The population in this study consisted of companies in the property and real estate sector, and 63 of them were selected as samples of this study through purposive sampling techniques. Estimation was carried out by multiple regression analysis. The data used in this study were secondary. The results of this study indicate that based on the partial test (t-test), compensation and board of directors size have a significant effect on the firm value variable. In contrast, firm size does not affect firm value. Based on the simultaneous test (f-test), compensation, board of directors size, and firm size significantly affect firm value.

Abstract

The government prioritizes increasing the production of rice and maize as staples and raw materials for the animal feed industry. Maize (Zea Mays L.), the second major source of carbohydrates after rice, continues to increase in use as food and animal feed in Indonesia. Increased maize production is needed through land expansion and increased productivity to meet growing market demand. The research was conducted in Kota Bahagia Subdistrict, South Aceh District, the research began in August to September 2023 with a population of 1,450 farmers, with a sample of 94 corn farmers in Kota Bahagia Subdistrict, South Aceh. The results showed that the average income of maize farmers was IDR 17,758,435.36 per growing season, which is above the local poverty line. Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis amounted to 2.36 and 135.60%, respectively, indicating efficient use of capital and significant profits. The Break Even Point (BEP) of production and selling price of 3,274.08 kg per period and IDR 1,697.80 per kg indicate that the farm is profitable.

Abstract

Economic development can sometimes be quite rapid in the current era of globalization, as seen from the increasing demand of society every year. People have to work hard to meet their needs, as seen from the tight competition both in industry and in the workplace. Population growth, decreasing job opportunities, and increasing poverty rates are the main causes of increasing economic demand in developing countries such as Indonesia. Therefore, society or human resources must have superior competence and quality in order to compete and survive in this highly competitive market.

Abstract

Petroleum as a result of current energy production, sooner or later petroleum will run out. For that, besides saving the use of energy from non-renewable natural resources, we must also look for alternative sources of new energy to meet energy needs that cannot be stopped anymore. Renewable electrical energy is energy that has a sustainable process such as solar power, wind power, water currents, geothermal energy, and biomass power. And currently the need for renewable electrical energy is important amidst the issue of global warming.

Abstract

Technological advances in payment systems have shifted the role of cash as a means of payment to a more efficient and economical form of non-cash payment. One of the non-cash payment instruments that is currently developing is electronic money or commonly called e-money. Perception is a determining factor for students in using e-money products. The convenience and benefits offered by e-money products can have an impact on increasing their users because students tend to use or not use the application as long as they are sure whether the application will help them better. In addition to the benefits, there are security risks in using e-money which is still very vulnerable to fraud or other crimes. Therefore, this is a challenge for electronic money issuers to create an electronic money system that is safe from crime. This study aims to see how perception influences the use of DANA e-money as a transaction tool for FISIP Unimal students. This study uses descriptive quantitative research with non-probability sampling as a sampling technique, so that 96 research samples are obtained. Data analysis used in this study uses simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 25.0 software program. The results of the study indicate that partially the perception variable has a positive and significant effect on the use of DANA e-money as a transaction tool. This is because users really consider the perception of benefits, perception of ease of use and perception of risk of DANA e-money to be used as a transaction tool. It can be seen from the R square value which shows that 40% can be explained by the perception variable, while the remaining 60% is explained by other variables that are not included or discussed in this research model. Based on the results of the frequency of respondents' answers, there are statements that are generally answered less agree or neutral, namely on the risk perception indicator. This is because respondents feel less confident in providing personal data and making large transactions to DANA e-money. The reason is that respondents consider the security of DANA e-money to be still fairly poor, so that cases of account hacking and loss of money often occur.

Abstract

Land plays an important role in life, both as a place to live, a source of livelihood, and an economic asset. The transfer of land rights is often the subject of legal disputes, one of which is through grants regulated in Article 1666 of the Civil Code, where grants are the transfer of goods free of charge. Although it has been clearly regulated, grants often cause legal problems, especially if there is forgery of the deed of grant by the PPAT. For example, Supreme Court Decision Number 895 K/PDT/2023 and Decision Number 2268 K/PDT/2017 which discuss land disputes due to forgery of deed of grant. The problems raised in this thesis are: the validity of the transfer of land rights through a deed of grant by the PPAT, the process of making a deed of grant by the PPAT, and an analysis of the judge's legal considerations regarding fake deed of grant in several court decisions. The research method used is normative juridical with a descriptive analytical approach. The data used is secondary data, including primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Data collection was carried out through literature studies and interviews. The analysis was carried out qualitatively by drawing deductive conclusions to answer the research problems. The results of this study show that the Deed of Grant Number 400/2006 and Number 34/2003 are fake. As a consequence, the sale and purchase of land that occurred on the basis of the deed is invalid and has no legal force. In Supreme Court Decision Number 895 K / PDT / 2023 it was proven that the Deed of Grant Number 400/2006 was fake. Therefore, the Deed of Sale and Purchase of Land that occurred on the basis of the deed of grant is invalid and has no legal force. Thus, the sale and purchase act is null and void. In Supreme Court Decision Number 2268 K / PDT / 2017 it has been proven that the Deed of Grant Number 24/2003 is fake and that the transfer of rights is invalid, making the deed of sale and purchase of the object of the dispute also invalid and has no binding legal force. In addition, the Supreme Court stated that the resistance of the fugitives was unacceptable because the resistance was filed after the auction of the disputed object was completed. The Supreme Court considered that the legal efforts made by the fugitives were formally flawed, so the cassation was granted and the resistance was considered unacceptable.
