Abstract

For a child, divorce will definitely have quite a big impact. Especially if a child is still a minor, of course both parents must provide attention and guidance. Compilation of Islamic Law which regulates child custody rights given to the biological father and biological mother after divorce, Article 105 states that the biological mother has custody of children under the age of 12 years. However, in the divorce process there are often differences of opinion regarding whether or not the biological father should have custody of minor children. This research uses the maudhu'i (thematic) method to interpret the Koran. Researchers use the term tafsir maudhu'i to answer problems that exist in society. Tafsir Maudhu'i has the potential to produce new and accurate ideas from the Koran related to the issues discussed. This study was conducted from a normative perspective by looking at several recent cases relating to the legitimacy of parents to control custody of minor children after divorce based on applicable Indonesian positive law. Surah At-Tahrim verse 6 is the core of this research, because it states that people must take care of themselves and their families and educate their children.

Abstract

The implementation of the registration system at the Nimo Highland Tourist Location, Pangalengan Bandung has been implemented well as a standard. Starting from the ticket purchasing process to the ticket exchange procedure, it has been carried out well. To overcome the surge in visitors during high season, Nimo Highland management has prepared a good registration system. From the results of this research, it can be seen that there are still many queues of tourists visiting the glass sky bridge tourist attraction in the ticketing section because there is only one ticket purchasing door. This certainly makes visitors feel bored if they wait too long. Even psychologically, they are worried about losing the opportunity to do other scheduled activities. This journal analyzes in detail the implementation of the registration system on the Nimo Highland and Nimo Sky Bridge, the Glass Bridge.

Abstract

Discussions pertaining to the role of women are an ongoing phenomenon. The debates surrounding women's roles as actors of domestic work or their role in the public sphere are not obsolete discourses that are ubiquitous in academic discourse. One such debate concerns the women's movement. The objective of the movement, which was initiated by women activists, is to enhance the status of women. The actions of prominent female figures throughout history demonstrate that Indonesian women were instrumental in establishing the women's movement, guided by principles of humanity and social justice. This study seeks to establish a historical understanding as a foundation for the contemporary women’s movement in its pursuit of social and political rights. In order to gain insight into the fluctuating nature of the women's movement since the late nineteenth century, the historical method was employed in this research. It became evident that the waves of activism initiated by female leaders, advocating for women's rights in all fields, were born out of the injustices inherent in gender relations. Indonesian women leaders, in particular, have set an exemplary standard, and it falls upon today's women to carry the torch and continue the struggle

Abstract

One of the agricultural products that is very necessary as a cooking spice is onions. Onions are a mandatory spice in every dish to add flavor and enjoyment to the dish. Onion plants are not limited to the season at which they are planted so farmers can plant onions at any time, especially shallots. Based on this, one of the Farmer Groups in Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency, is a forum for deliberation regarding agriculture, especially shallots. In shallot farming in Krejengan District, in dealing with caterpillar and planthopper pests, chemical pesticides are often used excessively. This certainly hurts the health of those who consume shallots and the environmental impact. On the other hand, spraying chemical pesticides has large costs in purchasing pesticides and farmer labor. If this is not done, it will have an impact on reducing shallot crop production and even result in crop failure. This community service activity program aims to reduce the use of chemical pesticides for pest control, which of course can reduce the costs of purchasing pesticides and farmer labor. Apart from that, by reducing the use of chemical pesticides, those who consume shallots are healthier. By doing this, the Agro Makmur Farmers Group can maintain the shallot production yields by creating a pest control device or Caterpillar Pest Control (CPC) for solar cell-based shallot plants so that it is environmentally friendly

Borobudur has become a flagship destination in Indonesia's tourism equality program and designated as a National Strategic Tourism Area (KSPN). To address overtourism, the government is developing Borobudur Highland as an alternative destination, despite facing infrastructure challenges and struggling to attract visitors or investors. This research aims to identify the challenges in managing Borobudur Highland's authoritative land and recommend strategies to increase visitor interest through the canvas business model. The qualitative research methodology focuses on the Borobudur Highland canvas business model to attract visitors, involving in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, observation, and documentation analysis to gain a deep understanding of the case. Abstract

In 2016, PT Ramaldi Praja Sentosa, a company specializing in aircraft parts procurement and component repair, was rocked by a severe financial crisis. This crisis was triggered by the embezzlement of funds by one of its directors, leading to the company's inability to meet its financial obligations and ultimately filing for bankruptcy. The Central Jakarta Commercial Court rejected the petition due to the failure to meet the formal requirement of written consent from creditors as per the Supreme Court Circular Letter (Surat Edaran Mahkamah Agung) SEMA Number 2 of 2016. The Supreme Court then upheld this decision in cassation No. 196 K/Pdt.Sus-Bankruptcy/2017. This analysis delves into the reasons for the rejection of the bankruptcy petition, based on the provisions in Law No.37 of 2004 regarding Bankruptcy and Suspension of Payment (UUK-PKPU) and SEMA No.2/2016. It also underscores the implications of creditors' inactivity in providing consent to the bankruptcy mechanism. This case serves as a clear instance of the Supreme Court's overreach, as it issued SEMA with unnecessary guidance that is not in line with Law No.37 of 2004 regarding Bankruptcy and Suspension of Payment.
