Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the effect of teaching with direct teacing method to the students and to understand reaction of student about it. This object of this research is TBK Senior High School Second Grade Students,with total students were 39 students. The reseach method are practice?test and (diaocha). The useful of directly teaching method using verb makes student more keen and exited in study, thus the student?s respond toward verb was really interested and active in class. Based on the result of the pre and post test the writer can said the ability of understanding of verb?s student makes an improvement on student?s ability. It can be seen based on their pre test, they could only reach 56 on their score but it become 85 in the post test.   Keyword: verbs direct teaching method grasp

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to know the emotions of the main character in novel Yorick by Kirana Kejora. The goal was to describe the positive and negative emotions towards the attitude of the main character as well as the implementation of this research in learning Indonesian Language in schools. The theory used in this research was B.F. Skinner theory. This research applied descriptive, qualitative, and psychological method. The data source in this study is novel Yorick by Kirana Kejora. In collecting the data, the researcher used documentary study technique. The tool of data collection used in thie research was the researcher herself as a key instrument. In conclusion, the results of the analysis were, (1) positive emotions influence the main character's attitude were 6 emotions of love, and 13 emotions of happiness. (2) Negative emotions influence the main character's attitude were 4 emotions of worry and anxiety, 4 emotions of fear, 5 emotions of anger, and 6 emotions of sadness. (3) Novel Yorick by Kirana Kejora can be used as teaching material in schools because there are values of struggle and moral messages to be applied in achieving ideals and a better future. Keywords: Logical, Main Character, Behavioral Psychology.

Abstract

(email:idanoritawati.com.id) Abstrak: Tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang peningkatan motorik kasar melalui permainan bola kaki pada kelompok B di TK Mina Muda Kecamatan Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Penelitian tindakan kelas  ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 14 orang anak. Pengumpulan data  dengan menggunakan data dan pedoman observasi.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan motorik kasar melalui permainan bola kaki pada anak telah direncanakan dengan sangat baik, 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan motorik kasar melalui permainan bola kaki pada anak telah dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik, 3) Terjadi peningkatan motorik kasar melalui kemampuan menendang bola ke depan  pada anak 4) Terjadi peningkatan motorik kasar melalui kemampuan menendang bola ke belakang pada anak Kata Kunci: peningkatan, motorik kasar, permainan bola kaki Abstract: The general objective of this research is: To obtain information about the increase in gross motor skills through the game of football in group B in kindergarten child Mina Muda Sungai Kakap Kubu Raya district. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The method used is descriptive method with the form of classroom action research study. Sources of data in this study is numbered 14 children. The collection of data by using data and observation guidelines. Based on the research that has been done: 1) Planning of learning to improve gross motor skills through the game of football in children has been planned very well, 2) Implementation of learning to improve gross motor skills through the game of football in children has been implemented very well, 3) An increase in gross motor skills through the ability to kick the ball forward on the child, 4) An increase in gross motor skills through the ability to kick a ball into the back of the child.   Keywords : increase, gross motor, foot ball games

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe development of various models and methods of pencak silat training can provide opportunities for athletes to improve their ability especially in increasing the speed of their sickle kick. There are still many pencak silat fighters do their sickle kick slowly, so that it is easily caught by their opponents and it can be a risk for those who have slow sickle kick of being dropped by their opponent. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training using rubber load in increasing the speed of pencak silat sickle kick, and how significant the improvement in every training given. This study used a pre-experimental method in the form of one group pre-test and post-test design. In this study, the number of research samples was taken from the total population with 15 pencaksilat fighters as the participants from North Kancil PencakSilat Institution, Ampera, Pontianak. The data collection in this study used a test instrument which was the speed of the sickle kick. The data analysis was with the analysis system used t-test. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was obtained that the t-test was 8.6 and the t-table was 2.14, so t-test > t-table. Accordingly, Ho was declared rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that there is an influence from rubber load training to increase the speed of the pencaksilat sickle kick. This is proven by the calculations as the results of the research that showed an increase in the speed of pencaksilat sickle kick by 10.55%.Keywords: Rubber Load, Speed, PencakSilat

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materiperubahan wujud zat melaluimodel pembelajaran problem based learning. Penelitian dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus di kelas VII.F SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak yang berjumlah33 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitiann ini adalah berupa tes hasil belajar siswa dan lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 11% dengan perolehan hasil belajar siswa siklus I sebesar 70% dan siklus II sebesar 81%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran perubahan wujud zat. Penerapan model pembelajaran ini sebaiknya dirancang dengan persiapan media belajar sebaikmungkin demi ketertarikan siswa terhadap materi yang dipelajari.   Kata Kunci :  Problem Based Learning, Perubahan Wujud Zat Abstact :This classroom action research aims to improve students’ learning achievement  in phase transition through learning model problem based learning. The study is conducted by two cycles in the class VII.F SMP 23 Pontianak involving 33 students . The instruments used to collect data in this research aretest and observation sheets .The resultshows an increase in student learning achievement by 11 % with the acquisition of student learning outcomes by 70 % the first cycle and the second cycle by 81 % . Based on the result it can be concluded the problem -based learning can improve students’  learning in phase transition . To apply this model, should lesson plan with the best possible preparation of learning media for the sake of interest of students to the material being studied .Keywords: Problem Based Learning , phase transition

Abstract

Abstract: This study discussed about using pictionary game to improve students’ vocabulary mastery to the third grade students of SDN 05 Pontianak Timur. The data were gathered from classroom observations and interview. The analysis showed how Pictionary game gave an improvement in pronouncing, knowing and memorizing words. It provided opportunities for students to improve the vocabulary mastery as well as motivation to help the teacher managing classroom interaction. It also enabled the students to experience the vocabulary; they made noticeable progress in their vocabulary learning, gaining the confidence to pronounce word in pronouncing. In short, this study showed that Pictionary game promoted students active participation in the activities with more opportunities to improve their vocabulary through practice which in turn increased their positive attitude for language learning.   Key words: Pictionary Game, improving, pronouncing, knowing, memorizing, mastery, vocabulary, English language. Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengunaan Pictionary game untuk mengembangkan penguasaan kosakata terhadap siswa-siswa kelas tiga SDN 05 Pontianak Timur. Data diperoleh dari observasi kelas dan wawancara. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Pictionary game memberikan perbaikan dalam pengucapan, pengetahuan dan pengingatan kata-kata. Adanya kesempatan untuk para siswa untuk mengembangkan penguasaan kosakata serta motivasi dapat membantu guru mengelola interaksi kelas. Hal ini juga memungkinkan siswa untuk berpengalaman dalam berkosakata; mereka membuat kemajuan yang nyata dalam belajar kosakata, memperoleh kepercayaan diri untuk menyebutkan kata dalam pengucapan. Singkatnya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pictionary game menumbuhkan keaktifan partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan dengan kesempatan mengembangkan kosakata mereka melalui praktek yang meningkatkan sikap positif mereka dalam belajar bahasa. Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research is underhand passing technique in volleyball of student of SMP Mandiri Pontianak which is not improved, seen from the results are still many students who are under standards of KKM’s value. Therefore, this research want to get more information about underhand passing technique in volleyball by using a Part Whole Method. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the Part Whole Method to underhand passing basic technique in volleyball for students of SMP Mandiri Pontianak. The research method used is the experimental method, with the use of Pre-experimental design approach with the One Group Pre-test Post-test design. The population of this research is grade VIII students of SMP Mandiri Pontianak, which amounted 15 students. And sample for this research are all learners. The data collector technique used is a test. The data collection tool used is a underhand passing technique test of volleyball. The results is the Part Whole Methode does affect to the underhand passing basic technique which is obtained tcount (6,806) > ttable (2,114) and the percentage value is 14,41%. Based of the results of the analysis it can be concluded there is a significant influence of Part whole Method against the underhand passing basic technique the volleyball of students SMP Mandiri Pontianak.Keywords: Part Whole Method, Underhand Passing, Volleyball

Abstract

AbstractBMDN (Malay dialect Ngabang language) has grown and developed at Ngabang regency Landak. The limitation of the problem divided in to three sub problem, there are form, function, meaning. BMDN affixation is described by descriptive method from survey method, observation, and interview, qualitative type. The data source is native speaker BMDN. The technique used in accumulation the data is observation, conversation, writing, and recording technique. The instrument of this research is tape recorder, images, legends, identification cards, and stationary as well as researchers as the main instrument. Technique of analysis the data is transcribe the data and then translate in to Indonesia after that classified by the problem of the research. Based on the analysis the data, result of the research showed Affix in BMDN has form, function, meaning. There are prefix, suffix, confix. There are 8 The prefix form. there are 5 the suffix form. There are 6 confix form. Functions of affix in BMDN are intransitive verb, passive verb, nouns, adverbs, numeral, active verb, transitive verb. The meaning of the afffix is a active deeds, use or wear, do the deeds, get or produce, has or have, suddenly, one, a passive deeds, collections, tools, job to do deeds, use, do order, proportion, possession, do something, management or position, place and show time, protect, prepare, transfer. Keywords: Affixation, form affix, function affix, meaning affix, BMDN

Abstract

 AbstractTitled research analysis function , the reading of the environment and a spell beentamao diction. The object of the research is nine spell used by a community dyaks benawas , district sekadau to treat the sick. A common purpose of this research is give a description of about the function , environment reading , the use of diction in spells beentamao. The research also aims to described the implementation of a spell beentamao in learning activities in school. Methods used in research is descriptive method with a qualitative study. The results are as follows, A spell penokat blood serves to stop bleeding , a spell penawa poison snakes and a spell an antidote bees. To cure colic on child recited for toddlers that experienced abdominal pain and vomiting. A spell treatment step to treat children high heat. A spell treatment smallpox read at water to drink child that is suffering smallpox. A spell laya semongat recited to a person who is weak mental. Reading a spell beentamao performed on the environment to certain conditions , namely use rice , iron , eggs , saffron , betel leaf , money , of red cloth , chicken , pinang , and water. A spell recited by a manang ( dukun ). Abstract

AbstractImperative speech is found with a high level of frequency in everyday life Researchers choose imperative speech because imperative speech is used humans to communicate in everyday life. This research uses several methods, the first method for data collection is the method refer. Both methods of data analysis are descriptive method, context analysis, and comparative. The result of the analysis of imperative speech between teacher and student in SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak is that there is a form of speech imperative between teacher and student, meaning of imperative of teacher and student's speech, imperative pragmatic imperative in classroom learning between teacher and student. This study found the form of regular imperative sentences, sentence request, permission sentence, sentence solicitation, and imperative sentence. The meaning of the imperative pragmatic utterances found in this study is the meaning of command, order, request, insistence, madness, invitation, permission request, permit, prohibition and suggestion.
