Abstract

This article examines the historical role of Tamil temples in shaping the social cohesion of Tamil society from the Sangam era to the Chola and Vijayanagara periods. These temples were not only spiritual centers, but also institutions that played a role in economics, politics, and culture. This research examines how Tamil temples become symbols of cultural and social identity, integrating various levels of society through religious rituals, festivals, and Bhakti practices that emphasize spiritual equality. Additionally, these temples played an important role in the economy by managing land and resources, as well as contributing to the social structure by accommodating various caste groups. This study also explores the religious pluralism that occurs in Tamil Nadu, where Hindus, Jains and Buddhists interact with each other in a tolerant environment. By examining inscriptions and archaeological evidence, this article shows how Tamil temples have been centers of social cohesion, maintained cultural identity, and been a force in the socio-political dynamics of Tamil Nadu throughout history.

Abstract

Islamic Wealth Management (IWM) is an approach that integrates Sharia principles into the management of wealth for individuals and institutions. This journal discusses various instruments and products offered by Islamic financial institutions in the context of IWM. The study aims to identify and analyze products that comply with Sharia principles and evaluate the effectiveness of these instruments in meeting customer needs. The research method employed includes a literature review and secondary data analysis from Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia. The findings reveal a variety of instruments, such as Sukuk, Islamic mutual funds, and Takaful (Islamic insurance), which can be utilized for Sharia-compliant wealth management. Additionally, the journal highlights the challenges and opportunities faced by Islamic financial institutions in developing innovative and competitive IWM products. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of the Islamic finance industry and raise public awareness of the importance of wealth management aligned with Islamic principles.

Abstract

Quality health services are a major factor in improving community welfare. However, in the face of increasingly tight competition, RHC Clinic faces challenges in maintaining patient repeat visit interest. This study aims to analyze the effect of health worker competence and brand image on patient repeat visit interest, both directly and through the mediation variable of patient trust. The research method used is quantitative with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach through the WrapPLS 8.0 tool. Data were obtained from 100 respondents who were RHC Clinic patients. The results of the study showed that health worker competence and brand image had a significant positive effect on patient trust, which ultimately increased patient repeat visit interest. Patient trust proved to be a mediating variable that strengthened the relationship between health worker competence and brand image on repeat visit interest. Thus, RHC Clinic needs to improve the quality of health workers through routine training and strengthen brand image through marketing strategies and better services in order to maintain patient loyalty.

Abstract

Research based on Most of the people of Tebing Tinggi no longer remember the history and values ​​of the culture. ThereforeSTAI Tebingtinggi Deli, which is a college under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion which has been operating since 1999, is located in Tebingtinggi City.STAI Tebing Tinggi As a college that focuses on Islamic studies, STAI Tebing Tinggi Deli plays a role in maintaining and preservingculture by making local wisdom the main vision and mission in the master plan for developing higher education.This research aims DiscloseFormula, implementation and evaluation of Higher Education Strategy based on Malay local wisdom at STAI Tebingtinggi Deli. In order to obtain a complete, in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the focus of this research, the researcher uses a phenomenological paradigm with a qualitative approach and case study type. Data were collected with a natural setting as a direct data source. This research is expected to reveal phenomena and symptoms in depth, find out comprehensively and completely and describe Higher Education Strategy Management Based on Malay local wisdom at STAI Tebingtinggi Deli. The results of the study show that the Curriculum Formulation of STAI Tebingtinggi Deli in realizing the achievement of knowledge, insight and personality according to Malay local wisdom produces a course on the History of Malay and Islamic civilization. Therefore, all study programs at STAI Tebingtinggi Deli (PAI, BKPI, MBS, PIAUD and KPI) require all students to take 2 credits of lectures in semester 2. In addition, to support higher education institutions based on Malay local wisdom, STAI Tebingtinggi Deli has established cooperation with the sultanate or Malay traditional leaders in the city of Tebing Tinggi and its surroundings.

Abstract

This article examines the influence of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions at Warung Mie Suree Cek Pon Simpang Rangkaya. The main question to be answered in this study is whether product quality and brand image are factors that influence customer satisfaction that occurs at Warung Mie Suree Cek Pon Simpang Rangkaya. During the observation, the researcher saw that respondents stated that they decided to make a purchase at Warung Mie Suree Cek Pon Simpang Rangkaya because of the quality of the product provided. This assessment is based on personal experience and reputation from other people or the media. From the results of the pre-research survey obtained, the average respondent answered that they decided to make a purchase at Warung Mie Suree Cek Pon Simpang Rangkaya because the brand image information they got was appropriate. This type of research is quantitative using a survey method and data collection techniques, namely a questionnaire in the form of a print out given to customers of Warung Mie Suree Cek Pon Simpang Rangkaya with a total of 96 respondents. The data analysis method used is the instrument test and the classical assumption test and uses multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS software version 25 to help researchers calculate the data that has been obtained. The results of this study can be concluded that based on the partial test (t), the product quality variable does not have a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. While the brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Then based on the simultaneous test (F), the product quality and brand image variables simultaneously or together have an effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of administrative services, medical services, and drug availability on patient satisfaction, as well as the moderating role of service quality perception in these relationships. The research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The results indicate that administrative services, medical services, and drug availability significantly affect patient satisfaction. Furthermore, service quality perception strengthens the relationship between administrative services, medical services, and drug availability with patient satisfaction. These findings emphasize the importance of improving healthcare service quality to optimize patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influencepatient experience and price fairness on revisit intention with patient satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires filled out by outpatients at Abdul Radjak Salemba Hospital. The measurement scale used in the questionnaire was the Likert Scale. The research sample consisted of 170 patients and was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Based on the results of the direct effect hypothesis test, it shows that patient experience and price fairness have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, patient experience and price fairness have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that patient experience and price fairness have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention through patient satisfaction. Suggestions for the management of Abdul Radjak Salemba Hospital in an effort to increase revisit intention in outpatients by paying attention to patient experience factors, price fairness, and satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to understand consumer intentions to purchase, with the aim of predicting future consumer behavior in shopping online. The research results show that advertising has a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions in E-commerce in Lhokseumawe City. Advertising also has an important role in shaping consumer perceptions of the quality and reliability of products sold on Shopee. Creative sales promotion and Celebrity endorsement have a significant impact on purchasing intentions for e-commerce. It is also reflected in increased awareness, positive changes in attitudes towards the brand, increased consumer confidence, and ultimately, influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction, both directly and through the mediation of patient trust. The findings reveal that: (1) service quality has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction, meaning that the better the hospital's service quality, the higher the level of patient satisfaction; (2) patient trust has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction, indicating that increased patient trust will lead to higher satisfaction; (3) service quality has a significant positive effect on patient trust, meaning that improved hospital service quality will enhance patient trust; and (4) service quality significantly and positively affects patient satisfaction through the mediation of patient trust, implying that good service quality not only increases patient trust but also indirectly enhances patient satisfaction. This study emphasizes the importance of service quality and patient trust in improving patient satisfaction in hospitals.

Abstract

The court is an institution that plays an important role in resolving civil conflicts, including in the annulment of marriage. Annulment of marriage is one of the legal actions that involves a legal process to decide whether a marriage is valid or not. This study aims to analyze the jurisprudence of court decisions in cases of annulment of marriage. The research method used is the jurisprudence analysis method, which involves collecting and analyzing data from relevant court decisions. In this analysis, we consider the factors that form the basis of the court in deciding to annul a marriage, such as the legal reasons submitted by the parties filing a lawsuit for annulment of marriage. The results of this study indicate that court decisions in cases of annulment of marriage can vary depending on the applicable law in a jurisdiction, the evidence presented, and the legal arguments presented by the parties involved. Some common reasons for annulment of marriage include fraud, domestic violence, the inability of one party to give valid consent, or violations of laws relating to marriage. In addition, this study also identifies legal developments and trends in court decisions related to annulment of marriage, such as changes in legal interpretation or social factors that influence court decisions. In conclusion, this jurisprudential analysis illustrates the complexity and variation in court decisions in cases of annulment of marriage. These decisions are greatly influenced by the facts and laws applicable in each case.
