SINDA: Comprehensive Journal of Islamic Social Studies adalah jurnal Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar yang mewadahi penelitian akademisi untuk dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah, Terutama dalam bidang Jurnal Ekonomi Syariah, Perbankan Syariah, Hukum Keluarga Islam, Psikologi Islam, PIAUD, Ilmu Al Quran Dan Tafsir, Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam dan ilmu pendidikan lain serta pengajarannya dengan membuat jurnal ilmiah terkait bidang keilmuan tersebut. Adapun tujuan dari publikasi ini adalah mensosialisasikan hasil temuan dari kajian atau penelitian berdasarkan evidence (bukti/kebenaran/fakta/data) di lapangan baik di tingkat lokal, nasional, regional dan internasional. Banyak sekali fakta hasil kajian dan penelitian yang sebetulnya sangat penting dan menarik untuk diakses dan dijadikan bahan yang sangat penting untuk pengambilan keputusan, tetapi sulit untuk diperoleh/diakses/dijangkau oleh pengambil kebijakan atau pihak pengguna lainnya. Hal ini disebabkan karena hasil kajian/penelitian para peneliti, dosen, mahasiswa tidak dipublikasikan secara luas. Jurnal SINDA Diterbitkan selama 3 kali setahun, yakni pada April, Agustus dan Desember oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar.

Abstract

The aim of this research is as a solution to ward off radical attitudes by instilling a Moderate attitude in students through the development of the Aswaja an-Nahdliyah reference book which is important to convey to students in tertiary institutions. This research uses a research design design to develop products, namely Research and Development (R&D) according to Thiagarajan, namely the 4-D model which consists of 4 research and development steps, namely defining, and designing , development, and dissemination. The solution to realizing a moderate attitude in students who are the nation's assets as the young generation is through cultivating the 5 social attitudes of Nahdlatul Ulama, namely Tawassut (being moderate), Tasamuh (being tolerant), Tawazun (being balanced) and I'tidal (being fair) and Amar ma'ruf Nahi Mungkar (inviting goodness and preventing evil) in understanding concepts, analyzing and will be realized in the implementation of attitudes that arise in real life in society, nation and state.

Abstract

Tujuan dari 1penelitian ini adalah sebagai solusi untuk mengembangkan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) yang sesuai dengan novelty yang ditetapkan perguruan tinggi. Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) perlu dikembangkan melalui analisis standar kompetensi yang ingin dicapai, metode pengajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajarannya dengan menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai Aswaja an-Nahdliyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan, Borg dan Gall, sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis konsep dan komparasi untuk memecahkan masalah. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan ADDIE dari Branch. Perencanaan dalam proses Internalisasi Nilai-nilai Aswaja an-Nahdliyah: Pengembangan RPS Mata Kuliah Hukum Administrasi Negara dilakukan dengan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai moderat dalam arti al-wasat sebagai model berfikir dan berinteraksi secara seimbang di antara dua kondisi, sehingga sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam dalam berakidah, beribadah dan beretika, setidaknya bisa dilihat kesesuaiannya dengan pertimbangan-pertimbangan dalam berperilaku dan beretika.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam memutar roda perekonomian di Indonesia. Bank Mandiri Kantor Cabang Pembantu Blitar merupakan salah satu Lembaga keuangan yang bertempat daerah Blitar yang berperan sebagai pendorong ekonomi dan pembangunan daerah di segala bidang dalam rangka meningkatkan kemakmuran dan taraf hidup masyarakat. Lembaga keuangan khususnya Bank ini juga memiliki persaingan yang cukup ketat, Bank Mandiri Kantor Cabang Pembantu Blitar harus bisa memperhatikan beberapa hal agar tetap berkembang dalam persaingan usaha, dengan demikian maka perusahaan berusaha berbagai cara agar usaha yang didirikan mampu bersaing. Salah satu produk jasa yang ditawarkan dari Bank Mandiri Kantor Cabang Blitar yaitu Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR). Data dikumpulkan melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dengan menerapkan 7p, product (produk), price (harga), place (tempat), promotion (promosi), people (orang), physical evidence (fasilitas fisik), dan process (proses). Menunjukan bahwa Product KUR SUMI dan KUR Kecil masih belum melampaui target yang ditentukan dengan persentase -82% dan -26%. Dalam Variabel Price KUR tersebut memiliki tarif bunga 6% tanpa ada biaya administrasi lainnya. Cara melakukan promosi Bank Mandiri Kantor Cabang Blitar melakukan promosi dengan cara door to door, referral dan media sosial. Pada variabel Place Bank Mandiri Kantor Cabang Blitar ber tempat ditengah kota Blitar. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yaitu dengan mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan seminar, training yang diselenggarakan oleh Bank Mandiri Kantor Pusat. Bank Mandiri Kantor Cabang Blitar telah menerapkan strategi prosesnya sesuai dengan undang-undang standar prosedur pelaksanaan kegiatan yang ada. Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengekplorasi peran harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan citra toko secara parsial dan simultan dalam menentukan kepuasan pelanggan di Counter HP “Dan Cell” Warujayeng Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal ini dilakukan selama 6 bulan dengan 100 responden yang dipilih secara acak. Data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan Skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan citra toko tidak signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan baru penelitian ini adalah bahwa citra toko tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Hal ini perlu dipertimbangkan dalam implementasinya di dunia bisnis telepon selular.

Abstract

An Islamic religious education teacher is required to develop his performance so that students are always ready to face the world of work. This qualitative descriptive research using literature study will examine the development of the performance of Islamic religious education teachers for students in facing the world of work. The data analysis technique uses content analysis by sorting data according to the problem and research objectives. This article finds several things as follows. First, in developing their performance, an Islamic religious education teacher must have the following five criteria, including: commitment to students in the learning process, must master the material, carry out evaluations, be able to think systematically, and be part of society in their professional environment. Second, in developing his performance, an Islamic religious education teacher must be able to be a corrector, inspirer, informer, motivator, initiator and facilitator. Also, an Islamic religious education teacher must master several teaching methods, including: lecture methods, exercises, question and answer, discussions, experiments, assignments, field trips, socio-drama, and the like. Third, to prepare students for the world of work, an Islamic religious education teacher must formulate a curriculum that suits the needs of society, that is in line with developments in science and technology, and that suits individual needs. Fourth, to balance the curriculum with the field of work, an Islamic religious education teacher must pay attention to skills education which is usually directed at employment preparation, directed at several types of work and in accordance with his field of expertise.

Abstract

The moral education values ​​contained in scouting are apparently significant with Islamic teachings. This qualitative descriptive research using literature studies explores the moral foundations and values ​​of scouting and their significance to Islamic teachings. The data analysis technique is by sorting the data according to the research objectives. This research found the following two things. First, the ideal basis for scouting is Pancasila, the constitutional basis for scouting is the 1945 Constitution, especially article 31 paragraph 1 and Presidential Decree No. 238 of 1961. Second, the moral education values ​​contained in scouting activities are piety to God Almighty, which is significant in QS. Al-Baqarah: 3-4, QS. Al-Hujurat: 13, and QS. Ali Imran: 102; love of nature and compassion for fellow humans are significant to QS. Al-Baqarah: 29, QS. Al-Hujurat: 10, and QS. Ar-Rum: 41; polite patriot and significant knight with QS. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi desain strategi marketing execution plan, strategi marketing budgeting, dan strategi marketing Analyze competition dalam upaya meningkatkan volume penjualan produk Grubi di Munjungan Trenggalek. Metode penelitian melibatkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus pada pemahaman pasar, alokasi anggaran yang proporsional, dan analisis komprehensif terhadap pesaing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi desain strategi marketing execution plan memerlukan pemahaman pasar lokal, pembangunan citra merek menarik, pemilihan saluran distribusi yang tepat, dan fokus pada pengalaman konsumen. Selanjutnya, pada implementasi desain strategi marketing budgeting, alokasi anggaran yang proporsional dan efisien sangat penting, dengan mempertimbangkan prioritas pengeluaran berdasarkan dampak yang diharapkan dan fleksibilitas alokasi anggaran. Selain itu, implementasi desain strategi marketing Analyze competition menekankan pengumpulan informasi komprehensif tentang pesaing, pemahaman kekuatan dan kelemahan mereka, serta identifikasi celah pasar. Keseluruhan temuan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga strategi tersebut memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan produk Grubi di Munjungan Trenggalek melalui pemahaman pasar yang mendalam, alokasi anggaran yang bijak, dan analisis komprehensif terhadap pesaing dan peluang pasar. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan dapat membantu Grubi mencapai kesuksesan pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Qardhul Hasan as Social Financing in Combating Poverty. The well-being of the people is the primary objective of the establishment of a nation. However, for developing countries, it is still a homework in tackling poverty. The Islamic Shariah manages poverty primarily to reduce poverty with funds derived from zakat, infaq, and sedekah. Indonesia, as the country with the largest number of Islamic believers in the world, has the potential to have large funds for zakat, infaq, and sedekah, but the current management is still not at its maximum. This research is aimed at exploring the literature on financing Qardhul Hasan as a means of combating poverty. Among them is an increase in profits of up to six times. Besides, there are other advantages, such as improved customer skills. With increased sharia financial inclusion, financing for the community can improve the well-being of the community and reduce the poverty rate.

Abstract

One of the reasons for community development in the millennial era is the media. This article discusses the phenomenon that occurs in the era of digitalization which focuses on presence of social media in communication interaction activities. Digitalization has changed in various aspects of life with the presence of social media to aspects of the state including political issues in Indonesia. Social media has the potential to influence power relations in political parties to allowing individual candidates to campaign more independently. What is interesting about this study is how aspects of online media can influence other fields and vice versa. It was found that in the current phenomenon, gen Z are interested in politics, but have not been given the opportunity to become involved in politics.

Abstract

Hadith Study Perspective Digital Da'wah Method. Dakwah is an attempt to invite people to the path of Allah. In the study of da'wah philosophy, the term ontology of da'wah is known. Ontology is the science of being. Whereas the ontology of da'wah discusses things that exist or the source of everything, so in the application of da'wah, the sources of da'wah are the Koran and hadith, so it is necessary to pay attention to what is the source. So that it can add to the treasury of knowledge for preachers. At this time da'wah has developed into the digital world, which is commonly referred to as digital da'wah. The use of social media is an alternative means that is possible in the midst of current policies. With social media we can expand the target of da'wah to be addressed, therefore the author discusses this theme to strengthen social media as a means of da'wah.
