Abstract

Increasingly intense competition in the micro, small, and medium-sized food and beverage (MSME) sector requires businesses to understand the mechanisms that encourage customers to make repeat purchases. This study analyzes the influence of influencers and online customer reviews on repurchase intention, both directly and through customer trust, and examines the role of product involvement in moderating the relationship between influencers and repurchase intention. The research conceptual framework was developed based on Stimulus–Organism–Response Theory, which positions influencers and online customer reviews as stimuli, customer trust as an internal psychological state, and repurchase intention as a behavioral response. The study used a quantitative explanatory design with a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected through questionnaires from 210 customers of MSMEs in the fast food F&B sector in Malang City selected using purposive sampling. Analysis was conducted through partial least squares structural equation modeling using SmartPLS 4.0. The results showed that influencers and online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on customer trust. Customer trust also has a positive effect on repurchase intention. Influencers did not have a significant direct influence on repurchase intention, while online customer reviews showed a positive influence with significance at the limit of statistical acceptance. Customer trust mediated the influence of influencers and online customer reviews on repurchase intention. Product involvement was not shown to moderate the relationship between influencers and repurchase intention. These findings suggest that the effectiveness of influencer communication in driving repeat purchases depends primarily on their ability to build trust in MSMEs. Customer reviews serve a dual function as a source of evaluative information and as a basis for forming consumer beliefs. Practical implications emphasize the importance of consistent product quality, communication

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged the need for innovative learning media to improve the quality of Technical Drawing instruction in vocational high schools. Learning activities that are still dominated by conventional teaching methods often result in students being less actively engaged and experiencing difficulties in understanding the learning materials. This study aimed to develop a website-based learning medium for the Technical Drawing subject at SMK Nasional Malang and to determine its validity, practicality, and feasibility. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using Arief S. Sadiman's development model, which consists of needs identification, objective formulation, material development, assessment instrument development, media script writing, media production, validation, revision, and product testing. The product was validated by a media expert and a subject-matter expert. The field testing involved two Technical Drawing teachers, 10 students in a small-group trial, and 35 eleventh-grade students from the Mechanical Engineering program at SMK Nasional Malang. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed descriptively using percentage analysis. The results showed that both the media expert and subject-matter expert validation achieved a score of 95%, while the teacher trial obtained 96.25% and student responses reached 84.31%, all of which were categorized as highly valid. Therefore, the developed website-based learning medium is considered highly valid, practical, and feasible for use in Technical Drawing instruction at SMK Nasional Malang .

Abstract

This study discusses the access arrangement program in agrarian reform. The study aims to analyze the implementation of access arrangement in Weru District, Sukoharjo Regency. In the study, the author links it with the Constitutional Court's interpretation of the phrase "people's prosperity" contained in Article 33 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution. This is to determine whether the implementation of access arrangement in Weru District has succeeded in realizing the goal of agrarian reform, namely realizing people's prosperity. The study is an empirical juridical study. Data collection was carried out through interviews. The research approach used is socio-legal. The parameters of people's prosperity used in the study are based on the interpretation of the Constitutional Court, namely benefit, equity, participation, and sustainability. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of access arrangement in agrarian reform in Karangtengah Village, Weru District has not fully demonstrated the maximum level of people's prosperity, seen from the parameters of the Constitutional Court's interpretation.

Abstract

This article comprehensively examines the role of employee engagement (EE) in improving employee performance through a systematic literature review approach . The study focuses on three dimensions of employee engagement : vigor, dedication, and absorption, and their impact on individual and organizational performance. In addition to presenting a synthesis of empirical findings, this article specifically explains the statistical formulas underlying each cited research figure, including the Pearson correlation coefficient, the path coefficient in Structural Equation Modeling, the effect size formula in meta-analysis, significance tests (t-test and p-value), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The study results indicate that employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Understanding the formulas behind these figures is important so that the study results can be read critically, replicated, and used as a basis for appropriate managerial decision-making.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how employees' perceptions of the quality of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) affect their work in the banking industry. Through qualitative research using interviews and feedback questionnaires with employees of the Regional Development Bank (BPD) of Southeast Sulawesi, this study concluded that positive perceptions of the AIS—in terms of ease of use, speed of access, and clarity of information—have a positive impact on employee productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Although this study was conducted at a single institution with a small sample size and a non-quantitative approach, it still provides a theoretical contribution to the development of an integrative model that highlights the importance of psychological factors in the successful implementation of information systems. Suggestions for future research include examining the use of quantitative methods with a longer sample size and investigating mediating or moderating variables such as job training and organizational culture.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines about employee adaptation on commercial reorganization in an Indonesian medical device company organization transformation from an Operating Unit-based structure to a strategic cluster model, and explains why adaptation was uneven across employee groups. Methodology: An explanatory sequential mixed-methods design (QUAN → QUAL) was applied with 15 ADKAR survey questions which completed by 73 respondents (90.1% of company population), then followed by 20 participants interview analyzed thematically through Role Theory and integrated via joint display. Findings: Awareness (M = 3.406) and Knowledge (M = 3.384) were the weakest ADKAR dimensions, while Ability (M = 3.881) and Reinforcement (M = 3.712) were strongest. Awareness differed significantly across role-change groups, and Knowledge (β = .232, p = .042) and Ability (β = .305, p = .009) predicted Reinforcement. Behavioural adaptation advanced faster than cognitive understanding and structural integration, sustained by employee agency and local leadership rather than mature systems. Originality: The study applies ADKAR and Role Theory as complementary lenses for examining employee adaptation during commercial restructuring in the medical device industry and proposes the TRACKS implementation framework. Implications: Commercial restructuring demands purposeful attention to transformation direction, role clarity, alignment routines, capability building, knowledge management, and sustained reinforcement.

Abstract

Teacher performance is a major determinant of instructional quality in elementary schools. This study examined the contribution of work discipline and work motivation to elementary school teacher performance in Blitar Regency, both separately and jointly. A quantitative explanatory cross-sectional survey was used. The target population comprised 50 teachers from five public elementary schools, and 38 complete responses were analyzed. Data were collected using three five-item Likert scales measuring work discipline, work motivation, and teacher performance. Multiple linear regression was conducted after tests of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. All items were valid, and the three scales showed satisfactory reliability (Cronbach's alpha = .821-.867). The regression equation was Y = 4.486 + 0.358X1 + 0.454X2. Work discipline positively predicted teacher performance (B = .358, beta = .329, t = 2.528, p = .016), as did work motivation (B = .454, beta = .505, t = 3.881, p < .001). Jointly, the predictors were significant, F( 2,35) = 14.025, p < .001, explaining 44.5% of the variance in teacher performance (R2 = .445). Work motivation emerged as the relatively stronger predictor. These findings suggest that improving teacher performance requires an integrated strategy that combines a consistent culture of discipline with organizational support for motivation, professional development, recognition, and commitment to student success.

Abstract

Tailings management remains a persistent environmental challenge in mining regions, including Mimika Regency, Central Papua, Indonesia, where impoundment remains the dominant disposal practice. Building on prior geochemical and mineralogical characterization of local tailings, this study developed and evaluated three tailings-cement formulations, F1 (60:40), F2 (70:30), and F3 (80:20) tailings-to-cement ratio by mass, as candidate non-structural building materials. Specimens were cast as 50 mm cubes and tested for compressive strength at 7, 14, and 28 days, and for water absorption and density at 28 days, following procedures consistent with Indonesian National Standard SNI 03-0349-1989. Twenty-eight-day compressive strength reached 17.90 ± 0.57 MPa (F1), 12.21 ± 0.60 MPa (F2), and 7.23 ± 0.35 MPa (F3), with water absorption of 9.14-15.25% and density of 1.83-1.99 g/cm3. Formulations F1 and F2 satisfied Grade I, and F3 satisfied Grade II, of the applicable national standard for solid concrete brick used in wall construction, indicating that all three formulations, including the highest tailings substitution level tested (80%), are technically viable as non-structural building materials.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of environmental performance , social performance , and governance performance on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013–2022. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from company annual reports, financial reports, and the Thomson Reuters Refinitiv Asset4 database. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique , while data analysis was carried out using a panel data regression method using the EViews 10 application. The results showed that environmental performance did not have a significant effect on financial performance as proxied by financial performance with the Return on Assets (ROA) approach with a probability value of 0.2978. Social performance also did not have a significant effect on financial performance with a probability value of 0.8998. Similarly, governance performance did not have a significant effect on financial performance with a probability value of 0.4320. These findings indicate that the implementation of environmental, social, and governance aspects in banking companies has not been able to directly increase profitability during the study period. The benefits of implementing these three aspects tend to be long-term, through improved corporate reputation, stakeholder trust, and enhanced business sustainability. Therefore, they are not yet fully reflected in improved financial performance. This research implies that banking companies need to continue strengthening the implementation of sustainability practices as a long-term strategy, while investors need to consider ESG aspects in addition to profitability indicators when evaluating company performance.
