Abstract

This study aims to determine Law Enforcement Against Influencers Advertising Illegal Cosmetic Products on the Instagram Social Media Platform in the Pekanbaru City Police Legal Area and To Know the Ideal Concept of Law Enforcement Regulations Against Influencers Advertising Illegal Cosmetic Products on Instagram Social Media Platforms in the Resort Police Legal Area Pekanbaru City. This research is a type of juridical sociological research, namely empirical research to find theories about the process of occurrence and about the working process of law in society. The approach method used in this study uses a problem approach which is carried out in a juridical-empirical manner, namely a juridical approach is used to analyze various laws related to the problems that the author raises above, while an empirical approach is used to analyze law by looking at the legal reality that occurs in public. Empirical juridical is also called sociological juridical.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of providing incentives on employee performance at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Bulukumpa District, Bulukumba Regency. The problem in this study is that the company's production decreases every year due to declining employee performance because there are still employees who neglect the responsibilities given by the company. The benefit of this research is to be taken into consideration by the company in identifying problems so that prevention and solving of these problems can be carried out. The type of research used is quantitative using a simple regression analysis method. The population and sample in this study are all employees at PT. pp. London Sumatra Indonesia Bulukumpa District Bulukumba Regency which amounted to 40 people. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. so that it can be concluded that if the provision of incentives is given to employees appropriately, it will make employees more enthusiastic and active at work so that employee performance will also increase.

Abstract

In 2017, farmers in Simalingkar A Village, Deliserdang, and security forces were involved in clashes. Many farmers were injured, and some were detained at the local police station. Until now, there has been no resolution of the conflict to lead to peace. The farmer conflict in Simalingkar A Village illustrates how complicated the agrarian conflict is in Indonesia, especially in North Sumatra. This research is a case study that provides an in-depth investigation into a single case or a small number of cases to better understand the conflict between farmers and PTPN II. With the existing limitations, farmers in Simalingkar who are members of the Simalingkar United Farmers Union (SPSB) made efforts to accommodate the hopes and demands of farmers to create a solution that benefits both parties. Based on the analysis using this theory, it can be concluded that the SPSB played a role in resolving the conflicts. They made efforts using several channels of interest articulation, including rallies, demonstrations, lobbying, and walking from Medan to Jakarta.

Abstract

A notary is a public official authorized to make authentic deeds. This authority must be carried out in accordance with the regulations stipulated in the Notary Office Act and not violate the Notary Code of Ethics. However, not a few notaries carry out their duties in accordance with the established regulations, resulting in a party being harmed and the notary being held accountable. This happened in the Decision on Criminal Case Number 1362/Pid.B/2019/Pn.Jkt.Utr. In this decision, notary R forged an authentic deed because he entered information that was not in accordance with the facts and also did not read and sign the deed he made in front of the parties. Therefore, this thesis takes the title Liability of a Notary Who Issues Deeds Containing False Statements (Case Study Case Number 1362/Pid.B/2019/PN.Jkt.Utr). The formulation of the problem in this research is: 1) What are the legal considerations of the judges in deciding case number 1362/Pid.B/2019/PN.Jkt.Utr? 2) What is the responsibility of the notary for the deed he made based on case number 1362/Pid.B/2019/PN.Jkt.Utr? This study uses normative juridical legal research methods, namely the systematic compilation of data, assessment, then concludes on the relationship to the problems studied with the statutory approach. The results of this study are: 1) The basis for the judge's consideration in decision number 1362/Pid.B/2019/PN.Jkt.Utr comes from juridical and non-juridical and grants the indictment of the public prosecutor in accordance with the provisions violated by notary R but the judge does not make the existence of peace into the lightening thing. 2) The responsibility imposed on notary R is administrative sanctions, namely temporary dismissal due to being in custody then the main sanction is imprisonment for 1 (one) year and 8 (eight) months.

Abstract

The development of information and electronic technology, which is currently increasing rapidly, has an impact on the Notary's work related to the signing of the Notary deed. The cyber notary concept contained in Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary (hereinafter referred to as UUJN) in the elucidation of Article 15 paragraph (3) states that there are other powers for a Notary, namely the authority to certify transactions carried out electronically (cyber notary) but in the absence of regulations regarding this matter it seems to be an obstacle to the implementation of electronic signing. Based on this, the authors formulate the problem, namely, first how to regulate norms regarding electronic signatures on notarial deeds, Second, how are the requirements for an electronic signature on a notary deed to be considered legally valid. This study uses a juridical-normative approach. The results of this research study indicate that the regulation of Cyber notary has not been regulated in Indonesia so because there is no regulation regarding the electronic signing of the notary deed, the notary cannot carry out the signing of the deed electronically under any circumstances. The legal requirements relating to the electronic signature do not meet the requirements for a valid signature on a notary deed because according to Article 16 UUJN it requires the signature to be carried out directly by the appearer or the parties before the notary.

Abstract

A notary is a public official who is authorized to make authentic deeds and has other authorities including those referred to in UUJN. One of the Notary's authorities is to make a fiduciary guaranteed deed, which has been explained in Article 5 UUJF. In connection with this authority, the Notary is required to keep the minutes of the fiduciary deed, one of which is the deposit of the minutes of the fiduciary deed. The problem that occurs at this time is that some Notaries experience difficulties in storing minutes of fiduciary deeds, because there are no clear rules relating to these deposits. With the number of deeds that are made and keeping the minutes of the deed as a Notary protocol can cause problems. The notary may violate existing rules regarding the making of a fiduciary deed and experience problems in storing the number of minuta of this fiduciary deed. Based on this, the authors formulate the problem, namely first, how are the arrangements and responsibilities of a Notary for the storage of minutes of fiduciary deeds, secondly, what are the obstacles in storing the number of minutes of fiduciary deeds. This study uses a juridical-empirical approach. Based on the results of research on the arrangements and responsibilities of a Notary for the safekeeping of minutes of fiduciary deeds, it has been proven that many Notaries violate the rules regarding limiting the number of deed made per day and the Notary is only responsible to the extent of keeping the deed as a Notary protocol, so that if the guarantee time in the deed runs out, The notary keeps it and it is one of the factors in the accumulation of minutes of the deed. In storing the minutes of the fiduciary deed there are several obstacles such as the quality of paper that is easily damaged, making a special cupboard and a large room.

Abstract

mineral superboosters and concentrating immunoboosters in the feed. This research was conducted on the smallholder dairy cattle in "Kampoeng Ternak," Taman District, Sidoarjo, for 42 days. The material used was 18 Friesian Holstein (FH) dairy cattle suffering from FMD and decreased milk production. This research was carried out experimentally with three treatments: P0 (treatment injected multivitamins 10 ml + antibiotic long-acting 20 ml), P1 (treatment injected multivitamins 10 ml + antibiotic long-acting 20 ml and mineral super booster 40 grams), and P2 (10 ml treatment injected multivitamins + 20 ml long-acting antibiotics, adding 40-gram mineral super booster and 800-gram concentrate immunobooster). The data collected in this study is feed consumption, milk production, and profit analysis of business in the farm. The data were calculated and analyzed using anova. This literature review aims to describe adding mineral supplements to FH dairy cattle suffering from foot and mouth disease (FMD) as an alternative because it can increase milk production.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of satisfaction on employee performance, (2) determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, (3) determine the effect of satisfaction and work discipline jointly on employee performance at the National Land Agency in Makassar City . The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a total sample of 63 respondents. This study used a quantitative approach and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the satisfaction variable has a significant effect on employee performance, t count > t table where 3.434 > from t table of 1.671. The work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance because the value of t count > t table is where 5.056 > from T table of 1.671. Based on the results of this study it is also known that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the performance of employees at the Makassar City National Land Agency. Therefore, if Satisfaction and Work Discipline are continuously improved, then of course performance will be more optimal.

Abstract

Prabumulih City Hospital Accreditation graduation predicate in 2019 which decreased from fully accredited to mid-accredited, where one of the working groups that had not passed was the facility management and safety working group with a score of 67.62. This is also supported by data from the results of recording patient safety incidents for 3 consecutive years from 2018 to 2020. Departing from this problem, the authors are interested in conducting research on "Analysis of the Application of Patient Safety Culture in Prabumulih City Hospital in 2021. " The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the application of patient safety culture and the factors that influence patient safety culture at Prabumulih City Hospital in 2021. This research is a quantitative study conducted in June and July 2021 on employees of the Prabumulih City Hospital. The sample in this study amounted to 252 people. Sampling was carried out using the stratified random sampling method with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data were tested using univariate analysis, bivariate chi-square, and multivariate logistic regression. The results of the chi-square test showed that there is a significant relationship between Patient Safety Culture and the 8 independent variables studied, while the variables are age, gender, education level, employment status, work experience, type of work, income, and resources. Based on the multivariate analysis, it was found that the dominant variable that most influenced the application of patient safety culture was the resource variable, with an ap value of 0.000 <0.05 and the largest OR value of 84.564 meaning that the resource variable had 84.564 times the opportunity to influence the patient safety culture at the Prabumulih Hospital in 2021. In conclusion, there is a significant and dominant relationship between the resource variable and the application of patient safety culture at the Prabumulih City Hospital in 2021.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on the work discipline of employees at the Lau Public Health Center, Maros Regency. The independent variable in this study is the work environment, while the dependent variable is work discipline. The population in this study were all employees of the Lau Public Health Center, Maros Regency as many as 57 employees with a sampling technique with saturated sampling technique. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22.00 for windows. Based on the results of the study obtained a simple regression equation Y = 8.475 + 0.785X. The results of the t-test hypothesis obtained that the t-count value of the work environment variable is greater than the t-table value with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. The result of the coefficient of determination test (R2) is 0.563, which means that the ability of the work environment variable in explaining work discipline to Lau Health Center employees is 56.3% while the rest is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study.
