Abstract

The airport development planning must consider two main characteristics of the local economy that the airport needs for transportation and land requirements for the development of housing for residents around the airport, in order to get a new job. So the airport planning must be done in accordance with the comprehensive regional plan. Based on the analysis states that in order to cope with increasing passenger and aircraft movement in 2030 must be changing the layout of the Soekarno-Hatta airport facilities. To cope with increasing passenger and aircraft movement, the necessary expansion of the terminal building area of 232,964 m2, making the 1 (one) new runway, so entirely into 3 (three) pieces of the runway and the addition and expansion of apron. For its realization has been prepared by PT (Persero) Angkasa Pura II in the form of Grand Design Soekarno-Hatta Airport 2011.

Abstract

The basic concept of a cellular mobile communication system in particular is the division of services into small areas called cells. Each cell has a coverage area of each signal and operate in particular. The number of cells in a geographic area is based on the number of customers operating in the area. A cell is basically a radio communications center associated with MSC (Mobile Switching Central) which regulates the incoming call. Reach transmission of signals in cellular mobile communication system acceptable to good depending on the signal strength of the cell boundaries of the wearer. However, there are other factors that can be barriers to the transmitted signal can be received well. Another factor is the question of geographical factors (nature).

Abstract

ATC Transponder equipment consist of 2 (two) mains component. They are Transceiver and Antenna. The transceiver is installed on cockpit panels, while the antenna is installed on fuselage skin that located on upper body station 427. the doubler must be used before attached the antenna on fuselage skin. Base on SRM Boeing 737-200, the doubler geometry consists of 165.1 mm of length, 266.7 mm of width and the thickness is 2 mm. The doubler is attached on fuselage skin by 74 rivets, with 4.76 of diameter. The fuselage skin is representative ( modeled) by an existing skin with its geometry 354,33 mm of length, 266.7 mm of width and the thickness is 1.8 mm. Both materials of them are aluminum T2024-T3 with 72 GPa elastic modulus. The difference fuselage pressure is 53779 Pa with fuselage radius 1879.6 mm. So, the value of hoop tension stress is 56.05 MPa and longitudinal tension stress is 28.05 MPa. Because of them, the value of load can be counted, the result are 20284.5 N in X axis and 35803.5 N in Y axis. value of nett concentration factor (Ktn) of existing skin is 2.78 and the value of gross concentration factor (Ktg) is 3.8. The result of analysis are the maximum shear strength resultant of rivet is 675.76 N

Abstract

To support the safe operation of the airport accomplay with fast, smooth, orderly, convenient and efficient, must be supported by aviation equipment that are reliable and qualified. For this purpose, the operation of aviation equipment needs a reliable power supply and stable or in other words, the electric power supply quality power supply that is reliable and comprehensive. The research method used in this evaluation includes a review of 5 (five) aspects, they are geographical aspects, technological aspects, economic aspects, technical aspect and operational aspects. Airport electrical power for the equipment at airports affected by the generation system, distribution networks and electrical load The results of the evaluation of the quality of the power supply at the airport are as follows a. The number of backup diesel generator at least 2 (two) unit with a capacity corresponding to the class airport. b. Electricity distribution network system with grounded categories customizable with electrical load being served c. Aviation safety equipment including non-linear load category, which requires quality power supply as well as contributors to the decline of good quality power supply. d. Electrical power quality improvements are generally not implemented in all airports in Indonesia, except the Soekarno Hatta airport and Ngurah Rai airport.

Abstract

Language has an important function in human’s life. By using language, human can exchange their opinion and information all around the world. Arab language, specially, is an international language which is learnt by Indonesian. To learn Arab or other languages in which the previous language is mastered is known as second language acquisition. In second language acquisition, there’s an affective filter hypothesis which is designed by Krashen. Affective filter block the learners’ input so its function as a mental block for the second language learners. This journal introduces the concept of affective filter which has four factors. By analyzing this topic, second language teachers can find a better way to conduct their teaching.

Abstract

Improved performance officer MATSC Briefing office also supported by the competency standards (both theory and skills practice skills) owned by the graduate program of study Aeronautical Information STPI Curug. In this case, STPI Curug as provider of Aeronautical Information graduacted should give serious attention to this variable. This means that an effort from the STPI to really make the planning, management, implementation and monitoring of education in order to achieve the goal of producing aviation worker that ready to work. Likewise, an increase in performance of Briefing Office Officer in MATSC due to high employee motivation, this should be a concern for the management of PT. Angkasa Pura I to pay attention to this variable. This means that the management should make greater efforts to motivate employees to increase their performance over longer so productivity increases.

Abstract

B.Indonesia TOEFL® menjadi salah alat ukur yang digunakan sejumlah perusahaan jasa penerbangan di Indonesia dalam proses rekrutmen untuk mengetahui kecakapan berbahasa Inggris calon pegawai. Dalam kurikulum Program Studi Teknik Listrik Bandara di Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug pun menempatkan TOEFL® Preparation dalam silabus mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris dengan target skor tertentu. Untuk itu, perlu kajian mendalam untuk melihat kesesuaian antara tujuan pembelajaran dengan design pembelajaran. Penelitian ini pun dilakukan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran TOEFL® Preparation menurut design pembelajaran. Dari kajian ini, ditemukan bahwa faktor signifikan yang mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran adalah (1) kelas TOEFL® Preparation dinilai besar/large class dan (2) tingkatan kemampuan awal bervariasi/multilevel skill. Studi ini juga merekomendasikan untuk dilakukan perubahan design dengan menyesuaikan karakter kelas. B.English TOEFL® becomes one of the measuring instruments used by several aviation service companies in Indonesia in the recruitment process to figure out the prospective employee's speaking skills. Meanwhile, an advanced English has been placed on the curriculum of Electrical Engineering Study Program at Indonesian Civil Aviation Polytechnic. A kind of TOEFL® Preparation was listed in the syllabus of this program which require specific TOEFL® score to pass the subject. Therefore, it was proper to carry out a study in order to examine the congeniality between the learning objectives and the class design. Hence, this study was conducted to examine factors that influence the learning process of TOEFL® preparation according to the existing class design. From this study, it was found two significant factors that influence learning process: (1) the class was regarded as large class and (2) the student initial skill was varied. B.IndonesiaPeralatan telekomunikasi membutuhkan ruangan dengan kondisi yang cukup sejuk untuk memberikan kinerja yang optimal bagi pengguna pengendali lalu lintas udara. Namun, setiap masalah suhu di area peralatan tidak dapat dikendalikan karena di luar jadwal. Penelitian ini mengkaji desain produk monitoring alarm suhu untuk setiap ruang perangkat telekomunikasi penerbangan di Airnav Semarang dengan menggunakan Sensor LM35 berbasis Arduino Uno dan SIM900A, keluarannya adalah registrasi nomor telepon yang akan menerima pesan ketika terjadi perubahan suhu pada masing-masing perangkat. kamar. Sensor LM35 ini akan langsung terhubung ke Arduino Uno, sehingga data suhu akan dikirimkan ke SIM900A yang akan meneruskan notifikasi data suhu melalui SMS dengan mendaftarkan nomor telepon. Dengan adanya monitoring alarm suhu ini maka perancangan dapat memudahkan kinerja teknisi CNS Airnav Semarang dalam memeriksa kondisi pengaturan suhu di setiap ruangan perangkat telekomunikasi sesuai dengan SOP maintenance pada peraturan CASR 171-06 B.EnglishTelecommunication equipment needs rooms with cool adequate conditions to provide an optimal performance for the user air traffic controller. However, each issue with temperature in the equipment area is uncontrollable because of out of schedule. This research study a product design of temperature alarm monitoring for each flight telecommunication equipment room at Airnav Semarang using LM35 Sensor based on Arduino Uno and SIM900A, the output is registering the number phone that will receive a message when there is a temperature change in each equipment room. This LM35 Sensor will connect immediately to the Arduino Uno, thus temperature data will be sent to SIM900A that will forward the temperature data notification via SMS by registering the phone number. With this temperature alarm monitoring, the design can facilitate of the technician CNS performance of Airnav Semarang in examining the conditions of the temperature setting in each room telecommunication equipment in accordance with the maintenance SOP in CASR regulation 171-06

Abstract

B.Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan studi pendahuluan dalam rangka pengembangan flipped blended for Aerodrome Control Procedures di Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia Curug. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development yang mengikuti TRAINAIR PLUS Training Development Guide - Competency-based Training Methodology (TDG - 2011) dan kerangka desain blended learning menurut Foo (2004). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif dimana penulis melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi untuk menghasilkan keputusan apakah suatu hasil awal dapat dilanjutkan ke tahap desain dan pengembangan atau tidak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model flipped blended classroom dapat dilanjutkan ke tahap perancangan dan pengembangan serta evaluasi formatif empat tingkat, lampu, kabel, circuit breaker, fuse dan terakhir kontaktor. Dari perancangan ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan pada alat pemanas sebelumnya. B.English This study aims to depict of preliminary study in terms of developing flipped blended for Aerodrome Control Procedures in Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia Curug. The method used is a Research and Development method which follow TRAINAIR PLUS Training Development Guide – Competency-based Training Methodology (TDG - 2011) and blended learning design framework by Foo (2004). The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis where authors perform data reduction, data presentation and verification to produce a decision whether a preliminary result could be continuing to design and development step or not. The result shown that flipped blended classroom model could be continued to design and development step and also formative evaluation four level, lights, cables, circuit breakers, fuse and the last is the contactor. From this design is expected to solve the problems on the previous heating devices.

Abstract

B.Indonesia Pada asrama tower Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia memiliki fasilitas-fasilitas yang ada, yaitu lampu penerangan koridor asrama dan air conditioner (AC) jenis split. Namun saat ini lampu penerangan koridor yang masih dioperasikan secara manual yang sering kali taruna lalai mematikan kembali lampu koridor ketika tidak dibutuhkan, adapun untuk AC yang pengoperasiannya masih menggunakan timer swicth sehingga pada saat terjadi pemadaman listrik maka timer perlu diatur ulang karena mengalami perbedaan waktu akibat dari pemadaman listrik. Berdasarkan kondisi saat ini maka perlu dibuat suatu rancangan untuk menggabungkan pengoperasian lampu penerangan koridor dan AC yang bisa menyesuaikan waktu secara otomatis apabila terjadi pemadaman listrik. Sistem kerja dari rancangan menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino Mega 2560 dan modul RTC (real time clock) DS3231 sebagai pengatur jadwal rancangan. Dengan rancangan ini dapat mengontrol lampu penerangan koridor dan AC secara otomatis. Serta dapat menghemat penggunaan energi listrik pada lampu penerangan koridor dan AC. B.English In the dormitory tower of the Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute is have the facilities which are the lights of dormitory corridors and air conditioners (AC) split type. But nowadays the corridor lights are still operated manually which is often negligent the cadets forget to turn off the corridor lights when the time is set, as for the air conditioner a deficiency is when the power outage occurs then the timer needs to be reset because it has a time difference resulting from a power outage. Based on current conditions, it is necessary to create a design to combine the operation of the corridor lights and the air conditioners, which can adjust the time automatically in case of power outage. The system works from the design using an Arduino Mega microcontroller 2560 and a module RTC (Real Time Clock) DS3231 as the schedule design organizer. With this design, it is to control the corridor lights and the air conditioners automatically. And can save the use of electrical energy in the corridor lighting and air conditioning.
