Abstract

This study aims to address whether the transparency and accountability of financial reports influence the trust level of muzaki (zakat donors) in the zakat, infaq, and shadaqah management institutions (LAZIS) in Mataram City. The research employs a quantitative approach using primary data sources. Primary data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires both online and offline to muzaki who pay zakat through LAZIS, managed either by the government or private entities in Mataram City. The sampling method used was probability sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique utilized was multiple linear regression analysis. The results demonstrate that the transparency and accountability of financial reports have a positive impact on the trust level of muzaki in Mataram City, with financial report transparency being the most dominant variable influencing the trust level.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Iklan, Harga dan Cita rasa terhadap Volume Penjualan pada Bakpao 9999. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Bakpao 9999 yang jumlahnya tidak menentu. Teknik penentuan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Hair dan berjumlah 150 responden. Hasil uji t menunjukkan variabel periklanan memiliki volume penjualan positif dan signifikan di Bakpao 9999 di mana thitung 3.071> Ttabel 1.976, variabel harga memiliki volume penjualan positif dan signifikan di variabel Bakpao 9999 di mana variabel Ttabel 6.623> Ttabel 1.976 dan variabel cita rasa memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Volume Penjualan pada Bakpao 9999 dimana thitung sebesar 5,137 > ttabel 1,976. Hasil uji F menunjukkan Fhitung 85,001 > Ftabel 2,67 yang berarti variabel independen Periklanan, Harga, dan Cita Rasa disesuaikan dengan variabel Volume Penjualan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 62,80 % variabel Volume Penjualan didukung oleh variabel Periklanan, Harga, dan Cita Rasa, sedangkan sebesar 37,20% dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain di luar model seperti Promosi, Kualitas Produk dan Merek yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Memorable tourism experiences have become a major focus in tourism research and service marketing in the modern era. This study presents a comprehensive literature review on the concept of memorable tourism experiences, determining factors, and their impact on tourist satisfaction and brand loyalty. By analyzing over 262 leading journal articles published between 2014 and 2023, this research maps the current research landscape and identifies trends and research gaps. The literature review results reveal key dimensions that shape memorable tourism experiences, including cognitive, affective, sensory, behavioral, and relational aspects. Determining factors such as the uniqueness of the experience, tourist engagement, authenticity, and service quality have been shown to have a significant influence on creating unforgettable experiences. Furthermore, this study explores the impact of memorable tourism experiences on tourist satisfaction, brand loyalty, and the intention to recommend. Theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed in depth, providing valuable insights for academics and tourism practitioners in designing, packaging, and marketing attractive and memorable tourism products and services.

Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) marketing to explore the development of this concept in the social media era. By referencing 267 articles sourced from the Scopus database from 2009 to 2023, this study employs bibliometric techniques, including citation analysis, co-citation analysis, and keyword co-occurrence analysis. Citation analysis helps identify the most influential and frequently cited articles, whereas co-citation and keyword co-occurrence analyses provide insights into the relationships between various studies and dominant research topics. This analysis revealed the trajectory and focal points of eWOM marketing research over the past 14 years. The study also identifies the most prominent authors, journals, institutions, and countries in eWOM literature. However, the use of a single database source may be a limitation of this study, suggesting that additional techniques and data sources are required for future research. For academics and practitioners, this study offers comprehensive insights into the eWOM concept, which can serve as a reference for strategic initiatives to drive customer purchasing behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of how BMT BIMA channels financing as a Sharia financial entity in Magelang Regency. This research includes qualitative research. Research data was collected using observation, interviews, and analysis of relevant documents for data collection. Data analysis was carried out using an interactive model, including data collection, reduction, verification, and conclusions. The research results show that BIMA has a series of procedures that must be complied with in distributing BMT financing. These procedures include 1) conducting a financing analysis, namely activities carried out to collect data and information needed to analyze the condition of prospective members. 2) Financing approval policy, namely many activities carried out before prospective members obtain financing facilities from BMT BIMA. 3) Financing documents and administration, namely policies relating to procedures and documents that must be prepared. 4) Supervision of financing, namely efforts to prevent early financial losses used for financing. 5) Settlement of financing management problems, namely those related to the mechanisms used by BMT BIMA in resolving financing problems

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of Information Technology, explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, on employee performance in Citraland Gama City Field. The study uses a quantitative approach to evaluate employee performances in CitraLand Gama city Field. Samples are taken randomly, and data is collected using research instruments. Data is analyzed quantitatively using a double linear regression method. The data support is a questionnaire using a 5-point likert scale (where 5 refers to the highest level of agreement and 1 indicates the higher level of disagreement) used in this study. The variables studied include information technology, explicit knowledge, tacit knowledge and employee performance. Primary data is obtained from respondents through questionnaires. Data collected involves a closed questionnaire in which the answers provided by researchers are selected by respondents, with a total of respondents 50 employees. The dissemination of the questionnaire is done online via the Microsoft form.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Desa Laut Dendang, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. The population for this study consists of all oyster mushroom farms, totaling 150 individuals, with a sample size of 60 individuals selected using Random Sampling. The data collection instrument was a multiple-choice questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Classical assumption tests included tests for normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, and t-test. The validity test results showed that rhitung > rtabel for each questionnaire item, and the reliability test yielded Cronbach's alpha values of 0.842 for variable X1, 0.725 for variable X2, and 0.680 for variable Y. These values are greater than the significant level of rtabel, which is 0.361. Data analysis for each variable produced the multiple regression equation Y = 8.839 + 0.344X1 + 0.227X2 + e. The R2 value of 0.544 indicates that X1 and X2 explain 54.4% of the variance in variable Y, while the remaining 45.6% is explained by other variables not included in this study. The partial test results indicate that each independent variable significantly affects the dependent variable, with a significance level less than 0.05. The simultaneous test results show an F-value of 6.812 with an Ftabel of 3.160, meaning Fhitung > Ftabel at a significance level (α) of 0.012 < 0.05. This means the hypothesis is accepted, indicating that Capital and Labor significantly affect the Income of Oyster Mushroom Farming in Desa Laut Dendang, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, solvency, and company age on audit delay with company size as moderation in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period with purposive sampling technique so that a research sample of 26 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period was obtained. This type of research uses associative research with a quantitative approach and uses secondary data. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that profitability has a negative effect on audit delay, while solvency and company age have no effect on audit delay. The MRA test results show that company size is unable to moderate the effect of profitability, solvency, and company age on audit delay.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of independent, competence and audit experience on fraud detection capabilities with professional skepticism as a moderating variable at Public Accounting Firms in Medan City. This research uses a saturated sampling method (census), namely a sampling method when the entire population is sampled. This saturated sampling method was used because the entire population in this reseacrh was 108 auditors. Of the 108 auditors at the Public Accounting Firm in Medan City, 64 samples were obtained which could be used as data in the research. The data used in this research is primary data, namely in the form of a questionnaire using questions stated on a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The results of this research indicate that the independence variable has no effect on the ability to detect fraud. Meanwhile, the competency and audit experience variables have a significant effect on the ability to detect fraud. . Professional skepticism is unable to moderate the influence of independence, competence and audit experience on the ability to detect conditions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, satisfaction and trust on Simpati Card customer loyalty (Case Study of Tegal Sari Mandala II Village, Medan Denai District). Case of Tegal Sari Mandala II Village, Medan Denai District). This type of research is quantitative, with the population being the people of Tegal Sari Mandala II Village, Medan Denai Subdistrict who actively use the Simpati Simpati card at least 1 year of use. The sample size was set at 154 respondents, research instruments using questionnaire with Likert Scale data measurement scale. Data analysis techniques using tests validity, reliability and classical assumptions. To test the hypothesis used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and R2 test and using the SPSS program. by using the help of the SPSS program. Research results, based on multiple regression test obtained a regression equation, namely Y = 1.267 + 0.552 X1 + 0.359 X2 + 0.184 X3. Based on the t test: price partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Trust partially partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. In the test simultaneously: price, satisfaction and trust have an effect positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. And in the R2 test variable price, satisfaction and trust have a fairly close relationship with customer loyalty (Case Study of Tegal Sari Mandala II Village, Medan Denai District).
