Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalisis Kelayakan Usaha Tani Karet Rakyat di Desa Sekais Kecamatan Jelimpo Kabupaten Landak. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petani karet rakyat yang ada di Desa Sekais Kecamatan Jelimpo Kabupaten Landak sebanyak 40 petani karet rakyat di Desa Sekais. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini NPV (Net Present Value ), Net B/C Ratio, IRR (Internal Rate Of Return), PP (Payback period) dan Analisis Sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan usaha tani karet rakyat layak untuk diusahakan. Hasil sensitivitas yang menggunakan dua sekenario baik harga pupuk naik maupun saat harga jual karet turun menunjukan usahatani juga layak untuk diusahakan.Kata kunci : Karet Rakyat, Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Tani,  Analisis Sensitivitas

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the best concentration liquid organic fertilizer on shrimp waste on peanut on peat soil. The research was conducted from 13 april to 13 july 2019 in Jl. Perdana, Gg. Mufakat 1. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) method in which the application of organic fertilizer as a single factor. The treament were designed in five level of  concentration and 5 treatments with 5 replications and each replication consisted of 4 sample plants. The treatment in question is k1 = 20 ml/ liter of water, k2 = 40 ml/ liter of water, k3 = 60 ml/ liter of water, k4 = 80 ml/ liter of water and k5 = 100 ml/ liter of water. The observed variables in this study are plant height (cm), root volume (cm3), the dry weight of the plant (g), wet stover weight on top of plant (g), wet stover weight on bottom of plant (g), the number of pods per plant, the dry weight of pods per plant (g) and dry weight of kernel per plant (g). The results showed that the using of liquid organic fertilizer on shrimp waste with dose 60 ml/liter can improve to growth and yield of peanut on peat soil. Key word : peat soil, liquid organic fertilizer, peanut, shrimp waste.

Abstract

Alih fungsi hutan menjadi lahan pertanian telah menunjukkan dampak yang sangat besar terutama terhadap kerusakan lingkungan, akan tetapi proses itu terus berlangsung dan telah menunjukkan dampak negatif yang berlangsung dan tidak seorang pun yang tahu sampai kapan proses itu dipastikan dapat dihentikan. Desa Kepayang merupakan salah satu Desa di Kecamatan Anjongan Kabupaten Mempawah yang memanfaatkan hutan sekunder sebagai lahan perkebunan diantaranya perkebunan karet dan perkebunan kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui status hara tanah pada tiga tipe penggunaan lahan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kepayang Kecamatan Anjongan Kabupaten Mempawah untuk pengambilan sampel tanah pada setiap lahan diambil 5 titik pengamatan yang masing-masing titik mewakili luasan ± 1 ha. Setiap lahan dilakukan pengambilan sampel tanah terganggu sebanyak 5 sampel individu menggunakan sistem diagonal pada kedalaman 0-30 cm dan 30-60 cm kemudian dikompositkan. Sehingga jumlah keseluruhan sampel adalah sebanyak 6 sampel tanah terganggu yang kemudian dialalisis di Laboratorium Kimia dan Kesuburan Tanah, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Tanjungpura. Hasil analisis di Laboratorium menunjukan bahwa reaksi tanah (pH tanah) berkisar 4,33-4,83 dengan kriteria masam hingga sangat masam, C-organik berkisar 1,81-3,47% berkriteria rendah hingga tinggi, Nitrogen total berkisar 0,25-0,47% berkriteria sedang, C/N berkisar 7,24-7,65 berkriteria rendah, Fosfor tersedia berkisar 21,62-52,48 ppm berkriteria sangat tinggi, Kalium tersedia berkisar 0,08-0,24 cmol(+)kg-1) berkriteria rendah hingga sangat rendah, Kalsium berkisar 0,70-1,13 cmol(+)kg-1) berkriteria sangat rendah, Magnesium berkisar 0,38-0,89 cmol(+)kg-1) berkriteria rendah hingga sangat rendah, Kejenuhan basa berkisar 14,31-21,83% berkriteria rendah hingga sangat rendah, Kapasitas tukar kation berkisar 8,58-12,70 cmol(+)kg-1) berkriteria rendah dan status kesuburan tanah yang rendah.

Abstract

Simpakolak fish (Puntius anchisporus) is one of the potential ornamental fish that is not widely known by the public. The development of potential fishery commodities requires a study of fish bioecology one of which includes growth patterns and habitat conditions. This research was conducted in March - June 2020 in Empurut River, Entikong Subdistrict, Sanggau Regency. The total fish caught was 100 fish, consisting of 57 males and 43 females. The growth pattern of simpakolak fish is allometric negative where the value of b = 1.302553185 in male simpakolak fish and value of b = 1.152323795 in female simpakolak fish. (R2) value 0,403 for male and (R2) value 0,531 for female. The results of the analysis of water quality analysis based on physics-chemical parameters indicated that the waters of the Empurut River are in good condition for simpakolak fish habitat. However based on biological parameters, the plankton abundance and diversity are relatively low.Keywords: Puntius anchisporus, Bioecology, growth patterns, habitat conditions.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik sifat kimia tanah pada beberapa tipe lahan rawa pasang surut, status kesuburan dan saran pemupukan untuk tanaman padi. Pengambilan sampel tanah menggunakan metode grid bentuk diagonal pada lahan rawa pasang surut lokasi tipe luapan A di Desa Peniti Besar, lokasi tipe luapan B di Desa Parit Bugis dan lokasi tipe C di Desa Sungai Burung. Tanah yang diambil ada dua cara di kedalaman 0-30cm yaitu tanah terganggu menggunakan bor tanah mineral diambil sampel 1kg lalu didekompositkan dari lima titik menjadi satu dengan dua ulangan di tiap lokasi dan tanah utuh menggunakan ring sampel. Hasil analisis status hara dikelompokkan berdasarkan kriteria penilaian sifat kimia tanah (Balai Penelitian Tanah, 2009) dan status kesuburan berdasarkan Pusat Penelitian Tanah PPT, Bogor (1995). Hasil penelitian sifat kimia tanah di tiga lokasi menunjukkan pH sangat rendah, Karbon-Organik tinggi hingga sangat tinggi, K-Tersedia rendah hingga tinggi, Kalsium rendah hingga tinggi, Mg sedang hingga tinggi, Fe sangat rendah hingga sedang, Alumunium tergolong sangat rendah, KTK sedang hingga tinggi, KB rendah hingga tinggi, pirit tipe 1 : 1 (tidak berbuih, tidak berbau hingga) 2 : 1 (burbuih lambat, tidak berbau), tekstur tanah lempung liat berdebu. Hal ini membuat status kesuburan tanahnya tergolong rendah hingga tinggi, dengan bobot isi tanah tipe A 0,69 gram/cm3, tipe B 1,00 gram/cm3, dan tipe C 0,99 gram/cm3, saran pemupukan untuk lahan tipe A urea 254,34 kg/Ha, SP-36 81,30 kg/Ha, dan KCL 330,9 kg/Ha, tipe B urea 247,82 kg/Ha, SP-36 220,67 kg/Ha, dan KCL 338,68 kg/Ha, tipe C urea 250 kg/Ha, SP-36 258,25 kg/Ha, dan KCL 323,55 kg/Ha, saran pengapuran tipe A 3.068,808 kg dolomit/Ha, tipe B 1.623,853 kg dolomit/Ha dan tipe C 591,743 kg dolomit/Ha.

Abstract

Permen jelly  yang terbuat dari buah lakum merupakan salah satu upaya dalam penganekaragaman produk olahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan formulasi konsentrasi agar-agar dan gula terbaik pada pembuatan permen jelly buah lakum berdasarkan sifat fisikokimia dan sensori. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) satu faktor yaitu perbandingan agar-agar dan gula yang digunakan dengan 6 taraf, yang terdiri dari 1,5% agar-agar : gula 50%, 3% agar-agar : gula 50%, 4,5% agar-agar : 50% gula, 1,5% agar-agar : gula 60%, 3% agar-agar : gula 60%, 4,5% agar-agar : 60% gula. Permen jelly terbaik dihasilkan dengan formulasi 3% agar-agar : 60% gula. Karakteristik kimia permen jelly terbaik menghasilkan kadar air (16,65 %), kadar abu (0,31 %), TPT (26,750Brix), total asam (0,7 %), Vitamin C (8,01 mg/100g), tingkat kekerasan (0,11 kgf). Karakteristik sensori terbaik yaitu tingkat kekerasan yaitu kenyal (3,90), manis (3,87), cukup ada aroma buah (3,57), ungu (4,63), dan suka (4,23). De Garmo (0,62).Kata kunci : buah lakum, jelly, permen, agar-agar, gula

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the potential of mangrove ecotourism in the Bakau Besar Laut Village area, know the suitability of mangrove ecotourism in the Bakau Besar Laut Village area, know the community perceptionof the Bakau Besar Besar Village of the development of ecotourism community-based mangrove. This research was conducted from September 2018-January 2019. The method used in sampling the potential of this mangrove forest is the purposive sampling method to determine the observation station, while the perception data collection is done by interviewing the community and visitors whose sample is determined by the proportional random sampling method. The results of the study found the potential of mangrove resources for ecotourism development consists of 8 types of mangroves and included in the conditional category to be used as ecotourism areas. Other potentials there are a variety of potential mangrove fauna in the form of monitor lizards, storks, kepah, crowak and shot fish that indicate the area has a value suitable to be managed as an ecotourism area. The availability of facilities and infrastructure is sufficient to support tourism activities. The Bakau Besar Laut has an ecotourism suitability index that is very suitable to be developed as an ecotourism area with suitability values ranging from 82-86.6%. And the carrying capacity of the area in the village of Bakau Besar Laut is only able to accommodate tourists as many as 40 people / day, so that the mangrove forests of the Bakau Besar Laut have the potential to be developed as an ecotourism area. Mangrove forests in the Bakau Besar Laut Village have ecotourism potential that can be seen from the perception and participation of the community in utilizing the habitat and function of mangrove forests as ecotourism areas and the community contributes to the management of mangrove ecotourism.Key words: Regional Carrying Capacity, Public Perception

Abstract

The goal of this research was to find out of the best formulation of sweet corn and sweet potato on physicochemical characterized and sensory properties in vegetable milk. This research used randomized block design (RBD) of one factor, namely the proportion of sweet corn (g) and sweet potato(g), consist of 6 levels are (100 : 0, 90 : 10, 80 : 20, 70 : 30, 60 : 40, 50 : 50) with 5 replications. The data obtained were analyzed using ANOVA 5%, with further testing using BNJ test with a level of 5%. The best treatment using the Effectiveness Indexs Test. The results showed that 50 g sweet corn : 50 g sweet potato is the best formulation basev on physicochemical and sensory characterized. The physicochemical of vegetable milk were protein content (0,31 %), viscosity (3,37 cP), Vitamin C (22,66 mg/100g), Total Soluble Solid (11,53 °Brix), and pH (6,80). The best sensory characteristics were the flavor of (3,50), the color of (3,67), aroma of (3,20), and preference 0f (3,47). Keywords : sweet corn, sweet potato, vegetable milk

Abstract

The effectiveness of using herbicides can be improved by using mixed herbicides. The purpose of this study was to study the effectiveness the mixture of a IPA glyphosate + methulfuron  methyl with two ratios of 24:1 and 36:1 against Ageratum conyzoides weeds. The study was conducted in Experimental Field Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University in January - March 2019. The research was arranged in accordance with the Randomized Group Design. Data analysis using probit analysis continued with combination index calculation. The results showed that the combination index of 24: 1 and 36: 1 were 0.84 and 1, respectively, the both ratio of mixed herbicide were not antagonistic to Ageratum conyzoides.Keywords: Ageratum conyzoides, glyphosate, methulfuron methyl, mixed properties

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis kemasan yang terbaik terhadap sifat organoleptik dan kimiawi tempe biji karet. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) 1 faktor yaitu jenis kemasan yang terdiri dari 6 taraf perlakuan (Plastik PP, Plastik PE, Plastik LLDPE, Daun Pisang, Daun Jati, Daun Simpur), masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak empat kali. Data hasil uji dianalisis menggunakan uji F (ANOVA) dengan taraf uji 5%. Jika berpengaruh nyata dilanjutkan menggunakan uji BNJ dengan taraf 5%. Analisis data sensori menggunakan metode uji Kruskall-Wallis. Hasil menunjukan bahwa jenis kemasan tempe biji karet berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar air, kadar protein dan kadar karbohidrat. Hasil terbaik jenis kemasan tempe biji karet adalah penggunaan daun jati, dengan karakteristik yang dihasilkan adalah kadar air 59,53%, kadar abu 0,83%, kadar protein 21,02 %, kadar lemak 9,86%, kadar karbohidrat 8,76% dan kadar HCN 5,07 mg/L. Karakteristik organoleptik tempe biji karet adalah aroma 4,96 (agak suka-suka), tekstur 5,28 (suka-sangat suka), rasa 5,40 (suka-sangat suka).Kata kunci : Biji Karet, Kemasan, Tempe, Fermentasi
