Psychological stress could trigger a trial to have an abortion which can lead to death. Other psychological effect, the teenage mothers will try to escape from responsibility or keeping to continue their pregnancies by compulsion. Meanwhile, besides, social judgement and scorn, as well as banishing made by surrounding community, the community will also reject the children with unclear parents and they are considered illegal children of adulteries (Husaeni, 2009). Based on data from the Directorate of Maternal Health, the biggest cause of teenage maternal death is bleeding as a result of premature pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the socio-cultural, economic of an unwanted pregnancy in single parent of adolescent mothers. This type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological and ethnographic approach. The population and sample are pregnant women and single parent mothers (having toddlers). The sample size is 9 people. Purposive Sampling Data collection by in-depth interviews (In-depth interview) to adolescents. The research was conducted in TTU District, East Nusa Tenggara. Research Results: 100% teenage single parent mothers do not work, age 15-19 years with the average education of junior high school to senior high school. Socio-culturally, teenagers imitate city life, lack of or abandon themselves from spiritual life in the family, and having trend to try new things. Teenage pregnancies are mostly unwanted as they happened accidentally. It was due to unsafe sex which was partly triggered by feeling bored with life in dormitories, adopting city life, lack of control from parents and family when teenagers return home, low or none of sexual education, simply following others, mutual consent, forced by boyfriends, poor knowledge Lack of knowledge on reproductive health and the influence of social media causes teenagers to have sex which causes unwanted pregnancies and poor socio-economic conditions. Suggestions The importance of preventing unwanted pregnancies in adolescents in schools should be started from the elementary schools by introducing health reproduction. Promotional materials related to reproductive health should be adapted to the age and development level of adolescents. In communities, especially those with low economic status, increasing awareness and knowledge about maternal and infant health is carried out through continuous health promotion.

Abstract

The accuracy of the diagnostic code plays an important role in the accuracy of the INA-CBG's rates. Outpatient BPJS patient visits at the Astrini Wonogiri General Hospital reached 7,967 patients in 2020, which have superior polyclinics, namely Orthopedic poly and Cardiology poly. Based on a preliminary survey, the percentage of inaccurate in the diagnosis coding for outpatients in the Orthopedic poly reached 90% and the Cardiology poly 30%. The high inaccuracy of the diagnostic code can lead to a decrease in the quality of services in hospitals and affect the sources of reporting information and health service rates. This study aims to determine the accuracy of the outpatient diagnosis code based on ICD 10 at the Astrini Wonogiri General Hospital. This type of research is descriptive with a retrospective approach. The population in this study was 5284 documents, with a sample of 131 documents using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Methods of collecting data by means of observation and interviews. The analysis of the accuracy of this outpatient diagnosis code is interpreted as a percentage. The results of the research on the outpatient diagnosis coding procedure at the Astrini Wonogiri General Hospital in accordance with the SPO, by looking at the Participant Eligibility Letter, Certificate of Evidence of Service, CPPT form (Integrated Patient Progress Record) and Supporting Examination Sheets. The results of the percentage accuracy of the diagnostic code for outpatients in orthopedic poly are 89% (59 DRM) inaccurate codes, 11% (7 DRM) accurate, can be grouped into 2 inaccurate code classifications, namely incorrect code selection and lack of character code additions 5. The percentage accuracy of the diagnosis code for cardiac outpatients is an inaccurate score of 14% (9 DRM), 86% accurate (56 DRM) can be grouped into 2 classifications of inaccurate codes, namely, incorrect code selection and lack of character code additions 4. Factors causing the inaccuracy of the code include the doctor in writing the diagnosis that is not clear so it is difficult to read, the coder doubles as a casemix, assembling and reporting officer, causing a lack of accuracy in reading the sheets containing additional information that support the accuracy of the code. The conclusion from the results of the study is that the inaccuracy of the outpatient diagnosis code at RSU Astrini Wonogiri is still high, so it is necessary to re-socialize related to the SPO for writing diagnoses to doctors, and there is a clear division of job disks so that the coder burden is not too high and more thorough in coding to produce a accurate diagnosis code.

Abstract

Information technology in the health sector is very important, one of which is in health clinics that can support data and information services that are more efficient, accurate and safe. Clinics are providers of basic and specialist medical services in the treatment of early-stage diseases. Based on previous research surveys, an outpatient clinic information system has been built using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 programming language which has the disadvantage of only supporting the Windows operating system and is vulnerable to viruses and there is no diagnostic coding feature on the system. Efforts to overcome these shortcomings are by building a Web-Based Outpatient Clinic Information System. The type of research used is descriptive research with observation data collection methods and literature study using a cross-sectional approach, and secondary data sources. The research variables consisted of outpatient procedure flow, patient data, doctor data, polyclinic data, examination data, action data, diagnostic data, drug data, registration data, officer data, and outpatient information systems. The system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The Web-Based Outpatient Clinic Information System is obtained from the patient data input process, doctor data input, polyclinic data input, action data input, diagnosis data input, drug data input, examination data input, registration data input, officer data input then processed by the registration process and the examination process to produce output in the form of patient data reports, doctor data reports, polyclinic data reports, officer data reports, diagnostic data reports, action data reports, drug data reports, registration data reports and examination data reports. The system is built using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database. The application of a web-based outpatient information system can simplify and speed up data processing and services to patients and the system is easy to develop.

Abstract

Hypertension diet is one way to treat hypertension without serious effects, because of its natural control method. It's just that many people consider a hypertension diet to be troublesome and unpleasant (Purwati, 1997). Hypertension is a condition where the systolic blood pressure exceeds 140 mmHg and diastolic exceeds 90 mmHg, the normal number of blood pressure is systolic pressure 120 mmHg and diastolic 80 mmHg occurs at the age < 60 years. In the elderly population, hypertension is defined as a systolic pressure of 160 mmHg and a diastolic pressure of 90 mmHg. Currently, the mortality rate due to hypertension in Indonesia is very high. The prevalence rate of hypertension in Indonesia based on riskesdas (basic health research) 2018 reached 34.1 percent of the population. Hypertension is divided into 2, namely essential hypertension and secondary hypertension. The cause of hypertension in the elderly is due to changes in the valve; the heart valves thicken and become stiff, the heart's ability to pump blood decreases by 1% every year after the age of 20, so contractions and volume also decrease. Clinical manifestations of hypertensive patients include: Complaining of headache, dizziness, weakness, fatigue, restlessness, nausea and vomiting, epistaxis, decreased consciousness. Supporting examinations for hypertension include: laboratory examination, CT Scan, ECG, IUP, and chest photo. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dietary hypertension on the incidence of hypertension in the elderly in Manang Village, Grogol District, Sukoharjo Regency. This study used a cross-sectional study design. The sample of this study amounted to 30 elderly people. The instrument of this study used a questionnaire and measurement of hypertension using a sphygmomanometer and a stethoscope. The analytical method used is Person Chisquare. with a p value of 0.001 p < 0.05, with a Prevalence Ratio (PR) of 8.250. there is a significant effect between diet hypertension and The incidence of hypertension in the elderly in Manang Village, Grogol District, Sukoharjo Regency. where a good hypertension diet increased 8,250 times the bad hypertension diet compared to hypertension.
