Abstract

This study aims to assess the link between investor sentiment, volatility, and Bitcoin return. Connections between the three are extremely intricate and diverse. Increasing search activity on Google Trends may presage a price increase, but it can also indicate heightened speculative sentiment or information saturation, potentially resulting in a price reduction. Volatility, while frequently seen negatively, may have a beneficial impact on Bitcoin's earnings by attracting risk-tolerant investors, stimulating trading activity, and facilitating hedging and arbitrage. However, volatility carries considerable risks, discouraging risk-averse investors, impeding institutional adoption, and impeding the practical use of Bitcoin as a means of exchange. Finally, the influence of SVI on investor mood and the volatility of Bitcoin returns is determined by a number of factors, including market sentiment, legislative changes, and technological advancements. As Bitcoin and its ecosystem continue to evolve, the nature of these interactions may shift.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to empirically test and prove the influence of work-family conflict on turnover intention, mediated by job satisfaction and job stress (Study on employees of PT. Pegadaian Galeri24 Java Area). This type of research uses explanatory research with survey methods and a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Pegadaian Galeri24 is assigned to the Java area covering East Java, West Java and Central Java, totaling 110 employees. Because the sample size for this research is not large, the author took the entire population, namely 110 employees at PT. Pegadaian Galeri24 to get a better level of accuracy. The analytical method to answer the hypothesis proposed in this research is Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) Version 4.0. The results of this research show that job satisfaction mediates the influence of work family conflict on turnover intention. A large workload accompanied by long working hours will make PT employees. Pegadaian has difficulty fulfilling the needs of his role in the family. Sometimes complaints will arise from family members because of the lack of time given to the family, resulting in conflicts within the family. This conflict causes a person to not focus on their work and not be able to work optimally. He couldn't get job satisfaction, so he started looking for another job. And work stress mediates the positive influence of work family conflict on turnover intention. Complaints from family regarding lack of time for family will make someone not focus on work. The higher the conflict between work and family, the higher the work stress level of PT employees. Galeri24 pawnshops on companies have increased. Where a high level of work family conflict will encourage the emergence of high work stress so that in this situation employees feel pressured and turnover intention arises.

Abstract

The demographic bonus can be a big advantage in Indonesia but it can also be a disaster if not managed properly. As is known, in this global era which is increasingly integrated with the internet, the use of human resources will be increasingly streamlined with the use of the internet or other technology. Therefore, it will be a challenge for the millennial generation to compete for jobs. Meanwhile, the challenge for the company itself is managing millennials, who are often considered the most disloyal generation. Employee retention is critical in achieving and maintaining organizational success. Employees with rich experience are believed to make significant contributions to the organization (Tian et al., 2020). As a result, organizations must pay attention to human resource policies to retain employees and reduce turnover. An employee leaving may require coworkers to take care of tasks for the missing person and additional work, which can lead to higher rates of absenteeism, stress, and lower performance, The industrial revolution 4.0 has had a huge impact on companies. Competition in the industrial world is increasingly competitive, providing its own challenges for companies to manage employees, so they can compete with other companies. Because it cannot be denied that employees have a very important role in the sustainability and future development of the company. In a company, competitive advantage is determined and driven by Human Resources (HR).

Abstract

This research was carried out at the experimental field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of North Sumatra, Jln. Karya Wisata, Medan Johor District, Medan City, North Sumatra Province. The altitude is ± 25 meters above sea level, with flat topography with soil types of the inceptisol order. This research aims to determine the in situ waste of coffee plants (coffea sp.) as mulch on the drought resistance of Arabica coffee seedlings of the Sigararutang variety. This research consisted of II research stages, namely stage I using a Factorial Split Plot Design (RPT) which consisted of 2 treatment factors, namely: various types of coffee roots (A) and watering intervals (P). The first factor A1 = Fishing roots, A2 = Needle roots and the second factor P1 = Every day watered, P2 = Once every two days watered. The parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), root length (cm), Wet weight (g) and dry weight (g) and for the second phase of research using a factorial completely randomized design (RAK) consisting of 2 treatment factors, namely: P1=watered every day, P2=watered every two days, P3=three days once watered, the parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), root length (cm), root volume (ml), root dry weight (g), shoot dry weight (g) and shoot root ratio (NTA). ). The results of phase I research showed that providing watering intervals had a significant effect on drought resistance in coffee seedlings for all observed variables, namely fresh weight, wet weight and coffee stomata. The results of the research showed that providing various types of roots had a significant effect on drought resistance in coffee seedlings for all observed variables, namely coffee stomata. There was no interaction between providing watering intervals and various types of coffee roots. The results of phase II research showed that providing watering intervals had a significant effect on drought resistance in coffee seedlings for all observed variables, namely root dry weight 2 and 3 WST, shoot dry weight 1 and 2 WST, shoot root ratio 1 WST and coffee stomata. The results of the research showed that The provision of various types of roots has a significant effect on the drought resistance of coffee seedlings, all observation variables, namely root dry weight 1 and 2 BST and coffee stomata. There is an interaction between the provision of watering intervals and various types of coffee roots, all observation variables, namely root dry weight 2 WST.
