Abstract

AbstractThe title of this research is "social adaptation of male students of class 10 of Madrasa Aliyah at the islamic boarding school Khulafar Rasyidin Sungai Raya". The problem in this research is the students' social adaptation. The purpose of this research is to find out social adaptation of the islamic  students of class 10 in overcoming environmental challenges and the process of adaptation to norms. Form of this research is a descriptive qualitative research. Techniques of data collection are direct observation, interview and documentary study. The research finding shows the success of the students of class 10 in adaptation towards the school environmental, particularly male students; (1) the students could overcome the challenges of the school both positively and negatively. (2) the male students of class 10 could adapt to norms of religion, politeness, morality embraced in the boarding school, although written school rules, certain group of students they remain to break.Keywords: Adaptation, Islamic Boarding School, Male Students

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of parents' socioeconomic status on learning motivation in class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Sejangkung. The method used is descriptive method and the form of research is a form of relationship study research. The population in this study were 259 and the sample was 51 (random) students of SMA Negeri 1 Sejangkung. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques and data collection tools with a questionnaire. While the data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and uses SPSS version 24. Based on the results of this study the relationship of parents' socioeconomic status to learning motivation in class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Sejangkung with rcount = 0.800 is in the "High" category. While the great influence of parents 'socioeconomic status on students' learning motivation by 64% is in the "strong" category. This shows that there is a positive influence on learning motivation, the better the socioeconomic status of parents, the higher the motivation of students to learn. Keywords: Parents' Socio-Economic Status, Learning Motivation

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the use of the STAD model on student learning activities in sociology subjects in class X IPS MAS AL-MUSTAQIM. The research method used is using ex post facto. The results showed that: 1) The STAD model was used in class X in sociology learning is an average value of 40.22 classified in the high category. 2) Student learning activities in learning sociology obtained an average value of 36.83 classified in the low category. 3) The effect of the use of the STAD model on learning activities in sociology subjects hypothesized test results of significance values of (0.004 < 0.05) and t arithmetic values (2.973) > t table values (2.001), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So there is a positive and significant effect between the use of the STAD model and student learning activities in sociology subjects. 4) The magnitude of the effect of using the STAD model on sociology learning activities of 0.117 is equal to 11.7%. This means that the percentage of the effect of using the STAD model on sociology learning activities is 11.7% while the remaining 88.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords:Learning Activity, Sociologi Subjects, and Use Of The STAD Model

Abstract

AbstractThe title of this study is”what the community participation was education SMAN 3 Teluk Keramat Sambas. The purpose of research was describe of the forms public education in SMAN 3 Teluk Keramat Sambas. The research used descriptive methods with qualitative study. The data collecting was a student of sociology in academic year 2015 FKIP UNTAN. The technique of data collecting were observation,interview and documentation. Tool of data collecting are observation, guidelines interview, arcives book and notes. The analysis in this research served in a descriptive qualitative by using informans abuot three people. The participation of citizen in education might include people formulating vision and mission education, from meeting and discussion, contribution ideas and respond or aversion towards programs and activites offered by school. The community participation in education system of community participation in accepting new students, procurement of teachers, the procurement facility, infrastructure, and supervision. The form of public participation in evaluation form of criticism and input community, and report evaluation  carried out by which was signed by the school management and community members through school commite..   Keywords: Community, Education, Participation.

Abstract

Abstract This research was to found out the sociology lesson based on electronic media at SMA Negeri 1 Pemangkat. The research approach was qualitative approach with descriptive approach method. The technique of data collection were observation, interview, and study documentation. The analysis in this research presented in qualitative descriptive using 5 informants, included the sociology teachers of Class X, XI and XII, also three active students representing each classes of  Class X, XI, and XII on lesson based on electronic media at SMA Negeri 1 Pemangkat. The result showed that the cognitive aspects gave sociology lesson based on electronic media such impacts on students in order to found out and reviewed the lesson using electronic media also gave impacts on students learning result that using electronic media. In motivation aspects, electronic media encouraged students to studied and gave impacts on students' actions so it made students more focus on the lesson and students found themselves the learning material without instruction from the teacher. In imaginative aspects, electronic media generated students' imagination in searching material with pictures and videos, with electronic media students are easier to imagine the things that related with the material in their circumstances. Keywords: Cognitive, Electronic Media, Imaginative, Motivation

Abstract

AbstractThe title of this research is "Analysis of the Forms of Social Interaction Associative of Religious Differences in Students of the FKIP Untan Sociology Education Study Program". The research method used is descriptive method with a form of qualitative research. The data source of this study were students of the Sociology Education Study Program FKIP Untan. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, interviews and documentation, while the data collection tools used are observation guides, interview guides and documentation tools. The results showed that 1. Interaction between different religions in FKIP Untan Sociology Education Study Program students through spontaneous student collaboration, namely cooperation carried out without any orders from anyone, such as helping friends of different religions who experience disasters. Besides that there is a group discussion which is ordered by the lecturer during the course. 2. Through the 5th semester student accommodation FKIP Sociology Education Study Program Untan respects each other's differences of opinion and mutual tolerance. Abstract

AbstractThis study entitled "Associative social interaction between residents of the hedgehog district student dormitories in Pontianak city". A common problem in this study is "How are associative social interactions between residents of the hedgehog district student dormitories in Pontianak?". Sub research problems are as follows: 1) How is associative social interaction in the form of cooperation between residents of the hedgehog district student dormitories in the city of Pontianak; 2) How is associative social interaction in the form of accommodation between residents of the hedgehog district student dormitories in Pontianak city? The method used is a qualitative method. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, direct communication and documentary studies (bibiliographic) with data collection tools in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that: 1) Associative social interaction in the form of cooperation between residents of the Landak district student dormitory in the city of Pontianak, namely mutual cooperation carried out in the form of cleaning in the dormitory and outside the dormitory environment, then help please be shown by helping friends who are trouble and visit a friend who is sick. 2) Associative social interactions in the form of accommodation between residents of the Landak Regency student dormitory in Pontianak City, namely a compromise with routine joint evaluation activities, mutual tolerance between residents, and arbitration, namely by mediating in solving problems.Keywords: Cooperation, Acomodation, Landak Dormitory Residents

Abstract

 Abstract This study aims to determine the role of teachers in developing independent character in deaf students in special schools Autis, Pontianak.City The general problem of this study is how the role of the teacher in developing independent character in deaf students in special schools Autism?The sub problem of this research is how the teacher as a communicator? how does the teacher as a motivator in growing independent character in deaf students ?. The research method is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, documentation,Data collection tools used are observation guides, interview guides, and field notebooks. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The informant is the teacher with the initials JH and MR. The results of the teacher's research as a communicator and motivator show that deaf students are confident, safe, comfortable, happy when they talk about their activities at home so that there are no differences in gaps between students and informants then students understand and understand excited again in learning after the informants provide inspirational advice and encouragement, students can do the task well and confidently after being guided and students mutual respect and respect for their peers, and pray before and after both in learning and extracurricular. Keywords: Teacher Role, Independent Character, Students with Special Needs (Deaf)

Abstract

AbstractThe era of modernization at this time affects the types of learning media that exist today. Among them is the existence of web-based blog e-learning media in learning. Media e-learning in the learning process is more or less we find in schools that have adequate facilities and teachers who use them. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive research methods. The use of web-based blog e-learning media in sociology learning is seen how the planning, implementation, and evaluation of teachers when using web-based blog e-learning media. Planning conducted by the teacher is to prepare the design of the implementation of learning, and the media / methods used in the learning process lesson plans as a guide for teachers in the implementation of learning activities. The blog web is used as a learning medium. Based on research conducted using web-based e-learning media blog in sociology learning, students look easier to understand and convey the material that students have learned. Based on the results of research conducted it can be concluded that the use of e-learning media can be an innovation in learning. In planning, implementing, and evaluating the use of e-learning media. AbstractThe title of this thesis is An Analysis on the Implementation of Gerakan Literasi Sekolah in Sociology Learning in SMA Gembala Baik Pontianak. The general problem in this research is "How was the implementation of Gerakan Literasi Sekolah in Sociology learning in SMA Gembala Baik Pontianak? The specific problems are (1) How was the Implementation of Gerakan Literasi Sekolah on the development phase in Sociology learning in SMA Gembala Baik Pontianak? (2) How was the implementation of Gerakan Literasi Sekolah on the learning phase in Sociology learning in SMA Gembala Baik Pontianak? The research approach that is used is qualitative research. The techniques of data collection used are observation technique, interview, and document study. The tools of data collection are observation guidelines, interview guidelines, field note, and documentation. The result of this research showed that (1) On the implementation of Gerakan Literasi Sekolah on the development phase in Sociology learning in SMA Gembala Baik Pontianak, the activity that has been implemented are reading activity for 15 minutes, the Sociology teacher was being the model in the reading activity, and there was a follow-through activity in giving feedback on the reading. (2) On the implementation of Gerakan Literasi Sekolah on the learning phase in Sociology learning in SMA Gembala Baik Pontianak, reading activity has been entrenched and has become a need in the learning process in the classroom, the reading strategies that were done in the learning are silent reading and reading aloud, also there was an academic requirement in the form of follow-through activity to give feedbacks orally or in writing.Keywords: GLS, Implementation, SMA
