract

Normal concrete is concrete that uses natural aggregates that are broken or unbroken and does not use additives. In the field of concrete mixing, there are those who use machines and conventionally.  This research is to study the slump value of stirring time and the relationship between slump value and compressive strength of concrete. This research includes a type of experimental research, because it is trying to find new things that can be utilised in the research results. With cylindrical test objects measuring 15 × 30 cm according to SNI testing standards. The research was conducted with 5 variable stirring times, namely, ½ minute, 1, 1 ½, 2, and 2 ½ minutes. As well as the plan compressive strength for the plan age of 14, and 28 days, namely, f'c 24 Mpa. Using a plan slump of 10±2 cm. From the results of this study, the effect of the length of time stirring the concrete paste can make the concrete slump value high. The concrete is difficult to work with, which can be influenced by the cement water factor, aggregate size, aggregate absorption of water, and mixing time. The high slump value is followed by a decreased compressive strength value of the concrete. So that fresh concrete experiences an increase in the levelling value. Therefore, high slump values can affect the quality of concrete.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has fundamentally reshaped governance practices, particularly in how regional leaders communicate with the public. Digital leadership has emerged as a critical factor in enhancing transparency, public participation, and political legitimacy within regional government contexts. This study examines the role of digital leadership in regional governance through the lens of social media utilization, focusing on West Java Province, Indonesia. A library research method was employed, drawing on scientific journals, academic articles, national news sources, and relevant official social media platforms published within the past five years. Data were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative approach, with information organized thematically according to digital leadership practices, public communication strategies, and community interaction patterns. The findings reveal that social media platforms, particularly YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, function as effective instruments of public communication, enabling rapid, transparent, and interactive dissemination of governance-related information. The digital leadership practices observed are characterized by a conversational communication style, direct engagement with community members, and the integration of local Sundanese cultural values into digital content. These practices strengthen emotional proximity between leaders and the public while building an image of responsive governance. The study also highlights that, although social media significantly enhances leadership legitimacy, its effectiveness depends on ethical and consistent use grounded in genuine governance performance.

Abstract

Based on bibliometric methods and assisted by CiteSpace and visualization tools, this study systematically reviews and analyzes relevant literature on archaeological cultural interaction over the past two decades. By examining publication trends, institutional collaboration networks, and keyword co-occurrence and burst characteristics, it reveals the developmental trajectory and research features of this field. The results indicate that research on archaeological cultural interaction has shown a continuous growth trend, with a particularly significant increase after 2017. Research institutions are predominantly domestic, with relatively limited international participation. Although several core nodes have formed within collaboration networks, overall connections remain relatively loose. The evolution of research themes demonstrates a progression from early studies on cultural types and distributions, to regional and typological analyses, and further toward methodological integration and in-depth studies of key regions.

Abstract

In the modern era, Indonesian society, especially women, continues to follow the latest fashion trends, often seeking the services of tailors to create garments according to their specifications. The quality of tailoring services is crucial in meeting consumer expectations and staying competitive in the market. This study aims to analyze the influence of sewing skills on consumer satisfaction at Penjahit Andela in Way Jepara, Lampung Timur. The research employs a simple linear regression analysis with sewing skills as the independent variable and consumer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The study involved 100 respondents, selected through accidental sampling. The results show a significant relationship between sewing skills and consumer satisfaction, with an R-value of 0.743, indicating a strong correlation. The R square value of 0.552 suggests that 55.2% of consumer satisfaction is influenced by sewing skills, while the remaining 44.8% is affected by other factors not examined in this study. The hypothesis stating that "There is an influence of sewing skills on consumer satisfaction at Penjahit Andela in Way Jepara, Lampung Timur" is accepted, with a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. The regression equation derived from the study is Y = 6.559 + 0.869X, indicating that an increase in the average score of sewing skills by one unit leads to an increase in consumer satisfaction by 0.869 units

Indigenous people and individuals enjoy freedom and equality with other communities and individuals, the right to bee free from all discrimination, the right to self-identification, civil and political right, economic, social and cultur rights to freedom. In terms of protection customary law communities, it is not only the responsibility of the state but also the UN. However, this only protects the human rights of indigenous peoples, and does not help preserve them. On equality with other communities, cumtomary law communities have their human rights protected, so that their customary rights are also protected. The state must also prepare cumtomary law communities to face changing times so that they are not disturbed by changes and easily accept changes in their modern lifestyle patterns. Efforts to ensure consistent indigenous peopoles protection to overcome these various gaps are based on pure and consistent application of legal principles and provisions contained in statutory regulations and implementing them. Verious conflict phenomena that occur can be caused by the government’s failure to understand and implement the procedures and provisions determined by ststutory regulations.
