Abstract

This research aimed to find out how the rice farming community of Kampung Parit Bugis is making efforts to maintain their profession. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach with interviews, observations, and documentation. The interviews were special interviews with rice farmers only, after which the information obtained in the field was interpreted using descriptive analysis techniques. After research, it was found that the low level of education and lack of job opportunities allowed farmers to survive and continue to practice their profession. The rice farmer's job has been passed down through generations, and their expertise is only in farming. The efforts of rice farmers in Parit Bugis Village to survive are by making savings by minimizing household expenses, optimizing existing resources, doing other work to find an extra income outside of their work, and taking advantage of family members where they take advantage of their family members. to be able to help in their daily needs and to build networks with the formation of farmers' groups to strengthen and maintain the continuity of their profession

Abstract

Learning activities will be successful if students have motivation in learning. Therefore, the article that we created aims to better recognize and examine the effect of learning strategies applied by teachers in increasing students' learning motivation. In achieving the goal of increasing student motivation, there needs to be a better effort in choosing and implementing learning strategies that are in accordance with the competencies to be achieved. The research we conducted used a descriptive analysis approach through data collection methods. The data collection is done by studying literature through articles, journals and books. To increase students' learning motivation, it is necessary to choose the right learning strategy by considering the characteristics of the objectives and content of the field of study. The results of the analysis show that there is a big influence given by the learning strategy on increasing students' learning motivation. This influence has an impact on student learning outcomes for the better. Each learning strategy has a different effect on students' learning motivation. The application of correct learning strategies also increases students' understanding of the learning content.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Karya Mukti Village, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency with the aim of knowing children's learning behavior in the online learning process during the pandemic COVID-19 in Karya Mukti Village, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency and to find out how the attitudes of parents in dealing with children's learning behavior in online learning process during the pandemic COVID-19. This study uses a qualitative qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this study used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study are that children's learning behavior in the online learning process during the pandemic COVID-19 has changes in learning, but in the field of achievement many are still able to win in class, meaning that during the pandemic COVID-19, children's learning behavior is still of reasonableness or safe. The attitude of parents in dealing with children's learning behavior during the pandemic COVID-19 plays an important role in providing support for their children while studying. In this case, online learning does not completely have a negative impact on children's learning behavior during a pandemic COVID-19.

Abstract

This research examines about The Impact Of Labeling Poor On PKH Recipient Families In Jorong Tanjung Durian, Sangir Jujuan District South Solok Regency. This study aims to describe the impact of labeling poor in Jorong Tanjung Durian Nagari Padang Limau Sundai, South Solok Regency. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The unit of analysis in this study is PKH recipient family. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study can be concluded that the impact of labeling poor on families receiving PKH assistance in Jorong Tanjung Durian, Sangir Jujuan District, South Solok Regency is (1). PKH recipient families feel awkward in society. (2). PKH recipient families become a byword in society. (3). PKH recipient families are belittled in society. (4).   Have the opportunity for their children to receive scholarships at school. (5). Opportunity to receive assistance again in the future.

Abstract

All regions in Indonesia almost own the value of local wisdom, and it's just that, in reality, it is infrequent to find local knowledge that is empowered in everyday life as a direct result of the era of globalization. Such a significant relationship between culture and society makes culture essential for humans, where people cannot leave the culture they already have. All regions almost own the value of local wisdom, and it's just that, in reality, it is scarce to find local knowledge that is empowered in everyday life as a direct result of the era of globalization. Variety of local wisdom, one of which is the art of reog kendang. The research approach is qualitative research. Observation, interviews, and documentation were carried out in the data collection in this study. Data analysis was carried out, namely: Data reduction (data reduction), Data presentation (data display), and Data verification (conclusion drawing/verification). The result of the research is that the actions of students practicing dancing in Reog Kendang for the preservation of local wisdom values are carried out by: They practice dancing diligently, They discuss how to be able to follow dance movements quickly, They play and joke with friends, They get bored quickly if they can't track activities that are considered problematic. In the show, six dancers perform Reog Kendang in groups, each carrying a drum or hotdog. Reog Kendang is often displayed in significant events held in Tulungagung district, East Java. In addition, this dance is also usually performed at various cultural festivals, both at the regional and national levels. Along with the development of this dance, the era began to see many changes, with the addition of various variations in terms of movement, costumes, musical accompaniment, or presentation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the inability of learning sociology in class XI IPS 1 SMAN 5 Pontianak to achieve one of the goals of learning sociology in high school, which is to direct students to understand life phenomena and train students to solve problems. This study aims to determine the extent of the socio-drama method. Can increase student participation and know also the obstacles that are often faced in learning, especially learning sociology. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) carried out in three cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPS 1 SMAN 5 Pontianak, totaling 36 students. The performance of the sociodrama method is carried out in the following ways, (1) the first cycle uses the teacher's explanation of the sociodrama method with social conflict material, (2) the second cycle uses group discussions to make drama scripts., and (3) cycle III uses group discussions accompanied by teacher explanations and student summaries and makes drama scripts from the results of these summaries and describes them. The results of this study indicate that the application of the socio-drama method can increase student participation in class XI IPS 1 at SMAN 5 Pontianak. The results of the first cycle were 55.55% (56%), the second cycle increased to 88.88% (89%), and the third cycle increased to 100%. The obstacle faced at the beginning of the application of the sociodrama method was that there were still students who had difficulty in determining the time allocation for staging a drama.

Abstract

Majelis Ta'lim is a non-formal educational institution whose presence has a significant spiritual and social impact on forming religious character in society. The company of the Ta'lim Council in Banyu Urip village, Embung Tangar hamlet, West Praya sub-district, Central Lombok regency, aims to spread religious values or understanding to people who do not know understand religious teachings. The preachers' da'wah method has its characteristics that provide attractiveness to the congregation they foster. In this case, what Ustad Amiruddin did in conveying understanding, religion has a different style from other clerics, da'al, and preachers. This writing will try to show the communication methods used by Ustad Amiruddin in teaching the ta'lim assembly he supervises. With his unique technique and way. The article uses a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The primary data were obtained through interviews and observations of the studies provided by him and some of the worshipers who were part of his assembly. At the same time, the secondary is in the form of books that discuss da'wah methods, journals, and articles relevant to this study. Based on the research results that have been done, there are several conclusions obtained. With the da'wah communication approach, it can be seen that the communication methods of Da'wah Maradhah hasanah.

Abstract

This research basically aims to describe efforts to revive the noble values of Pancasila in the era of globalization. This research shows that in reviving the noble values of Pancasila can be pursued through Pancasila Education courses in universities. Pancasila as the basis of the state is a way of life for every human being, nation and state. Seeing the phenomena that exist in the global era, not a few Indonesian people have forgotten the values of Pancasila. It is a threat and a challenge if the noble values of Pancasila begin to erode. We can understand together that Pancasila education is the basic capital to restore the identity of the Indonesian nation which is increasingly being eroded due to the flow of globalization. Pancasila education also basically provides an accurate understanding of the meaning of Pancasila values. Revitalizing the values of Pancasila can be done by rebuilding the value of local wisdom in accordance with the values of Pancasila. Therefore, efforts are needed in rebuilding the values of Pancasila to prevent negative understandings and influences that arise due to the swift currents of globalization.

Abstract

PKH assistance is one form of assistance aimed at underprivileged communities to be able to help improve their lives, but a lot of this assistance that is obtained is not in accordance with its target. Where people who can afford it also get help. This is of course not in accordance with the applicable provisions relating to the terms of the beneficiary. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that cause families to be able to receive the Family Hope Program (PKH) assistance from Nagari Alahan Nan Tigo, Asam Jujuhan District, Dharmasraya Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory of functional structure proposed by Robert K. Merton. The research was conducted in Nagari Alahan Nan Tigo, Asam Jujuhan District, Dharmasraya Regency. This study used qualitative research methods with descriptive research type. Withdrawal of informants is done by purposive sampling technique, with the informants are well-off families who receive assistance. The data collection method in this study begins with observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis was carried out in several stages, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there were several factors that caused capable families to also receive PKH assistance (Program Keluarga Harapan) in Nagari Alahan Nan Tigo, Asam Jujuhan District, Dharmasraya Regency, including 1) Relationship between PKH recipients and data collection officers 2) lack of understanding of PKH recipients on the use of aid.
