Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve learning outcomes in Mathematics learning through MEGASIZ learning media (Quizizz educational game media) for class V students at SD Negeri 13 Mataram. The type of research is classroom action research (PTK) and uses a descriptive quantitative approach. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 13 Mataram. The research subjects were all class V students consisting of 34 students. The object of research is the learning outcomes of students. The research was implemented in three cycles and carried out collaboratively between researchers and tutors. Data collection techniques use tests and observation sheets. The results of this research show that the application of MEGASIZ media (quizizz educational game media) in learning, especially as an evaluation tool, can improve the learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri 13 Mataram. This increase is shown in the quality of the learning process which produces activeness, enthusiasm and enthusiasm as well as test scores on student learning outcomes. Improvement can also be seen from the average score of students' test results from pre-action to cycle II. In pre-action, the average student score was 64, increased in cycle I to 73, then increased again in cycle 2 to 77. The percentage of completion from cycle I and cycle II was 58.82% (20 students) respectively, increasing in second cycle to 79.41% (27 students). Because the completion criteria have been achieved, namely 75% of students obtained a score above or equal to the KKM (75), this research is said to be successful.

Abstract

This article aimed to explain efforts to improve student learning outcomes in unit time material through the use of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by time board media in class II students at SDN 13 Mataram. Classroom action research was conducted to see the impact of applying this learning model on understanding and students' skills in understanding the concept of a unit of time. The research method used is an action cycle that involved planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. In the planning stage, a lesson plan was designed taking into account the characteristics of the students and the desired learning objectives. Then, learning actions were carried out using the PBL model assisted by time board media. Observations were made to monitor student progress during learning. After that, reflected on the learning process and the results that have been achieved. The study results showed that applying the PBL model assisted by time board media can improve student learning outcomes in the unit time material. Students’ ability increased in understanding the concept of units of time, calculating time, and solving problems related to units of time. The application of this model provided an opportunity for students to be actively involved in the learning process and visualized the concept of a unit of time concretely. These findings indicate that the PBL model assisted by time board media is an effective alternative in teaching unit time material to second-grade students. The recommendation of this study is to encourage mathematics teachers to consider using this model as a strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of students in grade VI SDN 39 Mataram Mathematics through the application of a project based learning model. This research is a class action research (CAR) which was carried out in two cycles. This research was conducted in class VI of SDN 39 Mataram for the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 39 students. The research instrument was in the form of a test of learning outcomes. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students experienced an increase from pre-cycle to cycle II. The learning outcomes of students before the action was carried out there were 9 students who achieved KKM (KKM= 75) with an average learning achievement score of 64, then in the implementation of cycle I obtained 13 students who had reached KKM with an average learning achievement score of 74, and in the implementation of cycle II, 29 students had achieved KKM with an average learning achievement score of 81. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that the application of the project-based learning model could improve the learning outcomes of class VI students at SDN 39 Mataram.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain information on the extent to which student motivation and learning outcomes increase by implementing the project-based learning model. The problem formulation in this research is "How the application of project-based learning can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of class III A students at SDN 26 Cakranegara" This type of research is Collaborative Classroom Action Research (PTK) in collaboration with DPL, tutor teachers, class teachers and friends’ colleague. The subjects in this research were 35 students in class III A of SD Negeri 26 Cakranegara, consisting of 19 male students and 16 female students. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation techniques and learning outcomes carried out during the ongoing implementation of PPL in cycle I and cycle II. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative techniques. Quantitative techniques for processing quantitative data from test results. Meanwhile, qualitative techniques are used to analyze non-test qualitative data. Based on research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that the application of the Project Based Learning model in class III A of SDN 26 Cakranegara has proven effective in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes. The research results showed that learning motivation reached 55% in the pre-cycle, 65% in cycle 1 and increased to 90% in cycle II. Based on these results, there was an increase of up to 35% and has exceeded the previously determined percentage of 80%. Meanwhile, in terms of student learning outcomes, there has been an increase in the number of students who have completed thematic subjects. In pre-cycle to cycle II the increase reached 46% with an average score reaching 80 and exceeding the KKM determined by the school. Thus, the use of the Project Based Learning model is effective in increasing the motivation and learning outcomes of class III A students at SDN 26 Cakranegara for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

This research was conducted in class IV of SDN 37 Cakranegara for the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 26 students. The research instrument was in the form of a test of learning outcomes. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students experienced an increase from pre-cycle to cycle II. The learning outcomes of students before the action was carried out there were 9 students who achieved KKM (KKM = 75) with an average learning achievement score of 64, then in the implementation of cycle I obtained 14 students who had reached KKM with an average learning achievement score of 74, and in the implementation of cycle II, 19 students had achieved KKM with an average learning achievement score of 81. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that the application of the problem-based learning model could improve the learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN 37 Cakranegara.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics lessons using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model for class IV students at SDN 13 Mataram. The results of this research show that the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in learning can improve the learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN 13 Mataram. This increase is shown in the quality of the learning process, activeness, enthusiasm and student learning outcomes. The increase in student learning outcomes can be seen from the average value of student learning outcomes from pre-cycle to cycle II. In the pre-cycle the average student score was 68, increased in cycle I to 74, then experienced another increase in cycle II of 81. The percentage of completion from cycle I and cycle II was 60% (16 students) respectively, increasing in cycle II to 80% (21 students). Because it has reached the criteria for completion, namely 80% of students obtained more marks or up to the KKM (75), this research is said to have been successful in two cycles.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the mathematical problem solving abilities of fourth grade students with the Thinking Aloud Pairs Problem Solving (TAPPS) learning model. The subjects of this research were fourth grade students at SDN 15 Mataram. The action hypothesis in this research is that the use of the Thinking Aloud Pairs Problem Solving (TAPPS) model will improve mathematical problem solving abilities. This research is classroom action research with three cycles. The results of this research indicate that the Thinking Aloud Pairs Problem Solving (TAPPS) learning model can be used to improve students' mathematical problem solving abilities. This can be seen from: (1) ability to analyze problems, and (2) understanding in solving problems in mathematics is getting better from cycle to cycle. Based on the research that has been carried out and the discussion regarding the application of the Thinking Aloud Pairs Problem Solving (TAPPS) learning model to improving mathematics problem solving abilities for class IV SDN 15 Mataram, the following conclusions can be drawn: in the application of the Thinking Aloud Pairs Problem Solving (TAPPS) learning model can improve learning outcomes in the Mathematics subject material fractions for class IV students at SDN 15 Mataram. Judging from the research results in the first cycle, it shows that the class average score is 74.5, even though it has not yet reached the classical completeness that has been set, namely 80% and the classical completeness presentation obtained is 75%. Meanwhile, in cycle II there was an increase in the average class score, namely 86.75, and classical completeness by 92%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve teacher performance in the learning process of dividing two-digit numbers using puzzle media so as to improve student learning outcomes. In this research, researchers used two cycles of Classroom Action Research (PTK). Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation/observation, and reflection. The target of this research was class III students at SDN 24 Ampenan. To analyze data to improve learning outcomes for dividing two-digit numbers using puzzle media, researchers used a quantitative approach and the research subjects were all class III students at SDN 24 Ampenan. The data collection methods used are teacher activity observation data, student activity observation data and student learning outcome data. Test data on student learning outcomes were analyzed based on the percentage of individual and classical learning completion and then explained descriptively. The research success indicator for teacher activity, student activity and student learning outcomes is 80%. The research results showed an increase in the percentage of teacher and student activity in cycle I and cycle II. Teacher activity increased by 11.10%, namely from 77.23% in cycle I to 88.83% in cycle II. Meanwhile, student activity increased by 9.66%, namely from 73.86% in cycle I to 83.52% in cycle II. The learning outcomes obtained by class III students at SDN 24 Ampenan have increased. Students' classical learning mastery increased by 20.84%, namely from 66.66% in cycle I to 87.50% in cycle II. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the use of puzzle media can increase student activity and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study is set back by the lack of training for learners in identifying and solving a mathematical problem it is intended to describe and expansion- based problem model. The kind of research of classroom action (PTK) employs qualitative and quantitative approaches. The design of research involves planning, the performance of observation and reflection. The research subject was the teacher and student of the fourth grade the fields of 21 persons of 12 women and 9 boys. The data collection is through observation, testing and RPP assessment. Research shows: a) average RPP cycles I 76.78% increased in cycle II to be 96.42%.) b) implementation on the aspect of the teacher cycle I 76.78% increased on cycle II 92.85 %6): c) implementation on learning cycle I 75% increased on cycle II 92.85%): d) average value of studying cycle I 67.38% increased to 85.85% on sıklus II and thus the based problem model ıng could increase learners' learning on the circumference SDN 13 Mataram.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the comparison of student learning outcomes with teacher learning methods in class x SMA Plus Aisyah. This type of research is quasi-experimental. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with a purposive sampling model. The research was carried out in classes X MIA1 and X MIA2 as experimental classes with a total of 22 students in each class. Data collection techniques use documentation, tests and observation. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test with a significance level of 0.05. The results of the research are that the learning outcomes for class X MIA1 are lower than those for class X MIA2 based on. The conclusion of this research is that teachers' teaching methods influence student grades. The suggestion from this research is that teachers should use video media to foster students' interest in learning.
