Abstract

AbstractThis research intends to develop an exhibition-based learning task design in three-dimensional learning. The learning process uses a scientific approach to improve students' mathematical representation abilities. This reseach uses R&D methods with ADDIE models. The subjects of the research were students in SMA Negeri 1 Sekayam and SMA Negeri 2 Sekayam. The data collection instruments consisted of a validation questionnaire of the exhibition-based learning task design, observation sheets of student learning activities, and test of mathematical representation ability. The results showed that, (1) the exhibition-based learning task design in three-dimensional learning is valid and feasible to use. (2) The learning process occur effectively, based on results of the observation sheet analysis of student learning activities, which shows 7 out of 9 aspects of the activity has been "Good". (3) Students' mathematical representation abilities generally become "Good" after participating in the learning process. Based on the analysis of student learning outcomes that show the average value is 74.69 and 76.67% of students were able to exceed the KKM score limit. The conclusion of this research is the final product of the exhibition-based learning task design in three-dimensional learning developed is valid and feasible to use in three-dimensional learning in the school. Keywords: Exhibition-Based Learning Task Design, Three Dimensional Learning, Learning activity, and Mathematical Representation Abilit

Abstract

AbstractThis research to analyze the effect of model learning two stay two stray towards the results of learning and knowing the magnitude of the influence model of learning two stay two stray towards the results of studying Civics class V primary school South Pontianak 36 country. The method used is an experiment with the shape of the Experimental Design types Quasy non equivalent control group design. The results of the data analysis the average post-test and experiment control class is 68.61 and 79.14. Based on the results of a test of normality of the data using the formula Chi Squared Gaussian data. Furthermore its homogeneity test data done by Fhitung (1.79) < Ftabel (1.94), homogeneous and expressed continued test-t with the formula separated variance, acquired thitung (3.378) > ttabel (2.042) and dk = 39, so the Ha is received. From the results of the calculation of effect size, obtained ? ? amounting to 0.75 criteria are. Conclusion this study is a model of learning two stay two stray influence is being against the results of studying Civics class V 36 State primary school South Pontianak. Keywords : Two Stay Two Stray, The Result Of The Study, Citizenship Education

Abstract

Abstract

AbstractMathematical communication skills are contained in Minister of Education and Culture Regulation (Permendikbud) Number 20 of 2016 concerning Competency Standards for Primary and Secondary Education Graduates. Through mathematical communication skills students can explain mathematical concepts in the form of numbers, images and or symbols using oral and written communication. That is, mathematical communication skills needed by students to be able to communicate their conceptual understanding. Instead, conceptual understanding is needed by students to be able to communicate mathematically. This study aims to describe the mathematical communication skills studied from the conceptual understanding of class VIII students at SMPN 12 Sungai Ambawang Kab. Kubu Raya, West Kalimantan Province. The research method used is descriptive in the form of case studies. Retrieval of data using tests and interviews. The subjects in this study consisted of 27 students who were divided into high, medium and low conceptual understanding levels. The results of data analysis show that students with high conceptual understanding have good mathematical communication skills. Students with conceptual understanding are having good mathematical communication skills. Students with low conceptual understanding have poor mathematical communication skills.  Keywords: Mathematics Communication, Conceptual Understanding, Set
