Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of Islamic financial literacy on and organizational commitment to the decision to use Islamic banking services in Muhammadiyah schools or madrasahs in Medan City. The variable measurement scale used in this study is to use ordinal scales, the sample of this study is as many as 60 Muhammadiyah schools/madrasahs. In the city of Medan with respondents in this study 60 principals of Muhammadiyah Schools/Madrasah in the City of Medan. Islamic financial literacy influences not affect the decision to use Islamic banking services, while organizational commitment does not affect the decision to use Islamic banking.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Jigsaw Learning Model to Increase Student Competence at MAS Tarbaiyah Islamiyah, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang. The research uses a narrative descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources are (1) primary data, obtained from school principals, teachers and students, (2) secondary data, obtained from literature, relevant research and documents. Data collection using observation, interviews, documentation and field notes. Data analysis by reducing data, displaying data/presenting data, and verifying/drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research on the application of the Jigsaw learning model to increase student competency at MAS Tarbaiyah Islamiyah, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang, it can be concluded that the application of the Jigsaw learning model is more fun, there is creativity, innovation, new ideas emerge, critical thinking, so that it can increase student competency. In the Jigsaw model learning process, students really like exchanging ideas with other experts, changes in the way students learn because students are required to master the material provided by the teacher. By implementing the Jigsaw learning model, the teacher does not only play an active role in explaining the material because there is a division of tasks and expert groups. In addition, students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor competencies improve significantly, this is in line with the assessment process during group discussions and expert groups, as well as during presentations.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and implement a learning approach for positive character development in early childhood. Through the development of learning media with Islamic values, this research to create a fun and educational learning environment for children. for children. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study as the as the main design. Data were collected through observation, interviews and analysis of analysis of documents related to the use of Islamic-based learning media. Islamic-based learning media. The research findings show that Islamic-based learning media in Islamic-based learning media in Yayasan Peduli Kasih (YPK) as an early childhood education institution consisting of RA, PG, and TPA, which consists of RA, PG and TPA, proved to be not only a supporting has proved to be not only a supportive tool, but also a key player in shaping the character of early childhood. The Foundation as a whole has succeeded in Islamic-based learning media holistically, not only for academic aspects, but also for shaping early childhood character, for academic aspects, but also for shaping Islamic attitudes and values. Therefore, the results of this study show that the Islamic-based educational media approach can be used as an effective model for early childhood character development. Abstract

This study of the interpretation of Surah al-Kahf verses 60-82 is to analyze various branches of knowledge in the Koran as a form of inspiration regarding multidisciplinary science. This group of verses describes the story of the scientific pursuit of the Prophet Musa as with one of Allah's servants who was given knowledge (in many interpretations his name is Khaidir as). This tafsir study focuses on Tafsir Ilmi, namely analyzing scientific signals from the perspective of modern science contained in the munasabah of this verse using a content analysis approach. Content analysis is linked to the latest scientific findings. So the conclusion obtained is that the scientific interpretation of these verses shows that these verses have already surpassed current contemporary scientific findings and are full of signs of multidisciplinary science. In fact, not only scientific content about futuristic science is found in these verses, but also many methods, approaches are found in the process of learning and conducting scientific research, but also character education, student etiquette towards teachers is also highly emphasized in the munasabah of this verse.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the financial performance of 3 banks, namely Bank Mandiri Syariah, BRI Syariah and BNI Syariah based on profitability before the merger and after the merger. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The aim of this research is to interpret and explain data relating to the current situation, attitudes or views that occur in society, the conflict between two or more situations, the influence of a condition and so on. The merger of the three Sharia Banks was realized in February 2021 and then changed its name to BSI. With reference sources from 5 national journals and 2 international journals with databases sourced from research journal articles, namely Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Researchgate and collecting data from sharia banking statistics published by the Financial Services Authority in the form of financial reports obtained from the official website each sharia banking. Based on the financial reports of the three Islamic banks that carried out the merger as well as the financial performance and liquidity of these banks for the last two years from 2019-2020 (Financial Performance of Indonesian Sharia Banking et al., 2022). This research uses secondary data. BSI's financial performance before and after the merger shows that it is better after the merger because a lower ratio shows the level of bank effectiveness in achieving higher profits. Based on the results of the company's financial performance analysis using financial ratios, the merger has not had a positive impact on banking. In other words, the economic motive for the merger activities of the three Sharia banks has not been achieved for the period one year before and one year after the implementation of the merger.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, digital marketing has become important for business strategy and Education. Increased use of the Internet, changes in consumer behavior, personalization, targeting, and cost-effectiveness of digital marketing emphasize the need to integrate it into Education, especially for students. This research explores how digital marketing seminars can influence students' perceptions, which is important in preparing them for the digital job market. This research includes a literature review on the role of digital marketing in education and related studies that have demonstrated the importance of integrating digital marketing skills into university curricula. This study identifies the need to deepen understanding of the effectiveness of digital marketing education, particularly through seminar or workshop formats. The study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey design. The sample consisted of 46 University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra students who attended a digital marketing seminar. Data were collected using Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed using statistical methods, including descriptive analysis and t-tests.The results showed a significant increase in students' knowledge and interest in digital marketing post-seminar. Students report an increased perception of the relevance of digital marketing in careers and demonstrate a better readiness to apply this knowledge professionally. These findings are consistent with previous studies, confirming that intensive seminars can improve students' understanding of digital marketing. The significant difference in increased interest and career relevance demonstrates the effectiveness of seminars in linking theory with practice. Digital marketing seminars have proven effective in increasing students' understanding, interest, and awareness of digital marketing. These results support the further integration of digital marketing education into the university curriculum to prepare students for the challenges of the digital world of work

Abstract

Studi kasus ini berawal dari adanya pengaruh pendidikan agama dalam keluarga terhadap kedisiplinan beragama siswa di SDN 050677 Basilam BL. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan  dengan metode angket, metode angket digunakan untuk mengambil data tentang kedua variable, yakni untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pendidikan agama dalam keluarga siswa dan kedisplinan beragama siswa. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Variable penelitian ini yaitu Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam keluarga sebagai variabel bebas dan kedisiplinan beribadah siswa sebagai variabel terikat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket untuk mengukur pengaruh pendidikan agama Islam terhadap kedisiplinan beribadah siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendidikan agama Islam dalam keluarga berpengaruh dengan representasi sebesar 45,2%. Sedangkan sisanya 54,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

There is instability in the development of LQ45 and KOMPAS100 shares in 2018 – 2022. There are factors that influence the sale of LQ45 index shares. Lack of student interest in investing in ordinary shares ( common stock ). The aim of this research is to carry out a descriptive economic analysis of the development of LQ45 and KOMPAS100 shares in 2018 - 2022. To estimate the factors that influence sales of LQ45 index shares. Analyze the determining factors of student interest in investing in common stocks in the KOMPAS100 index. The research method used is using multiple OLS via the E-Views 12 application and carrying out factor analysis using the Smart PLS application. The data used is a time series, namely monthly data from 2018-2022. The results of this research are that loan interest rates, inflation and GDP have a significant influence on LQ45 at α15%. And the results of factor analysis show that cultural factors do not have a significant influence on students' interest in investing in shares in the city of Medan.

Abstract

This article discusses efforts to construct news filtration based on the criteria of hadith narrators according to the ulama. Researchers are interested in studying related themes because it is motivated by the massive emergence of invalid news. This phenomenon then initiated researchers to present this research product. The method used in this research is qualitative with library research model. Meanwhile, the method used in the system processes descriptive-analytic data. Several points contained in this research include, 1). Factors causing the spread of invalid news and their implications. 2). Examples of prevention efforts regarding hoax news based on hadith. 3). Opportunities and challenges in filtering news with the validity criteria of narration. Among the conclusions produced from this research are, 1). One of the causes of the amount of news that is not credible is the appearance buzzer who present because of an interest, not because of neutrality. Apart from that, news seekers who are not credible will produce news that is also not trustworthy. 2). Construction of preventive measures against the spread of hoax news hadith based. 3). This construction offering has its fair share of opportunities and challenges fifty-fifty.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of the value of religious moderation in early childhood as an effort to form balanced character and morality. In the context of globalization and cultural plurality, children are faced with various influences that can shape their thinking and behavior patterns. Therefore, this research focuses on implementing the value of religious moderation as a basis for guiding children to understand and appreciate religious teachings wisely based on learning based on local wisdom. This research method is qualitative involving observation and interviews. Data analysis by condensing data, displaying data and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the application of the value of religious moderation makes a positive contribution to children's character development. Children show a better understanding of religious values and are able to apply them in everyday life. In addition, the role of teachers and parents as role models in practicing the value of religious moderation is a key factor in the success of this implementation. The findings of this research provide practical implications for educators, parents and policy makers to improve approaches to religious education at the early age level. By strengthening the value of religious moderation with learning based on local wisdom, it is hoped that children can grow into individuals who are responsible, tolerant, and have a deep understanding of religious diversity in society and love Indonesian culture.
