Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price, and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Graha Interior Surfacing. This study uses quantitative data types and a research sample of 100 samples calculated using the Lemeshow formula. The results of the study partially show that brand image influences customer satisfaction at PT Graha Interior Surfacing, price influences customer satisfaction at PT Graha Interior Surfacing and service quality influences customer satisfaction at PT Graha Interior Surfacing. Simultaneously, brand image, price, and service quality affect PT Graha Interior Surfacing customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how auditors' ability and the implementation of internal audits affect the quality of Serdang Bedagai Regency Local Government Financial Statements. The data collection method applied is to provide questionnaires or questionnaires to Officers and Auditors of the Inspectorate of Serdang Bedagai Regency. This study uses an associative/quantitative approach and the IBM SPSS Ver.27.0 data analysis tool. This study analyzes civil servants who work at the Inspectorate of Serdang Bedagai Regency. This study uses a saturated sample or census to collect 30 Inspectorate civil servants. This study uses multiple regression analysis to analyze the data. The results showed that the implementation of internal audit and auditor competence simultaneously improved and significantly improved the quality of the financial statements of the Regional Government of Serdang Bedagai

Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the influence of product quality, service quality, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The problem faced by the Sinar Mulyo Tegowanu Grobogan clothing store is declining sales. The population in this study were all consumers at the Sinar Mulyo Clothing Store and the sample used in this study was 96 respondents. This research used purposive sampling technique and a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Then the data obtained was analyzed using SPSS 25 which includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing via t test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this test show that product quality has no and no significant effect on customer loyalty. Based on the coefficient of determination value of 0.902, in this case it means that 90.2% of the variation in the customer loyalty variable is explained by the variables product quality, service quality and customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the remaining 9.8% is explained by other variables outside the model.

There are many results from Work Strategy, training and discipline if everything is carried out properly and will produce work results that are the goal. The purpose of this writing is to analyze and determine the influence of work strategy and training on work results at PTTambira District. Bandar Khalifah Serdang Bedagai Regency. Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine whether motivation mediates the influence of competence, human resource development on employee performance. Questionnaires and interviews were used to collect data. With a sample size of 138, the participants in this study were all employees of the North Sumatra Province Transportation Service. This type of research is associative quantitative, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and then processing the data using the SPSS Version 25 tool. The research location was at the Department of Transportation of North Sumatra Province. The results mean that the content has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, meaning that every time the load increases, work motivation also increases, if there is a decrease in the load on work motivation, it will decrease significantly. Income has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. HR development has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. HR development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation is able to influence competence indirectly on employee performance. Work motivation can indirectly influence HR development on employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources is the improvement of human resources whose ability to complete the arrangement of human assets, execution, registration, preparation, improvement of the call of representatives or workers and take the impetus towards the authoritative advancement of an association or organization. Purpose to determine the effect of organizational commitment and emotional intelligence on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample technique used is a saturated sample, namely all employees in the Human Resources Development Agency of North Sumatra Province (BPSDM) totaling 100 employees. Research Data Collection Techniques using questionnaires. The results showed organizational commitment and emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and organizational commitment and emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, but job satisfaction is not able to mediate organizational commitment and emotional intelligence to employee performance.

Abstract

The level of competitiveness in the marketing field is increasing. Consumer demands are becoming more diverse in terms of needs and preferences. The aim of this research is to investigate how service quality influences consumer or customer behavioral intention. The method used in this study is Systematic Literature Review. Article searches were conducted using Publish or Perish and other applications such as Mendeley and VOSViewer. The findings indicate that service quality affects customer satisfaction and loyalty, whereas service quality influences behavioral intention with customer satisfaction as a mediator.

Abstract

Traditional communication and marketing methods are no longer adequate in the digital age, where variousplatforms have emerged, allowing easy access to interconnected information and products. The presence ofnew media, facilitated by technology and the internet, has changed the way individuals and groups interactglobally. Social media, one of the leading media platforms, allows users to share data, photos, and videos; asa result, user generated content (UGC) has emerged. The methodology applied in this article is a systematicliterature review using academic journals and conference proceedings. The purpose of this literature review isto gain a broad understanding of UGC. The findings of this review highlight the positive relationship betweenUGC and visit intention such as in travel accommodation choices, particularly in booking eco-friendlylodging and product purchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how leadership style influences employee performance at the regional public water company in Makassar City. The independent variable in this research is leadership style while the dependent variable is employee performance. For data collection, 93 workers of the Makassar City Regional Public Drinking Water Company were given questionnaires and supporting materials. This research uses a quantitative research design. The population in this study was 1,357 people and a sample of 93 people was selected using simple regression analysis using (SPSS) version 25 and Microsoft Excel. The results of this research show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Hypothesis test results with the help of the SPSS version 23 application by carrying out the T test.

Abstract

Modernization causes changes in food consumption, one of which is fast food, Fried chicken is a fast food menu that we often consume, this type of food is not only found in restaurants but also in convenience stores or convenience stores, one of which is Circle K. Problems at Circle K branches The Bogor City Kumbang is the lack of consumer buying interest in the fried chicken menu, not to mention its position close to competitors who sell similar products, namely Lawson, Mcdonald's and Burger King. This research aims to determine consumers' main attributes when buying fried chicken. The research location is Circle K Kumbang branch, Bogor City. This research uses a questionnaire in the form of a Google form as qualitative data. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with a total of 60 respondents. The method used to answer this research is conjoint analysis. Conjoint analysis is a multivariate method used to study respondents' preferences for various types of goods (products, services and ideas). Data was processed with SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that the main attributes in the decision to purchase fried chicken include 1) consumers prefer the attribute of large pieces of chicken meat; 2) the texture attribute of thick, crispy chicken skin; 3) the appearance attribute of yellow skin; 4) packaging attributes using food boxes; and 5) selling price attribute > IDR 20,000.
