Abstract

B.Indonesia Gunakan Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan di dunia penerbangan Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia selaku penyedia tenaga kerja harus menyiapkan sumber daya manusia, yang mampu berinovasi atau melakukan pengembangan dibidang monitoring lampu RTIL. Untuk itu penulis ingin merancang suatu alat monitoring lampu RTIL, sebagai alat praktik yang akan membantu melatih taruna taruni, dalam berinovasi atau melakukan pengembangan dibidang monitoring lampu RTIL. Rancangan ini menggunakan Modul ESP32 sebaga pusat pengendali dari system yang akan di buat dan website sebagai tampilan monitoring lampu RTIL. Selain Itu rancangan ini juga terdiri dari sensor tegangan ZMPT101B, sensor arus listrik ACS712, sensor Gyroscop untuk, sensor cahaya, LED dan Buzzer. Rancangan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kesigapan sumber daya manusia yang di persiapkan Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia untuk menanggulangi apabila terjadi kerusakan pada lampu Runway Threshold Identification Lights (RTIL) B.EnglishTo improve services in the aviation world, the Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute as a provider of labor must prepare human resources, who are able to innovate or develop in the field of monitoring RTIL lamps. For this reason, the author wants to design an RTIL lamp monitoring tool, as a practical tool that will help train cadets in innovating or developing in the field of monitoring RTIL lamp. This design uses the ESP32 Module as the central control of the system to be made and the website as a display for monitoring RTIL lamps. Besides that this design also consists of a ZMPT101B voltage sensor, ACS712 electric current sensor, Gyroscop sensor, light sensor, LED and Buzzer. This design is expected to help improve the readiness of human resources prepared by the Indonesian Aviation High School to cope with damage to the Runway Threshold Identification Lights (RTIL) lights.

Abstract

The moving process requires that the aircraft be separated into several sections to accommodate the kind of transporter. In order to the aircraft can be used as training aids in program studi Teknik Pesawat Udara (TPU) need to be done re-installation of parts that have been removed when the moving process. One of the parts to be reinstalled is the hoses and pipes. Because the inadequate detailed reinstalling guidelines for hose and pipe reinstallation and storage of aircraft parts is poorly controlled when the moving process, it’s resulted many parts of the aircraft that are not in a group of systems require an analysis of the processing stage or the installation process of the Queen Air B80 aircraft hose and pipe. Based on results of performed analysis, the stages for reinstall Queen Air B80 aircraft hose and pipe are collects the available aircraft documents, after that checks all the existing parts and collects into its system and then checked the condition of the parts carefully and found the number of existing and missing parts. After that make list of available and unavailable component and continued with make the installation stage of hose and pipe into the form of task card.

Abstract

At Juwata International Airport, there are frequent blackouts by PLN. This causes the generator as backup power supply is often used, which makes refueling so often done. The current refueling is still manual using pump or filled directly from Pertamina‟s tanker. When doing manual refueling ever happened error, that spill of fuel.To know the fuel capacity from primary and secondary tank is currently still using the indicator hose from the height of fuel in tank. The fuel capacity in tank must always be checked to support the fuel needs of generator if PLN do the blackouts.This design use arduino as central control of system to be created. In addition this design also consists of ultrasonic sensors to know the fuel volume, relays as pump control, LED as indicator of filling mode and buzzer as warning to technician if the fuel volume reached the bottom level. This design us expected to help technician duty when refueling or fuel capacity check and can be solution of the exsisting problem.

Abstract

The process of data transmission in the past was still using terrestrial telecommunication system, but because terrestrial telecommunication system has limited area coverage, installation time and so forth, then developed telecommunication system by using satellite. Along with the development of technology, communication needs by using satellites is also increasing. Changes in the global environment and rapidly growing telecommunication technologies have led to a change in the way of view in telecommunication provision, so the need for structuring of national telecommunications. In 1980 Indonesia established a business entity for international telecommunication service called PT. Indonesian Satellite Coorporation (INDOSAT) which is separate from PERUMTEL. Based on PP No.25 / 1991 PERUMTEL changed into a company company (Persero) Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Telecommunication operation specifically for meteorological and geophysical purposes, broadcast radio and television, navigation, aviation, search and rescue, and so forth. In the course of its operation, satellite communications systems are not spared from a variety of disorders. One of the problems that often arise in the implementation of satellite communications is radio interference. Radio interference is a disorder generated by radio frequency induced radio stations (88-108 MHz) and is transmitted to satellites. One of the new cases occurred in February 2015, where one of the radio broadcasts detected by the Satellite Communications Control Unit (Dalkomsat) was transmitted to the Telkom-1 satellite. This interference may cause the carrier signal transmitted by satellite subscriber station Telkom-1 to be degraded. In addition, the impact of this interference also affects the satellites themselves, such as the burden on the transponder increases so that the transponder becomes over-saturated, and the most fatal of causing damage to the satellite.

Abstract

On this situation, tower 2 dormitory dont have generator set as a back up power supply, so if the main supply from PLN off, all the activity an all infrastructure on dormitory will be stoped and not operate. The process in this study is start from checking all the load on tower 2 dormitory, counting the ideal capacity of the generator set, counting the maximum current of genetator set and ideal position of the generator set. Writer hope this study will be applied in tower 2 dormitory as a solution if the main supply off, so all the activity will be continues.

Abstract

Swot Analytical study on STPI Telecommunication and Air Navigation Graduates in accordance with the marketing demand. To archieve organization goals, marketing strategy is required in companies as well as public institutions. This SWOT analyses is applied to meet the marketing demand for the STPI Telecommunication and Air Navigation Graduates. This research is intended to find the correlation between SWOT analyses of STPI Telecommunication and Air Navigation Graduates and their marketing demand. The secondary data is obatained through observation, questionnaire and interview. There are 20 subjects, choosen by using purposive sampling. The data is analyzed by using pearson correlation followed by t-test consulted to t-table. The result shows that the r is 0.897. Thus, it is summarized that the SWOT analyses is positively correlated to the marketing demand.

Abstract

In this study the author discusses the design of street lighting from Prawyasa Kindergarten to Raudhatul Ilmi Mosque by recalculating manually using formulas and standards in accordance with SNI. After getting the calculation results manually, the calculation results are then simulated in a software Dialux Evo Version 6.1. The output of this dialux software can feature a powerful simulation of street lighting from the Prawyasa Kindergarten path to the Raudhatul Ilmi Mosque in the Indonesia Civil Aviation Institute.

Abstract

In the area of Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute there is a Science Art Music Building usually used as a entertainment area. The fuction of that building as a entertainment area for cadets in free time. However the operation of the lamp still manual, and many of cadets forget to turn off back the lamp after using the room. Based on the condition nowdays so that I decided to take a design of sakelar automatic lamp based on arduino uno in the science art music building in the Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute. The Carrier System of this design by using microcontroller Arduino and Light Sensor Module as Sensor when cadet entering or coming out from the room. Light Sensor Module will activate Arduino and then automatically activated LCD and Relay. Relay will activate lamp fitting as a spot to activate and extinguished the lamp. By using the design of sakelar automatic lamp will create the lamp room that can turn on and turn off automatically without manual operation when cadet entering or getting out from the room.

Abstract

Control of Science Art Studio Room which is called (SAM Studio) is intended as one of security helping tools in SAM room studio at STPI (Indonesian State Aviation School) Curug. The matter that often we faced is the shortfall of responsibility of the studio room’s borrower and that sometimes there were lost and broken items without further action because of the mass amount of borrowers in the room of SAM studio. Seeing this, the writer has an idea to make a project that could give solutions towards the problems that take place. To design the tools that we hope to be utilized by STPI Curug, the writer searched for information from many sources whether like book references or websites regarding theories and programs that related to the project that is going to be made. This project consists of Microcontroller that is Arduino uno as the brain of the program that is being used, module data logger as the reciever of the data’s activity, other than that keypad 3 can be found as the manual lock from the shortest range with the already specified password, and also other components such as LCD 162, relay modul, modul I2C converter, and of course the transformator as power supply’s source of the project and also the magnetic lock that will be used to lock the room of SAM studio

Abstract

Ridwan Malik Hanggono, ”APRON EXPANSION PLANNING USING RIGID PAVEMENT AT HANG NADIM BATAM AIRPORT”. Indonesian civil aviation institute, Curug-Tangerang. Hang Nadim Batam Airport is the premier first class airport located in Batu Besar, Nongsa, Pulau Batam, Kepulauan Riau and has function to serve transportation services. Those required to provide safe flight and operation services. The high aircraft movement during peak hours in the Hang Nadim Batam Airport it is cause the occur waiting time between the aircraft will land due to less of apron capacity. For the sake of safety it is necessary to support the expansion of the apron to be able to accommodate all aircraft movement during peak hours. Therefore this final project made to explain how to plan the expansion and apron pavement thickness which suitable to the reference of International Civil Aviation Organitation (ICAO) related to the characteristic of the area Mutiara Sis Al-jufri Palu Airport. According to the results of calculation, the dimension of the planned apron is 351,5 x 138,3 m suitable for addition of 8 parking stand and also total area apron pavement thickness is 63 cm. The thickness of concrete slab with concrete quality k-400 is 37,6 cm and 25,4 cm thick subbase for subgrade with CBR 8%.
