Abstract

Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang located in West side of Semarang and managed by PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) which serves domestic and international flights. With the high airplane movements during peak hours, it is feared that there will be a waiting time between airplanes that will be landing because of the lack of apron capacity. In order to support the smoothness, the apron necessary to be expanded to accommodate all aircraft movements during peak hours. Therefore, this final project made for present how to plan the expansion and standard pavement thickness of the apron in accordance with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). According to the result of the calculation, the development of the planned apron dimensions is 820 x 131,5 m for the addition of 20 parking stand and obtained the overall pavement thickness of the apron is 64.8 cm. Including 39.4cm of concrete slab thickness with K-400 concrete quality and subbase 25.4 cm to subgrade with CBR 6%.

Abstract

Right now, Husein Sastranegara International Airport have a drainage problem, clogged frequent, flooded, and some parts of trails cover are damaged because it is age in Apron B-C Airside. Therefore have to repair it, them is drainage trails cover change, clean the sediment so there is no clogged anymore. In the to make the drainage system condition (2015 KP 39 or FAA AC 150_5320_5c). The daily rain maximum data obtained from BMKG rain station location in Husein Sastranegara International Airport for the total if 30 years. This rain data will processed of analysis top of flood debit. Meanwhile, the new drainage model using a closed channel using a box culvert precast with 90 x 90 x 9 dimension. To accommodate drainage channel inlet, will create an open channel segment which is in same time serves as man hole using u-ditch precast followed cover from hollow steel. This inlet or man hole are placed every 50 meter.

Abstract

Pontianak Supadio International Airport is one of the airports that provide air transportation services under the management of Angkasa Pura 2. Supadio Airport has a water treatment system to meet all airport water needs. Raw water from the Anak Kapuas River is channeled to the processing basin in the Water Treaetment Plant. The entire water in the reservoir is supplied from a water treatment plant that has been processed to obtain suitable work. However, the purification process and the level of clarity of the water in the purification bath are not properly monitored, resulting in the technician being less efficient. And the final result of the purification process is not necessarily in accordance with the predetermined standard of clean water. Therefore, the presence of a water clarity monitoring system using a Turbidity sensor that directly measures water clarity and displays clarity levels on the screen will improve the technician's performance. With this monitoring system will also get a measured level of water clarity. Thus it can be seen whether the results of the water purification process have met the clear water standards that are in accordance with Indonesia's national standards.

Abstract

The main purpose of the clean water system in the Raudhatul Ilmi mosque is none other than to fulfill every need for clean water needed by mosque worshipers and mosque administrators in carrying out spiritual activities, cleaning, and MCK. To achieve this goal, the Raudhatul Ilmi Mosque requires various types of supporting equipment that can provide clean water needs that are in accordance with the needs of the mosque users. The modeling analysis obtained clean water requirements of 11450 liters supported by an additional supply pump with a 7m3 / h debit with a head of 17.86m, and to supply water to the male ablution area a water flow rate of 155.2 l / m was needed.

Abstract

Special tools for retaining bolt key-washer removal are not available, it cause retaining bolt key-washer cannot be removed at PT6A-20A engine practical, so that need to design these special tools. First step to design retaining bolt key-washer detachment tool as gas generator turbine disk aiding detacher tool for motor turbine PT6A-20A is to define weight, dimension, and force in which the tool is used. Then followed by the calculation and measuring process so that the shape, dimension and material for this tool can be determined. Next the writer start to design based on the available calculation and measurements by using theories related to this particular design. Then followed by the manufacturing of the tool based on the design being made.The tool is manufactured with 24,6 mm of detachment tool diameter and have 7,2 mm of high and 2,2 mm of thick. Protector tool have 38 mm outside diameter and 26 inner diameter. From the result of testing process,the retaining bolt keywasher dettachment tool has successfully removed the retaining bolt keywasher with the moment 78.056,60 N-mm and the protector toll has succesfully to protect hole of gas generator turbine disk shaft with moment 23.416,05 N-mm. And is set to use on cadet’s practice to fulfill motor turbine syllabus due to the unavailability of protective tool on the axle of gas generator turbine disk and retaining bolt key-washer detachment tool on gas generator turbine disk on motor turbine PT6A-20A in Hangar 01 Aircraft Engineering

Abstract

The door lock system at the DVOR shelter still uses a conventional mechanical key and nothing can be used for the DVOR equipment from the technician's room. If someone is missing or there is nothing good and unknown to the technicians being discussed. In this case the author designed a DVOR shelter safety system using the keypad, password, IP camera, and Raspberry Pi in LPPNPI Yogyakarta Branch Office which still uses the key as access to DVOR shelter and the unavailability of equipment for DVOR. With that, they can support the activities of flight navigation services

Abstract

Abstract

At this time in the STPI Curug Tower Dormitory has one source of clean water that comes from well water / land and is used to meet the needs of clean water in the Tower Dormitory. Currently for the clean water quality in the Tower Dormitory itself is not so maximal, there are several parameters that almost exceed the maximum standard of clean water that is allowed. Abstract

Juwata Tarakan international airport has a clean water distribution facility to the terminal building area using three pump units that have the same specification. Clean water is distributed to toilets, mosques, shops and cafeterias. The water distribution control system is automated but not in accordance with the desired condition because the system works in serial if the previous pump is not working.In order to for the simulation design of the setting operation of three pumps to work properly it is necessary to do a favorable theory review, such as the theory that support. Some theories used to support the writing of this final task must be related and complement each other, including the theory of arduino as microcontroller board, sensor theory ACS712, DS18b20 sensor, relay, and others.The simulation design use to operation the three pumps works based on the time specified in each pump, with overcurrent and overheated protection on each pump to avoid potentially problematic pump (auto system), if the auto system becomes problem then the manual system can be operated .This simulation is used to describe the control system that is located in the juwata tarakan international airport of northern kalimantan

Abstract

Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute (ICAI) in Legok subdistrict of Tangerang district, has 4 hangars, 2 of them (hangar 1 A and B) are actively used to keep the fix wing train and maintenance activities of the aircraft. The lighting atmosphere in the Hanggar Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute (ICAI) area, especially Hanggar 1 A and B is very poorly enlightened, the observation stated that the lighting for 1 hangar area is given by 4 pieces of 18 Watt lamp, and the average intensity of 11 Lux light, Related to the strong light in the hangar area required an average of 50 Lux, dominated by the use of a 220-volt phase to phase (110 phase to neutral) power grid. Taking note of the above then required the development of electrical installations, Installation is divided into two, namely lighting installation and installation of power. The lighting installation is related to the determination of the amount of amatur and the number of lamps. As for the power installation associated with the determination of the power on the socket.
