AbstractThe title of this research is "social adaptation of male students of class 10 of Madrasa Aliyah at the islamic boarding school Khulafar Rasyidin Sungai Raya". The problem in this research is the students' social adaptation. The purpose of this research is to find out social adaptation of the islamic students of class 10 in overcoming environmental challenges and the process of adaptation to norms. Form of this research is a descriptive qualitative research. Techniques of data collection are direct observation, interview and documentary study. The research finding shows the success of the students of class 10 in adaptation towards the school environmental, particularly male students; (1) the students could overcome the challenges of the school both positively and negatively. (2) the male students of class 10 could adapt to norms of religion, politeness, morality embraced in the boarding school, although written school rules, certain group of students they remain to break.Keywords: Adaptation, Islamic Boarding School, Male StudentsÂ

 AbstractThis research was conducted at SMAN 1 Sambas, the aim of this research were to develop electronic learning media using edmodo; analyze the feasibility of learning media and to analyze the effectiveness of learning media using edmodo in improving students' concept comprehension. The research method was Research and Development (R&D) using ADDIE development models, namely: "Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation". The techniques of data collection were indirect communication techniques, measurement and documentation. The techniques of data analysis were qualitative data and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study: (1) The development of electronic learning media using edmodo through 5 stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (2) The results of the study showed that the feasibility of electronic learning media using edmodo from the assessment of material expert obtained a score 45 which was categorized as excellent; the assessment of media expert obtained a score 55 which was categorized as excellent and the assessment of the economics teacher obtained a score 43 which was categorized as very good. (3) Electronic learning media using edmodo was effective in improving students' concept comprehension, where the students’ concept comprehension of mean score was 6.4 in the pre-test before the implementation of developed learning media, then it increased to 7.2 in the post-test after the implementation of the developed media. Keywords: Electronic Learning, Edmodo, Understanding Concepts

AbstractVocabulary in language learning is very important, because by mastering vocabulary, students can speak according to the meaning of the dialogue. If the vocabulary learning is not adequate, it can be difficult to start a dialogue. Therefore using the audio visual method(cartoon movie)can be one of the methods to help students recognize and read vocabulary. The purpose of the research and thesis writing was to examine whether the audio visual method(cartoon movie) can improve students ability in mastering Mandarin vocabulary. The writer found that students of grade 3 of SMP N 10 feel difficult to remember the Mandarin vocabulary. The outcome shows that students learning progress is significantly improved. The results showed that the audio visual method(cartoon movie) was very good, because it was direct so it was easy for the students to understand. Apart from that, this method is very suitable in teaching Mandarin vocabulary. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the integrated social studies teacher (ISST) social studies activities on the professional competence of junior high school integrated social science teachers in Mempawah Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with two variables, they are Integrated Subject Teacher (ISST) social studies (X) and professional competence (Y). Determination of the sample used is the Slovin formula. The data source of this research is Integrated Social Sciences teachers who teach in Mempawah District with a sample of 55 people. Data collection techniques used consisted of: 1. questionnaire, 2. interview, and 3. documentation. Data obtained from the results of respondents' questionnaires and from the results of interviews with MGMP administrators and interviews with Integrated Social Studies subject supervisors from the District Education Office in Mempawah. Then do the validity and reliability test, the analysis prerequisite test using the normality test and linearity test. Next test the hypothesis using simple regression analysis. From the regression results obtained by the equation Y = 30,803 + 1,186 x. Test the significance of the regression equation with the t test obtained t arithmetic = 11.92 and t table 2.006 which means significant (t arithmetic> t table), then obtained significance value 0,000 <0.05 which means there is a positive and significant effect. Obtained results there is a relationship between ISST activities (variable X) with a level of professional competence (variable Y) of 0.851 and the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of ISST R2 (square) activities of 0.725 or 72.5% on professional competence. So there is an influence between ISST activities with the professional competence of Junior High School Integrated Social Sciences teachers in Mempawah Regency. Keywords: Influence, ISST activities, Professional Competence

AbstractThis research aims to know the influence of self regulated learning on tenth grade students’ learning achievement on marketing subjects at SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak. The method is descriptive method with the research form of relationship study, population and samples as many as 72 students. The techniques is direct communication techniques, indirect communication techniques (questionnaires) and documentary study techniques. The prerequisite test in this study is the validity test and reliability test. From the results of a simple linear regression calculation with the help of SPSS program version 16.0, there is a positive influence of self regulated learning on tenth grade students’ learning achievement at SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak. This is seen from the T count greater than on T table or 10,049 > 1,994. With a simple linear regression calculation obtained the equation Y = 5.556 + 0.520 x, which means the value of constants (a) of 5.556 can be interpreted if self regulated learning is worth 0 and student learning outcomes are worth 5.556. The coefficient of determination of this research shows the contribution of X variable effect to the Y variable by 59.3%, while the remainder is influenced by other factors not described in this study.  Keywords:Learning Achievement,Marketing Subjects, Self Regulated LearningÂ

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to find out whether the application of  Problem based learning was effective in teaching a statistics materials to the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. This research is classified as a pre-experimental and conducted in form of one case study or post-test only design. The population of this research were 162 students of eleventh grade, and the samples were 40 students. Purposive sampling was used to choose the sample. The result of the data analysis showed that the study result was not reached, learning activity was quite active and student gave a positive respons. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the application of  Problem based learning was  effective in teaching a statistic materials to the grade XI 2 students of SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya because the study result was reached and learning activity was quite active.Keyword: Problem Based Learning, Response, Student Activities

AbstractThe problem discussed in this study is how agility, speed and juggling of the futsal dribble skills of futsal extracurricular participants in SMAN 3 Pontianak. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of agility, speed and juggling of the futsal dribble skils of futsal extracurricular participants of SMAN 3 Pontianak. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, which is a survey method with collaborative techniques, research using this method aims to determine the relationship of agility, speed and juggling of futsal dribble skills in futsal extracurricular participants of SMAN 3 Pontianak. With a sample size of 20 people. This research technique uses tests and measurements, with a grating instrument measuring agility, speed and juggling of futsal dribble skills. Data analysis uses correlation. From the analysis of data obtained manually, it can be concluded that in general there is a significant relationship between agility, speed and juggling of futsal dribble skills in futsal extracurricular participants of SMAN 3 Pontianak. With the results of the analysis of the multiple correlation coefficient R between agility, speed and juggling ability to the results of the ability of dribble is R of 0,851. AbstractTraditional Home Appliances are equipment or various tools available at home and used by the community according to their respective traditions. This research focuses in the semantic field, namely analyzing data on traditional household appliances based on the form, lexical meaning, cultural meaning, and semantic role of traditional Malay household vocabulary in Singkawang, especially in Semelagi Kecil Kelurahan. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The data source in this study is the Singkawang dialect Malay spoken by native speakers of the Semelagi Kecil Kelurahan. The techniques used in this study are listening, competent, note taking, and recording. Data collection tools in this study are interview guides, notebooks, stationery and mobile phones. Based on research conducted, researchers have collected 65 vocabularies of traditional household appliances in the Singkawang dialect Malay. Overall data obtained from the interview process and video. The results of data analysis in the form of classified based on the name of the tool in the form of phonetic writing, then each tool is described in tabular form. The results of data obtained based on the lexical meaning are analyzed by referential analysis techniques or see a reference source in the form of a dictionary. The results of the data obtained based on cultural meanings were analyzed by means of cultural context analysis techniques in which this analysis presents the philosophy of each piece of equipment. AbstractThis study was to analyze the effect of the problem based learning model on the learning outcomes of natural sciencestudents of Class VI Pontianak Elementary School 24 Pontianak Kota and analyze how high the influence of the problem based learning model on the learning outcomes of natural science students of Class VI Pontianak 24 Primary School The research method used was an experimental method in the form of a quasi experimental design, with the experimental design of nonequivalent control group design. The sample selection uses a purposive sampling technique. Based on statistical calculations of the average results of the final test of the experimental class 76.70 and the average of the final test results of the control class 70.37 obtained of 3.561 and  (α = 5% and dk 30 + 31 - 2 = 59) equal to 3,549, because  (3,561)>  (3,549), then Ha is accepted. From the calculation of the effect size (ES), an ES of 0.64 (medium criterion) is obtained. This means that the model of problem-based learning has a moderate effect on the learning outcomes of natural science students of Class VI State Elementary School 24 Pontianak City. Keywords: Effect, Learning Outcomes, Problem Based Learning.Â

AbstractThe problem in this study is the lack of accuary in futsal shooting in futsal extracurricular members of Haruniyah Islamic High School Pontianak so often when the player does not shoot exactly the desired target, not even closing the possibility of the ball soaring high. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of target training on the accuracy of futsal shooting in futsal extracurricular members of Haruniyah Islamic High School Pontianak. The method used in this research is the experimental method. Subjects in research are students Extracurricular Islamic High School Pontianak totaling 20 students. Thisstudy uses a test instrument, while the test instrument used in the study is a shooting test, the test given is by dividing the field of goal that has been marked and given a number. Data analysis using t-test formula. The results of study obtained the value of ttest 4.159 > ttable 1.729 means that there is the effect of target training on the accuracy of futsal shooting on futsal extracurricular members at Islamic High School Pontianak. With an increase in the average pretest of 9.65 and 14.10 posttest so there is a 46.11% increase that occurs.Keywords: Variation of Practice, Shooting .
