The purpose of this study is that researchers want to look at counselee acceptance skills in individual counseling by guidance and counseling teachers in MTsN 10 Agam. This type of research is descriptive qualitative field research. The key informants of this study were 1 guidance and counseling teacher plus a supporting informant of 7 students who had participated in individual counseling using the snowball method, which is a method for identifying, selecting and taking samples in a network or continuous chain of relationships. The information obtained will be developed to the point of saturation so that the longer the more information obtained. Based on the results of research and discussion it can be concluded that as a strategy for counselee acceptance skills by counseling teachers in individual counseling, counseling teachers assume counselee is the closest person, can accept counselees openly, guiding sincerely or voluntarily, sincerity, and loving, keep secrets counselee, not discriminating counselee, and love counseling.

The goal of this research is to look at a case study of educational psychology that uses behavioristic theory at Edelwis PAUD in Bekasi Regency, West Java. Teachers and students at PAUD Edelwis were the subjects of this study. Interviews, documentation, and observation were utilized as research tools in a qualitative approach that was documented descriptively. The research was conducted based on the study's findings. Indicates that practically all of the teachers at PAUD Edelwis have applied behavioristic theory since the school's inception. As in the case of the instructor who explains in front of the class and writes the alphabet and numbers on the blackboard, when the learning process begins, the pupils write in their respective books under the teacher's instruction and model. The students hand in their notebooks to the teacher. The application of this behavioristic theory to PAUD (Early Childhood Education) is very appropriate and effective in learning, according to the author. When the learning process began, the students that attended the lesson were quite eager and active in the classroom. This study aims to determine the effect of online learning on student motivation at SMA Shailendra Palembang. In this study, the research design used was ex post facto research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on high school students Shailendra. The research sample used was 106 students. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis, namely data analysis using statistical calculations to test the hypotheses that have been proposed through regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 for windows program. The results showed that there was a positive effect of online learning on students' learning motivation at SMA Shailendra Palembang, hypothesis testing showed that the online learning variable (Y) had a tcount value of 10.076 which was greater than the ttable value of 1.983 with a significance level of 0.000 which was smaller than 0. ,05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, the coefficient of determination shows the magnitude of the influence or contribution of online learning on student learning motivation at SMA Shailendra Palembang is 49.4% and the remaining 50.6% of student learning motivation is influenced by other factors outside of learning by online.

This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and student career decision making. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Binjai in class XI. This research includes quantitative research with correlational methods. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The population of this study amounted to 266 students. The sample of this study amounted to 40 students. The sampling technique was done randomly. The results showed that from the results of the product moment correlation analysis hypothesis test of 0.942 > 0.312, it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted, it shows that there is a very strong relationship between family support and student career decision making.at SMK Negeri 1 Binjai.

This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling services to improve students' low self-esteem in high school. The research was conducted on students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Binjai. This type of research is quantitative research with an experimental approach. The data collection instrument was a closed questionnaire. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. The research sample is class XI-1 students with a total of 30 people. Based on the results of the paired sample t test, there was a significant difference between the results before and after being given group counseling services. Based on the results of the analysis of the paired sample t test, the results obtained are tcount > ttable, namely 9.334 > 1.69726 and the value of sig (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an effect on students' low self-esteem before being given group counseling services and after being given group counseling services to class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Binjai.

Depression is a common mental health disorder. According to a survey by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH), 1 in 5 adolescents tend to suffer from depression. Depression is characterized by persistent sadness and a lack of interest or enjoyment in their previously beneficial or enjoyable activities. Thus, as a counselor or therapist, self -preparation such as preparation in terms of skills, knowledge of depression issues and preparation in dealing with individuals with depressive illness is very important to help them rise again. The main concept of this paper discusses recommendations that can be referred to by counselors or therapists in dealing with clients who have mental health issues especially depression issues. Efforts in screening for depression issues and identifying the level of depression are also discussed in this paper. The researcher also used the method by making self -reflection based on observations, as well as reading the literature for this study. Thus, the implications of the discussion are also stated in this paper

One aspect of the success of students being able to achieve self-welfare is resilience. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social skills and social support on student resilience. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 10 Bengkulu. The research design used the one-short model correlation method. Data collection uses a scale of social skills, social support, and resilience. The instrument validity test uses the product-moment coefficient, and the reliability test uses the Cronbach alpha coefficient. Data analysis used prerequisite tests and hypotheses. The results showed that (1) the linear regression equation resulted in a constant value of 29.11; (b) the regression coefficient of 6.28; (2) the value of the correlation coefficient is 0.72; (3) the value of the coefficient of determination is 51.84%. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence between social skills and social support on student resilience at school (Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected). Suggestions and recommendations, for further researchers, are expected to reveal the role of social skills and social support as factors forming student resilience

In increasing children's learning independence at an early age, one of them is by providing guidance and counseling services that start as early as possible. Counseling guidance can be defined as a process of providing assistance to individuals and groups in terms of decision making and behavior change and helping individuals solve the problems they face. The purpose of counseling guidance services provided to early childhood is so that children can develop their skills both academically and non-academically and provide opportunities for active and preventive learning so that children can increase success in their learning. This study aims to determine the independence of learning in children at Al-Hayat Kindergarten with the Teacher. This research is descriptive qualitative research, where the data produced is in the form of descriptions and expressions of words from the subject. While this research method is in the form of interviews, observation and documentation used by researchers at Al-Hayat Kindergarten during KKN, with the aim of obtaining appropriate data about learning independence in students. Today the results of the study can be concluded that there are still many students who are still awaited by their parents and the level of independence in children who can be said to be in a less independent condition so that it is necessary to hold counseling guidance services to increase learning independence in students. This can be done by teachers by providing counseling guidance services to early childhood and parents so that children are able to develop their learning independence.

Students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program should have good public speaking skills because students will become PAI teachers. Public speaking is the ability to speak in public using language that can be understood by listeners. Public speaking can be influenced by self-confidence, so students must have high self-confidence because it is intended that the ability to speak in front of many people goes well without feeling embarrassed, feeling awkward, and much more. This study aims to examine the effect of self-confidence on public speaking for students of UMP Islamic Education Study Program. This study used a simple random sampling technique as many as 181 students in the UMP Islamic Education Study Program. The data collection method uses a public speaking scale with a reliability of 0.941. Confidence scale with reliability of 0.902. The analytical technique used is simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study show that the F value is 626,992 with a t value of 25,040, the significance value (p) = 0.000 (p < 0.05), meaning that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted. with an Rsquare value of 0.778. This shows that self-confidence has an influence of 77.8% and 22.5% is influenced by other factors outside the study.

This study aims to determine the level of intrapersonal intelligence, independence of learning, and the relationship between intrapersonal intelligence and learning independence of students. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and correlational research types. The object of the research is 144 students of class XI, determined by the Slovin formula from a population of 223 students. The instrument used is intrapersonal intelligence scale and independence of learning scale. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques and correlational analysis. The results showed that the dominant student's intrapersonal intelligence was in the high category with a percentage of 72%, and the student's learning independence was relatively in the medium category with a percentage of 56.25%. While the relationship between intrapersonal intelligence and learning independence of students shows a correlation value of 0.062, meaning that there is no relationship between intrapersonal intelligence and independence of learning.
