Abstract

HIV is one of chronic diseases which can cause the emergence of traumatic event towards its sufferers. The traumatic event which can be faced strongly will lead individuals to positive change which is called as growth after trauma. The purpose of this research is to know the growth description after trauma on individuals with PLWHA status. This research used descriptive-qualitative method and data collection was done through semi-structured interview technique. The results obtained from the research is that there is positive change on both subjects which indicates the existence of post traumatic growth with PLWHA status. That change covers the improvement in term of individual’s power, the correlation with other people, the rewards towards life, the identification of new possibility, and spiritual change.

Abstract

The implementation of Islamic noble character is to receive knowledge. Lack of attitudes to acquire knowledge should be overcome by preparing college students with attitudes to acquire knowledge. One of them is – having active listening skills. This skill has positive impacts on interpersonal communication and creates a harmonious relationship. This skill can be improved by applying it to receive knowledge. It is the reason why psychological students are prepared with this skill. It allows them to listen and analyze a problem of a client. This research aims to find out the description of active listening (the attitudes of receiving knowledge by college students). This research is qualitative, involving 28 college students taken by random sampling technique. The data were collected with an opened questionnaire distributed by Google form and interview. The data analysis applied descriptive data analysis. The findings showed that the students’ active listening skills would be easily applied when an individual had a better understanding of obtaining knowledge and could apply the skill. The active listening skill had to be trained and developed by students, especially psychological students. It would be necessary when they engaged with clients and analyzed their problems. It was essential to pay attention in applying active listening while promoting the attitudes of receiving knowledge, especially in terms of physics, mentality, empathy, and open-mind. Abstract

In modern times like this education is very important, many students after graduating from SMA / SMK choose to enter university. It can be said that Higher Education is a place for students who have different talents, interests and motivations. Usually students have several reasons for entering college, for example, such as parents, following trends, environmental influences through joining in with friends and many other reasons. However, it can also backfire for students who wish to enter university, because they only choose a major without requiring their application. Sometimes there are students who want to enter a department just because of the problem of the job they want but are not in accordance with the major. Finally, there was a feeling of depression and despair after choosing the wrong direction. Keywords: student, wrong goal, despair.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is based on the rampant cases of bullying among students in Indonesia whose actions can occur anywhere, especially places that are not supervised by teachers or other adults. Research data from the Program for International Students Assessment (PISA) 2018 shows that 41.1% of students who admit to having experienced bullying in Indonesia. The student number of victims of bullying is far above the average for OECD member countries, which is only 22.7%. In addition, Indonesia is in the fifth highest position out of 78 countries as the country with the most students experiencing bullying, which causes psychological problems for the victim (the victim is called a bully boy or bully girl) in the form of stress (which appears in the form of physical or psychological disorders, or both. ; for example, difficulty eating, physical pain, fear, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, etc.) This study aims to analyze the level of bullying in Indonesia and the correlation of the effects of istigfar therapy inspired by QS. Al-Baqarah: 199. The method used in this research is literature study with descriptive qualitative analysis method. Keywords: Psychology, Bullying, Istighfar Therapy. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini didasari oleh maraknya kasus pembullyan dikalangan pelajar di Indonesia yang tindakannya bisa terjadi dimana saja, terutama tempat-tempat yang tidak diawasi oleh guru atau orang dewasa lainnya. Data hasil riset Programme for International Students Assessment (PISA) 2018 menunjukkan murid yang mengaku pernah mengalami perundungan (bullying) di Indonesia sebanyak 41,1%. Angka murid korban bully ini jauh di atas rata-rata negara anggota OECD yang hanya sebesar 22,7%. Selain itu, Indonesia berada di posisi kelima tertinggi dari 78 negara sebagai negara yang paling banyak murid mengalami perundungan, yang menimbulkan gangguan psikis bagi korbannya (korban disebut bully boy atau bully girl) berupa stress (yang muncul dalam bentuk gangguan fisik atau psikis, atau keduanya; misalnya susah makan, sakit fisik, ketakutan, rendah diri, depresi, cemas, dan lainnya).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pembulliyan di Indonesia serta korelasi dari efek terapi istigfar yang terispirasi dari Q.S. Al- Baqarah: 199. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni studi literatur dengan metode analisis kualtatif deskriptif. Keywords: Psikologi, Bullying, Terapi Istighfar.

Abstract

Skala pengukuran religiusitas merupakan salah salah satu instrumen penting penelitian untuk memahami religiusitas Muslim Indonesia. Namun sayangnya kajian literatur menemukan banyak peneliti Indonesia yang tidak menggunakan skala yang sama sehingga menyulitkan untuk dibandingkan dalam rangka membuat kesimpulan kokoh. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji empat skala religiusitas yang baru-baru ini diterbitkan dalam Jurnal ilmiah, baik lokal maupun internasional. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingannya kajian ini merekomendasikan untuk menggunakan salah satu skala tersebut yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Dengan demikian, kesamaan skala yang digunakan akan sangat membantu peneliti lain membandingkan hasil penelitian yang ada karena menggunakan konsep religiusitas yang sama.

Abstract

Latar Belakang. Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan mengeluarkan Surat Edaran Nomor 15 Tahun 2020 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Belajar dari Rumah dalam Masa Darurat Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19). Sehingga, seluruh sekolah di Indonesia mulai menerapkan sistem pembelajaran dalam jaringan (Daring).Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI) sudah menerima 246 pengaduan dari berbagai daerah mengenai anak-anak yang menjadi tertekan dan kelelahan karena beban tugas yang diberikan selama belajar daring Tujuan Mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara pembelajaran daring dengan tingkat stres pada siswa MIS Ad-Dakwah Kabanjahe Metode Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian analitik observasional dan menggunakan rancangan penelitian crossectional study. Teknik Consecutive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan besar sampel.Hasil Dari uji Mann-Whitney didapati hasil p > 0,05 (p = 0,955) dengan perbandingan Mean Rank 29,57 vs 29,31. Kesimpulan Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pembelajaran daring dengan tingkat stres pada siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Ad-Dakwah Kabanjahe. Kata kunci : Daring, Pandemi, COVID 19, Stres

Abstract

Before menstruation, women usually feel uncomfortable for a short time to a few days, these symptoms can interfere with activities, the symptoms experienced are premenstrual syndrome. Premenstrual syndrome is a condition in women characterized by emotional and physical symptoms that appear in the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. However, physical activity in the form of exercise can stimulate the release of endorphins and create a calmer feeling when dealing with premenstrual syndrome that is happening. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between physical activity and the incidence of premenstrual syndrome in female students at SMA Negeri 1 Air Putih. This type of research uses an analytical research design with a cross sectional study. Consecutive sampling technique was used to determine the size of the sample. Results Based on the data obtained using the chi square method, the p value = 0.033 (p <0.05). Conclusion Based on these results, there is a relationship between physical activity and the incidence of premenstrual syndrome in students of SMA Negeri 1 Air Putih. Abstract

This study aims to explain the forms and patterns of parental roles, as well as the relationship between parental roles and religious capital, as well as knowledge about children's IESQ development. The research method used is library research, with descriptive analytical techniques used in qualitative data analysis and psychological approaches. By investigating the forms and patterns of parental roles in parenting, as well as the relationship between parental roles and religious capital, and knowledge of children's IESQ development. The theoretical analysis uses Albert Bandura's Social Cognitive theory, which is known as an imitation-based learning model. The imitation in question is imitating what he sees around him, which can include teachers, parents, and playmates. Parents with strong religious capital or knowledge can demand obedience and become good role models for their children's mental, personal and behavioral development. If parents are accustomed to acting and having noble character, being obedient to God, carrying out religious laws, and having a social spirit, the traits that exist in their parents will appear and be formed in the child, because he will see and imitate what he sees in his daily life. based on the actions of their parents. Parental knowledge is also very important in developing children's IES intelligence, because parents can accompany and develop children's intelligence as much as possible. As the key to developing children's IES intelligence, the family environment, especially parents, plays an important role in directing and developing the potential of each child optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel pemaafan, tawadhu, dan kibr, serta mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antar variabel tersebut. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Heartland Forgiveness Scale (HFS) yang dikembangkan oleh Thompson, Snyder, & Hoffman (2005), Tawadhu Scale (TwSc) yang dikembangkan oleh Rusdi (2017) dan Kibr Scale (KSc) yang dikembangkan oleh Rusdi (2017). Berdasarkan hasil dari uji korelasi diketahui bahwa pemaafan memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan dengan kibr, sedangkan dengan tawadhu justru tidak berhubungan. Kemudian, antara tawadhu dengan kibr juga tidak adanya korelasi antar variabel tersebut. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa antara pemaafan dan kibr menunjukkan korelasi paling baik. Sedangkan pemaafan dengan tawadhu dan tawadhu dengan kibr tidak terjadi korelasi antar variabel.

Abstract

Stress is a reaction when the interaction between the individual and the environment is assessed as a burden that is felt beyond the ability of the individual. Stress can be experienced by anyone, one student. One therapy to reduce stress that can be done by Muslims with an Islamic approach is psycho-religiousness by listening to the holy verses of the Qur'an or murottal Al-Qur'an. This study aims to determine the effect of giving murottal Al-Qur'an on stress levels in Indonesian Islamic University students. Research participants were students of the Islamic University of Indonesia, male and female, aged 17-25 years, came from all majors, and were not deaf. This study uses an experimental design of one group pretest and posttest design. Research participants were selected by purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this study amounted to 15 participants. The scale used in this study is the DASS Scale (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) with a total of 42 items with a reliability coefficient of 0.8806. The results showed that there was a decrease in stress levels in students after being given murottal Al - Qur'an. The decrease in stress levels had a significant result, namely p = 0.009 (p < 0.05). The effect size value in the data is -1.60 which is included in the large effect category. Thus, the research hypothesis can be accepted.
