Abstract:This research aims to know the role of chairman in motivating subordinate continuing magister program (S2) in workplace of sub district government of whole Pontianak city. The method is descriptive by qualitative approach. The sources of data primary and secondary datas. The techniques used of the research are observation, direct communication, and documentary study. The result of the research is the chairman's roles as a motivator are doing Coffee Morning, Friday Clean, but it furthermore leads to be personal motivation in this case. The chairman's role as a commander focuses on giving duties and having responsibilities according to duty details and the target which reached and budgeting that has tobe managed and being responsible for, it's implemented to letter of treaty, between sub-district head and the subordinates. The chairman's role as as controller by controlling the subordinates' skill in communicating by talking each other well mannered and friendly, giving explanation, punctuation, and integrity in supporting prime service to society. The chairman's role as a communicator promotes the subordinates whose the good achievements and enough conditions will get the opportunity to run a higher position. AbstractResearchers in this study took data from YouTube in the form of a video interview between Sutarmidjidan, Kompas TV announcer Pontianak as a data source. Researchers focus on observations in the form of mixed code speech. The problem in this research is the form of code mixing and the factors that cause code mixing between Sutarmidji and Pontianak Kompas TV broadcasters. The purpose of this study is to describe the form of Code Mix and the factors causing code mixing. This research uses descriptive method, with a qualitative form of research, and uses a sociolinguistic approach. The theory used in this research is the theory of language contact, the theory of bilingualism, and the theory of code mixing. Sources of data in this study are Mr. Sutarmidji and broadcaster Kompas TV. Data collection techniques in this study are refer to techniques. The tools used for research are laptop cameras, cellphones, and stationery. The results of the 19 data found are: there are five forms of mixed code, namely, the form of words, phrases, baster, repetition, and clause. Factors that cause code mixing are role factors, willingness to explain and interpret factors and speaker factors and diversity factors. Keywords: Sociolinguistics, Code Mix

AbstractThe development of the learning module is based on the lack of graduates of Special Education and the limited teaching materials available in schools. The purpose of developing a learning module to produce a learning media that can be used independently by the teacher. Through learning activities using learning modules is expected to help teachers in applying ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) method in children with autism. The development procedure refers to the development of Borg and Gall using five stages of data collection, planning, product draft development, expert validation, small group testing, product revision and final product refinement. Data collection technique is done by observation and documentation. Data collection tool is an observation sheet of the implementation of module use and positive response of autistic children toward module learning. Data analysis using qualitative and quantitative.The result of research indicates that the design of module development in this research consists of (1) research phase and data collection (analysis of availability of learning resources, teacher ability analysis, teacher graduate analysis), (2) planning stage to formulate the objectives to be achieved, (3) development (includes competence, indicators, material development), 4 (expert validation stage (media and materials), (5) testing phase (small group), and (6) final product improvement Learning steps using learning modules indicate an increase , this is seen from the observation of the implementation of learning that the average value of 88.8 with high snagat criteria. The positive response of autistic children to the learning module also increased 80 with very high criteria. Key Words: Module, Applied Behavior Analysis Method, Autism

AbstractExistence of Tundang Mayang art of sanggar Pusaka Sungai Burung village Mempawah Districts, This reseacrch is motivated by the desire of researcers to find out the existence of Tundang Mayang art of sanggar Pusaka desa Sungai Burung Kabupaten Mempawah. The purpose of this study is: 1). Describe the existence of Tundang Mayang art sanggar Pusaka Sungai Burung village Mempawah districts 2). Describe the factors thet influence the existence of Tundang Mayang art sanggar Pusaka Sungai Burung village Mempawah Districts 3). Describe the Implementation of Tundang Mayang sanggar Pusaka on learning art and culture at school. Research data consist of the existence of Tundang Mayang sanggar Pusaka, factors that influence the existence of Tundang art and efforts to maintain the existence of Tundang Mayang art. Data collection techniques such as observation, interview and documantation. The technique of checking the validity of the data consist of, of extension,of obsevation dan triangulation technique. The analysis technique used is to analyze the data of research results regarding the existence of Tundang Mayang and then consult the resulats of research with the main supervisor and the scond supervisor and conclude the results of the study about the existence of Tundang Mayang art of sanggar Pusaka village Sungai Burung Mempawah Districts .The results of the study are :1) The existence of Tundang Mayang art began the existennce of Tundang Mayang art began in 1992 until now.2) Factors that influence the existence of Tundang Mayang art are the needs of society,culture, economic factors, lack of interest and knowledge. 3) Efforts made by the community and the group of Tundang Mayang. 4) design of the results with a valid currculum as teaching material for arts and culture and skills( Music art) in schools. Keywords : Existence, Tundang Mayang, Sanggar Pusaka.

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether or at least the influence of smartphone use on learning outcomes. The variables of this research are independent variable (X) smartphone usage and dependent variable (Y) learning result. The research method used is kuntitatif method by using inferential statistics of influence study. Techniques used in data collection in the form of indirect communication techniques and documentary study techniques, with data collection tools in the form of questionnaires along with note sheets obtained from students or samples totaling 56 oarang. The result of hypothesis testing proves that there is influence but not significance between smartphone usage to learning result with r count 0,155

AbstractThis study aims to analize whether there is not the effect of the picture and picture model to narrative essay writing skill for third grade studens public elementary school 14 south Pontianak. From the results of interview in narrative essay learning, from 29 students there are 13 student who difficulty to write the narrative essay. This research use experimental method, while the research design is use one group pretest-posttest design. Population and sample in this research is all of third grade students public elementary school 14 south Pontianak as many as 29 students. Data collection technique in this research are direct observation and measurement techniques. Based on data analysis result, average score of pre-test is 68,39 and average score of post-test is 76,15. Result of t test obtained ttabel at significant level =5% with db = 28 is 2,048. Because tcount  (17,24)> ttabel (2,048), its mean Ha accepted and H0 is rejected, which means the application of picture and picture model with significant have influence to narrative writing skill for third grade students public elementary school 14 south Pontianak. Keywords : Influence, Picture and Picture Model, Narrative Essay, Writing skill

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to describe information services about moral in Islamic education on grade XI Al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic High School Pontianak. The research method is descriptive in the form of a survey study. Population research as many as 28 students. The data collection technique used is indirect communication with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is percentage. Overall, the implementation of information services on morals in Islamic education reached 82% including the good category. This means that the supervisor conducts information services about morals in Islamic education according to the theory. The material that has been conveyed about morals in education by counselors reaches 84% including good categories. The method that has been given by the guidance teacher in providing information services about morality in Islam reaches 80% including the good category. The media used by guidance teachers in providing information services about moral in Islam reached 79% including good categories. Keywords :Information Service, Moral in Islamic Education

AbstractThis study was backgrounded by the lack of documentation for a cultural reservation. The formulation of this study is (1) the history of Mak Yong Music in Salako Dayak society of Bagak Sahwa Village, Singkawang Timur District of Singkawang City, and (2) the elements of cultural acculturation between Dayak and Melayu in Mak Yong music. This study was conducted with the descriptive method in the form of qualitative, using a historical approach. The data collection was done using observation, interview,and documentation techniques. The data were validated using the triangulation technique.Mak Yong music was created since the 1950s by both the people of Dayak Salako Tribe and Malay tribes in Selakau. The music was officially recognized in 1967s a Gawai Padi event which was held at the Bagak Sahwa village. The music was performed as a part of the events led by Nek Jogong. In 1952, the system has changed, that is, people had to use tickets in the form of handkerchiefs. This study is hoped to be contributive by implementing the materials into the Arts and Cultures subject in Class VIII in the first semester.Keywords: Development and Acculturation History, Mak Yong Music          Â

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi Cooperative Learning Model Jigsaw Dalam Pembelajaran IPS Di Kelas IX MTs Negeri Ketapang. Adapun fokus penelitian ini adalah: 1) Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran 2) Langkah-langkah Cooperative Learning model Jigsaw. 3) Perolehan belajar. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, adapun objek penelitian  MTs Negeri Ketapang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah: 1) Kegiatan pembelajaran dengan strategi cooperative learning model Jigsaw. 2) Peserta didik kelas IX .3) Guru IPS kelas IX. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Alat pengumpul data adalah lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perolehan belajar peserta didik meningkat dan tuntas baik secara individu maupun secara klasikan.  Kata Kunci : Cooperative Learning, Jigsaw, Perolehan belajar  Abstract : This research aimed to describe the strategy of Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model in Social Learning Class of the ninth grade of MTs Negeri Ketapang. The focus of this research are: 1) Lesson Plan 2) Measures Cooperative Learning Jigsaw models. 3) Acquisition of learning. The approach in this study is a qualitative research, while the object of this study was MTs Negeri Ketapang. The Subjects of this research were: 1) learning activities with cooperative learning model of Jigsaw. 2) The students of the ninth grade .3) the ninth grade of studies teacher. The method that used in this research is descriptive research. Data collection instruments are observation sheet, interview and document. Data collection tool is observation sheet, interview and documents. Data processing is done by using qualitative descriptive analysis. AbstractThe problem in this study is that the variation in the learning model of one of the material is still very minimal so that learning related to basketball material is still not fully understood so that students are confused and feel bored in learning it. This study aims to develop a basketball learning game model in high school and find out the validity, effectiveness and response of students to the learning game model. This study was conducted in three schools, namely SMAN 1 Pontianak, SMAN 7 Pontianak and SMAN 1 Sungai Raya with the research subjects of the students of natural science class grade XI in academic year 2018/2019.The research method used is the ADDIE development model consisting of Analiysis (Analysis), Design (Design), Development (Development), Implementation (Implementation), and Evaluation (Evaluation). Upper middle class based on the assessment of the game model experts obtained a score of 34 with a percentage of 85% included in the criteria are very valid and assessment of learning experts obtained a score of 32 with a percentage of 80% included in the criteria are quite valid.The effectiveness of this learning game model obtained an effect size of 3.7 in SMAN 1 Pontianak, 1.7 in SMAN 7 Pontianak, 1.65 in SMAN 1 Sungai Raya, so the learning game model used was effective. The response of students to the basketball learning game model in high school gave a positive response with an average score percentage of 81.32%. Keywords: Development, Game Model, Learning, Basketball
