Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Green Acounting on profit growth with company size as a mediating variable. The object of this research is all mining companies listed on the IDX. The sample in this study consists of 13 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021-2023, with a total of 39 annual financial statements used. This research uses secondary data, and the sampling technique employed in this study is purposive sampling. This research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with the SmartPLS Version 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that Green Acounting does not affect profit growth, Green Acounting significantly affects the size of the Company, the Company does not affect profit growth, and the size of the Company is unable to mediate the effect of Green Acounting on profit growth

Abstract

This study seeks to investigate the influence of financial literacy and financial attitudes on financial management behavior, with gender serving as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative. The study population comprised 678 undergraduate accounting students at Lamonganfinan, with a research sample of 88 students. The employed sampling technique was simple random sampling, utilizing a questionnaire for data collection. The study's data were analyzed utilizing the SmartPLS 3 software application, which serves as an analytical tool. This study shows that financial literacy positively and significantly influences the financial management behavior of undergraduate accounting students in Lamongan, however financial attitudes do not significantly affect their financial management behavior. Gender exerts a positive and significant influence on the financial management behavior of undergraduate accounting students in Lamongan. Gender does not influence the impact of financial literacy on the financial management of undergraduate accounting students in Lamongan

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of content marketing on increasing customer engagement in MSMEs (micro, small, and medium enterprises) in Pangkalan Balai City, Banyuasin Regency. To attract and retain customers, a marketing strategy known as content marketing focuses on the production and distribution of relevant and informative content. This study uses a quantitative approach through a survey method. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 150 SMEs in  the City of Pangkalan Balai, Banyuasin Regency. The results of the study show that content marketing has a positive and significant effect on increasing customer interaction with MSMEs in Pangkalan Balai City, Banyuasin Regency. This research makes a theoretical contribution to add literature on consumer interaction and content marketing in MSMEs; The practical implication of this study is that MSMEs in Pangkalan Balai City, Banyuasin Regency can use effective content marketing strategies to improve their interaction with consumers

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and service features on the interest in using the DANA e-wallet among Generation Z in Denpasar. The advancement of technology in the 4.0 industrial era has encouraged the use of e-wallets as a primary payment method, especially among young people who prefer cashless transactions due to the convenience and flexibility offered. Using a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling, this research employed an online questionnaire to measure perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and service features as they relate to usage interest. Data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression using SPSS. The findings show that all three independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the interest in using the DANA e-wallet. Perceived ease of use and service features have a substantial impact on influencing Generation Z’s interest, while perceived risk, although significant, has a lesser effect. This study's conclusions provide insights for developing e-wallet services that better align with Generation Z's preferences and suggest further research to include additional relevant variables and expand the geographical scope of study

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the influence  of sales promotion, customer experience, and brand image partially and simultaneously on repurchase intention. The sample of this study amounted to 100 Gen Z consumers who visited Starbucks branches in Ubud. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient test, F test, and t test. The results of the study show that sales promotion, customer experience, and brand image have a significant effect on repurchase intention, sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention,  customer experience has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, Brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. This has a significant positive influence on repurchase interest. The magnitude of the influence of independent variables on repurchase interest was 59.5%. The suggestions that researchers can give are as follows: It is recommended that Starbucks Ubud stores proactively provide information whenever there is a promotion of a product package at a lower price to consumers, so that more consumers need to buy, assess your employees' communication skills, and provide training to your employees. Always provide products that suit the consumer's lifestyle, promote well, provide a good experience to consumers, and build a good image in the eyes of consumers

Abstract

This study examines the exchange rate pass-through (ERPT) phenomenon on palm oil import prices in Indonesia during the period 2013-2022. The research aims to analyze the extent to which changes in the rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar affect palm oil import prices and volumes. Using multiple linear regression methods, the study evaluates the relationship between exchange rate variables and palm oil imports. Analysis results show an incomplete pass-through level, with only 16.8% of import variations explained by exchange rate changes. A correlation coefficient of 0.410 indicates a weak positive relationship that is statistically insignificant. The research concludes that external factors such as global prices, trade dynamics, and economic policies have a more dominant influence compared to exchange rate fluctuations in the context of Indonesian palm oil imports

Abstract

The bankruptcy of a company can be evaluated and measured through the analysis of financial statements. By conducting this analysis, the company's management can understand the financial condition and developments, as well as the results that have been achieved in the past and present. Knowing the health level of a company is essential to improve operational efficiency, so that the ability to generate profits can be improved and the risk of bankruptcy can be minimized. In addition, financial health analysis also allows companies to assess their ability to meet short-term obligations, the effectiveness of asset use, and the results of sales. In this article, the Altman Model (Z-Score) is used, by applying the Altman model, companies can make a more in-depth assessment of their financial situation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Talent Management on Employee Retention with Employee Engagement as a mediator, where this study used a saturated sample with a census method for sampling, namely 45 samples. The research method used is structural equation model analysis with the help of smartpls software. The results of this study indicate that talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee retention, and employee engagement has a positive and significant effect mediating the influence between talent management on employee retention

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) to find out the influence of Work Discipline on Lecturer Performance at Lamappapoleonro University. (2) to find out the effect of Compensation on Lecturer Performance at Lamappapoleonro University. (3) Knowing the influence of Work Discipline on Leadership at Lamappapoleonro University. (4) Knowing the influence of Compensation on Leadership at Lamappapoleonro University. (5) Knowing the influence of Leadership on Lecturer Performance at Lamappapoleonro University. (6) Knowing the influence of work discipline on Lecturer Performance through Leadership at Lamappapoleonro University. The analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, volatility test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and Path analysis. Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct influence of motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. The direct influence of motivation and job satisfaction on job satisfaction. The indirect influence of motivation and job satisfaction variables on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable in employees of PT. PELNI Makassar Branch. Data collection uses primary data obtained from the questionnaire using saturated samples. The population in this study is 112 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability by using the PLS model scheme and model evaluation, the evaluation of the inner model with the determinant coefficient test, the goodness test of the model and the hypothesis test both directly and indirectly. The results of this data processing use SmartPLS version 3. The results of the study directly show that the variables of motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has no effect on organizational commitment. The results of the study indirectly show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable
