Purpose; formulating anti-dandruff shampoo preparations containing suruh leaves, as well as evaluating shampoo preparations which include homogeneity, pH, organoleptic tests, foam height, viscosity, and irritation. Method; The research method used was an experimental method, namely Peperomia pellucida (L.) Kunth leaf extract obtained by maceration method, then formulated as an anti-dandruff shampoo preparation starting with making a base consisting of sodium lauryl sulfate, cocamydopropyl betaine, polyquaternium 7, methyl paraben, sodium chloride, citric acid, menthol, rose perfume, and distilled water. Then added the extract of the leaves of the order each with a concentration of 1%, 3%, and 5%. The results obtained were then tested statistically with one way type ANOVA. Results:. The ethanol extract of suruh leaves can be formulated as an anti-dandruff shampoo preparation, and the ethanol extract of suruh leaf anti-dandruff shampoo preparations with a concentration of 5% has provided an effective inhibition against the growth of the fungus Pityrosporum ovale. Conclusion; The concentration of the ethanol extract of suruh leaves anti-dandruff shampoo which has an effective inhibitory activity against the growth of the fungus Pityrosporum ovale is in formula III with an inhibition zone of 14.2 mm.

Abstract

With the growth of the industry, it is increasingly encouraging the emergence of environmental problems, namely the increasing level of exposure to noise (TWA - Time Weighted Average) both in the work environment and in the surrounding environment, especially from the sound of production machines which can cause hearing loss and communication work accidents caused by two groups, namely , human actions that do not meet the requirements of a healthy life and unsafe environmental conditions. 80-85% of work accidents are caused by negligence or human error. Existing human factors generally affect PPE on the grounds that the use of PPE is considered to interfere with work and has a less protective effect. Continuous noise is noise that occurs continuously and is not interrupted. In the CV Baja Sumatra industry, pressing activities are often carried out and emit continuous noise. The aim is to describe the use of ear protection devices in the workforce and measure noise levels in the steel pressing section as well as review the impact on workers, and seek information about worker health benefits. As input for workers about the importance of wearing ear protection and the dangers of noise.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the picture of knowledge about the prevention of anemia with blood suplement tablets. The sampling technique in this study was carried out with a simple random sampling technique in which 32 students of class XI MIA were selected at SMAS Dharma Pancasila Medan. The method of this research is an experiment with a one group pretest-posttest research design. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis and N-Gain test analysis. The results of this study show that there is an influence and improvement in the understanding of the material seen from the increase in pretest and posttest scores. After being analyzed with the N-Gain test, students' knowledge is in the moderate range because each child must have different reasoning abilities. Meanwhile, based on the interpretation of the effectiveness of the counseling process, it shows that the interpretation is less effective. This is likely due to the lack of extension media displayed in the process of delivering material.

Abstract

One of the state investments that needs attention is the health sector, because it is closely related to the Human Resource Development Process. The fate of the nation really depends on it. The aim of this literature study was to examine the form and outcomes of evaluating health financing policies for the poor in the JKN program in various regions in Indonesia, based on identified concerns and in accordance with their urgency. This article was prepared using the literature review method, namely summarizing and explaining the contents of previously published sources of findings in accordance with the topic of the author's analysis regarding the implementation of the JKN program among contributory assistance (PBI) participants or underprivileged communities in the regions. Articles from 2019 to 2023 are used as references, using Google Scholar, Garuda Journal, and Springer Link. The JKN program does not reach everyone, especially the poor, who cannot obtain fair and adequate health protection. And as those in need, all poor people must be prioritized. because they do not get or qualify for government support. To complement the National Social Security System which is not yet able to cover all underprivileged andl; poor communities, regional and central governments must create regional health insurance programs.
