Abstract

This paper attempts to discuss the concept and practice of the method of narrating hadith and takhrij al-hadith. Specifically, there are several aspects that become the focal point of this research, namely, First, looking back at the concept of the hadith narration method. Second, reveal how the concept of takhrij al-hadith. Third, give examples of practice in doing takhrij al-hadith. The research approach used is a literature study approach which is based on several supporting references related to books, journals, articles and so on. The results of this study indicate that the concept of narration of hadith is an activity of receiving and conveying hadiths, and relying on this hadith to a series of narrators using certain terms or symbols while takhrij hadith is a search or search for hadith as the original source of the hadith in question which is completely determined in the observations and the corresponding hadith sanad.

Abstract

The article tries to set off from reality that the online system is faulty. Including, first, buyers pay first before goods are brought in, this often leads to fraud. Second, the buyer cannot see the merchandise directly, so there is often a discrepancy between what is on the load and what is delivered. In this study, researchers will attempt to analyze the hadith's purchase of magical goods, and then retract them into the context of online trading. Using a descriptive method of analysis: researchers seek out hadiths that have a relevance to the buying and buying of psychic goods, look pro-opposing scholars at the theme and then take the middle course between the two. The results of this study that: first, the parties of the sellers of magical goods must explain in detail and specific terms regarding the items offered. In other words the seller must be honest, not only to explain the quality or excess of the goods, but to point out where the perceived deficiencies, defects or damage to the goods are offered. So the buyers understand the details of the surplus and lack of the goods. Second, while the seller may have explained in advance the surplus and lack of the goods, the parties should (still) give the chiyar rights to the buyer. Third, it is good to make payments after the goods are received.

Abstract

Scientific epistemology has experienced dynamics along with the development of increasingly complex times, especially in the study of scientific theories as one of the scientific disciplines that is continuously studied in science. One of the most frequently discussed theories and issues is communication as an alternative to develop a better life. Logically, communication is often used as a reference for conveying information and all kinds of other fields. This is the importance of understanding communication and the flow of communication dynamics in today's era. The focus of this research examines several fundamental aspects as well as the formulation of the problem in this research, namely, How Historically and Development of Communication and its influence in the current era. The formulation of the problem serves as a basic reference to explore and examine the development and importance of communication science in a social context. Keywords, the nature of communication has an important role in the relationship between people, because communication is a basic tool for transforming information into other information, especially in establishing social relationships. Based on historical facts, communication science is not only concerned with the context of mass communication, but also the development of communication science, especially in the context of social relations.

Abstract

Recently, the methodology in the interpretation of the Koran has grown along with the guidance of the times and various epistemologies of thought that have developed, giving birth to different perspectives in interpreting texts. There are those who look for texts from a hermeneutic point of view that have contextual nuances and on the other hand there are those who change the text of the Al-Qur'an through a model approach (Al-Qur'an Semantics) which is oriented towards the literary aspects of the Al-Quran. The focus of this research examines a new study model in the interpretation of the Qur'an, namely the semiotic approach and step-by-step thinking (Micheal Reffaterre) now offers a new methodology and tools for interpreting the text of the Qur'an through the study of language (linguistics) that is capable of interpret both in terms of meaning and substance contained therein. So it can be denied that, the semiotic study in the al-Qur'an is in order to be able to understand the messages and language contained in the text.

Abstract

Artikel ini berupaya menyoroti bias gender yang terjadi dalam dunia pendidikan, terkhusus dalam tataran pendidikan anak usia dini yang secara praktis kerap memposisikan perempuan sebagai subordinasi laki-laki. Di dalamnya dilacak juga bagaimana Islam mendudukkan laki-laki dan perempuan pada tempat yang setara dalam mengakses pendidikan. Dalam artikel ini, berbagai bahan pustaka yang telah dikumpulkan, dipilah hanya yang relevan dengan fokus kajian, dianalisis, untuk selanjutnya dideskripsikan sedemikan rupa hingga tersusun sebuah artikel ilmiah yang sistematis. Gender merupakan isu skala global maupun skala nasional yang sedang diperjuangkan terutama dalam bidang pendidikan. Dalam konsep Islam tidak ditemukan adanya nilai-nilai  diskriminatif, baik terhadap perempuan atau terhadap laki-laki. Ayat-ayat yang mengungkap tentang relasi laki-laki dan perempuan menunjukkan adanya pesan kesetaraan antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Dengan demikian, nilai-nilai kesetaraan tersebut juga perlu dikembangkan pada anak-anak usia dini, baik dalam lembaga keluarga maupun lembaga pendidikan pra-sekolah. Dalam pembelajaran usia dini juga perlu dikembangkan pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada keseimbangan gender, dengan menghindari pembelajaran dari nilai-nilai yang bias gender. Peran orang tua terutama ibu sangatlah berpengaruh terhadap pendidikan anak usia dini karena pendidikan dimulai sejak dalam kandungan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation between emotional intelligence and student learning achievement at MTs Nurul Yaqin Kelanjur. This type of research is expos Fakto where the data analyzed comes from existing data. This research was conducted at MTs Nurul Yaqin Kelanjur Montong Sapah Village, Praya District southwest of Central Lombok Regency. The result of this study was, the highest score of emotional intelligence equaled 95, and the lowest score was 60. As for the student's learning achievement score on math subjects obtained the highest score of 92 and the lowest score of 55. From the pre-analysis tests conducted it is known that the data obtained is normal and homogeneous. The results of hypothesis tests conducted showed that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant correlation with students' math learning achievement.

Abstract

Dalam segala bentuknya, riba telah diharamkan dalam Islam. Latar belakang pelarangan ini erat kaitannya dengan mashlahah yang hendak diraih dan mafsadah yang hendak dihindari. Ditilik dari sisi maslhahah, pengharaman riba ini semata-mata demi melindungi kemaslahatan manusia, baik secara individu maupun kolektif, baik yang menyangkut akhlak, sosial, ekonomi, dan sebagainya. Sementara sisi mafsadah yang hendak dihindari dalam praktik riba ini adalah karena adanya unsur kezaliman di dalamnya, bukan hanya pada salah satu pihak, melainkan pada kedua belah pihak sekaligus. Oleh karenanya, dengan diharamkannya riba, maka kezaliman yang melekat pada riba akan hilang dan musnah dengan sendirinya. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pustaka (library research) yang menghimpun berbagai referensi akademik yang berkaitan dengan persoalan yang menjadi fokus penelitian. Berbagai referensi yang diperoleh melalui teknik dokumetasi kemudian disistematisasi, ditelaah, hingga akhirnya disusun dalam suatu karya ilmiah yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara akademik. Secara spesifik, maqashid asy-syariah di balik pengharaman riba bertumpu pada empat hal, yakni: (1) agar uang tidak menjadi komoditas yang diperjualbelikan sehingga uang tidak melahirkan uang, akan tetapi uang sesuai dengan fungsinya tetap menjadi alat tukar menukar dalam sirkulasi barang dan jasa; (2) agar tercipta keadilan dalam bermuamalah; (3) agar tidak terjadi perubahan motif dalam memberi pinjaman yang semula berorientasi tabarru’ (sosial) menjadi transaksi yang berorientasi mu’awadhah (bisnis); dan (4) dimaksudkan untuk mencegah para rentenir berbuat kezaliman kepada penerima pinjaman.

Abstract

Lately, the discourse on the teori of Islamic education learning is increasingly developing in the perspective of Islamic thought as a transformation to make changes in the context of life. Education is an alternative solution in developing as well as developing learning according to an Islamic basis. So that not even when the thinking that has not have the thinking Islam when building arguments and statements in form design and concept learning, especially the implications for education in the modern world era. The focus of this research is to explore how the concept of learning in the perspective of Muslim figures, namely Imam Al-Ghazali and its contextualization in the Modern Era. There are several basic assumptions of this research. First, examine the concept of Islamic education. Second, the objectives and principles of Imam al-Ghazali education. Third, explore philosophical concepts of learning and relevance in the modern era. The type of research is literature study (Research Library) is library in nature. In summary, it is formulated that, Imam Al-Ghazali paid great attention and concern for education. In terms of the relevance of learning in order to instill the values ​​of discipline, responsibility, and the concept of learning according to the basis of the Qur'an which is oriented to the values ​​of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Character education is indeed being echoed by the government lately, due to the emergence of problems with juvenile delinquency cases that often color the mass media, ranging from drug cases, free sex to brawls to the warmest case yesterday, namely a student killing his teacher. So that character education is included in the national education curriculum even though its implementation has not been maximized. One of the character education that needs to be formed and grown in children is the character value of hard work and love for the homeland. The value of hard work needs to be taught to children and young people so that they can appreciate every struggle of their parents who seek sustenance for them so that they become more diligent in studying, devoted and so on. Likewise, love for the homeland is no less urgent, especially now that Indonesia is being threatened with the issue of division due to Indonesia's diversity which consists of various ethnicities, races and religions. Therefore, this love for the homeland needs to be instilled into the next generation as the pillar of the nation's successor relay
