Abstract

The accumulation of waste or throwing it carelessly into open areas will result in soil pollution which will also have an impact on groundwater channels. Waste must be handled from the source, namely from producers by applying the 3R principles of Reuse, Reduce and Recycle. Because without public awareness, the basic principles of an environmentally friendly lifestyle such as the 3Rs are difficult to implement and no matter how sophisticated the technology applied, the results will also never be optimal, which ultimately results in wasted budget funds. To provide knowledge and insight to the community about the importance of village cleanliness, hazardous waste management and prevention of infectious diseases, Community Service activities were carried out in socialization and training to the community of Kp. Panggang Serang City Banten. The goal is to foster the character of environmental care in Kp. Panggang. This activity was attended by 41 people and involved 2 students of the Islamic Broadcasting Communication Department, Faculty of Da'wah. The results of the implementation of this PKM activity are expected to add insight to the community of Kp. Panggang regarding environmental cleanliness, waste management and the application of the 3Rs. The results of this activity can be concluded that this PKM activity can add insight to facilitators in Kp. Panggang Serang City Banten, especially regarding waste management and to Foster Environmental Care Character is an initial effort to realize an eco-village through community empowerment starting with handling waste independently through the 3R method.

Abstract

This service is titled Digital Marketing Education and Training Through E-commerce to Improve Community Business Performance in Ciwalat Village, Pabuaran District, Sukabumi Regency. This service was held on Sunday, June 2, 2024 which was attended by 20 students and 6 Supervisors of Pamulang University. The general purpose of this community service activity is to provide training and knowledge about digital marketing through the Marketplace (Shopee) in an effort to improve Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and community welfare in Ciwalat Village, Pabuaran District, Sukabumi Regency. The methods used are survey methods and direct delivery of material as well as simulations and discussions on management, financial management, product marketing and the application of human resource management (HRM). This service activity succeeded in providing understanding to the community, especially MSMEs, regarding product marketing carried out through digital marketing through the marketplace (shopee) in an effort to develop businesses or businesses of the Ciwalat Village community.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools have a role in education, especially studying religious sciences among students. Also development in the knowledge aspect. Attention to soft skills which include students' personal and interpersonal abilities is also carried out. Soft skills are skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, negotiation, persuasion, time management and adaptation. This ability is very important in everyday life for students. Learning soft skills for students to improve mentality in the form of character and humanism in the Islamic boarding school environment. The Tahfidz Wadil Quran Islamic boarding school uses direct practice, in daily activities and tahfidz learning at the Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

Autism is a developmental disorder that affects communication ability, social interaction, and behavior. The Autism Café Project Malaysia is a social initiative aimed at empowering individuals with autism through training and employment opportunities. Effective Human Resource Management (HRM) is crucial to enhancing the performance of autistic students in the workplace. This initiative aims to implement HRM at the Autism Café Project Malaysia to improve the performance of autistic students. Additionally, it aims to provide practical experience for students and faculty in applying HRM concepts in real-world contexts. The activity took place at Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Polytechnic, Selangor, Malaysia, involving 80 participants including autistic students, students, and faculty members. Methods included preparation, training implementation, practice and simulation, as well as evaluation and monitoring. Training covered personal and social skills development, HRM application, job skills, and entrepreneurship. Through this initiative, autistic students demonstrated improved performance in various tasks at the Autism Café Project. Students gained a better understanding of applying HRM in real situations, while faculty successfully guided and provided constructive feedback. This activity also fostered a more inclusive and supportive community.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to develop knowledge such as accounting, tax and entrepreneurship so that students will be able to compete in the world of work and also be able to open a business so they can be economically independent. The method used in this PKM is based on teaching and entrepreneurial practice in making products in the form of traditional food which can be sold later to earn additional income for the students of the Nurul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School. As a result of this PKM, students are very motivated to learn more about accounting and taxes, and are also motivated to open businesses independently in order to get additional income that can be used as pocket money or savings to continue their education to a higher level.

Abstract

MSME business actors often face a number of multidimensional problems, indicating that MSMEs have various complex problems. This indicates that MSME players are unable to calculate the Cost of Goods Sold accurately, so they experience problems in getting maximum profits. This is also experienced by MSME actors in the PAMULANG ESTATE WOMEN UMKM KUBE. Minimal expertise can be caused by many things, such as an educational background that is in line with the financial sector or MSME players who only focus on their production/business activities. This can be an obstacle for MSMEs in calculating the basic price and determining the selling price. Generally, MSME players only follow market prices without knowing how much profit they actually get. The increasing technological developments should further help MSMEs in improving their performance. The results of observations and surveys carried out by the service team provide an illustration that the MSME actors in KUBE WANITA UMKM PAMULANG ESTATE are still unfamiliar with calculating COGS or Production Cost Calculations. As a form of our embodiment in carrying out the tri dharma of higher education. We collaborate with KUBE WOMEN UMKM PAMULANG ESTATE to carry out community service. The activity will be held on April 27-28 2024 by discussing cost calculations using AI to make things easier for MSMEs. Through this service activity, it is hoped that MSME players will no longer experience difficulties in classifying costs and calculating production costs where these costs determine the selling price.

Abstract

The Qur'an revealed by Allah SWT is a guide and guidance for humans. This is because the AI-Quran has the values ​​of guidance, guidance and glory in its substance, all of which must be maintained and guarded properly. A person must not forget the Koran, let alone turn his back on it or abandon it. The Qur'an contains several essences such as kalaamullaah, miracles, was revealed to the heart of the prophet, was conveyed mutawtir and reading it is worship. So that the Qur'an provides light for readers. To be able to produce successful learning, the Islamic boarding school uses the CIRC concept of love model, which is expected to fulfill the achievement of feeling the miracle of the Koran when reading it, feeling the energy that enters the mind, heart & body, feeling syifa (medicine) for the body & spiritual, the light of the Qur'an for a way of life in the world.

Abstract

This service is entitled Application of Financial Management Science to Increase Community Income Through Economic Empowerment in Ciwalat Village, Pabuaran District, Sukabumi Regency. The general aim of this community service activity is to provide practical training and knowledge of financial management in increasing community income through economic empowerment which has an impact on community welfare.  The methods used are survey methods and direct delivery of material as well as simulations and discussions regarding management, financial management, product marketing and the application of HRM in increasing community income through economic empowerment which has an impact on community welfare. The conclusion of this community service is that management assistance will be provided in developing community knowledge to increase income through economic empowerment by establishing financial management through family financial reports in an effort to realize the welfare of the people of Ciwalat Village, Pabuaran District, Sukabumi Regency.

Abstract

The spirituality dimension is an important dimension in the management framework for worldly orientation and efforts to get closer to God. Efforts to fulfill the dimensions of spirituality require preachers who are able to preach and have good management. Portrait of the Prophet's da'wah as the greatest da'i of all the time, namely by using 3 methods of da'wah, namely: da'wah bil hal, da'wah bil verbal, and da'wah bil qolam. Including the principles of da'wah, both in the context of Sharia, the context of education, the context of development, the aim of da'wah at the dzikir an Nawawi assembly, as a means to strengthen and deepen the faith and piety of Muslims in the application of norms and values ​​in society, using four concepts of da'wah in a circle that is not disconnected, between verbal da'wah, bil qolam, bil hikmah, bil hal. Through individual, family and community approach programs. With the concept of Majlis dhikr an Nawawi, it is hoped that it will be able to develop the spirituality that society needs with the complexity of life they face.

Abstract

This community service project is titled "The Application of Management Science to Improve Human Resources through Existing Potentials in Environmental Awareness and Becoming an Educative Society to Achieve Sustainable Development in Ciwalat Village, Pabuaran District, Sukabumi Regency." This project was conducted on Sunday, June 2, 2024, and was attended by 20 students and 6 supervising lecturers from Pamulang University. The general objective of this community service activity is the application of management science to improve human resources (HR) through existing potentials in terms of environmental awareness and becoming an educative society in sustainable village development. Empowering village resource potentials to enhance the village economy and creating Ciwalat Village as a smart village and a leading village in Sukabumi Regency. The methods used include surveys, direct material delivery, as well as simulations and discussions on management, financial management, product marketing, and the application of human resource management (HRM). This community service activity successfully provided understanding to the community, especially MSMEs, regarding product marketing conducted through digital marketing via the marketplace (Shopee) in an effort to develop the businesses or enterprises of the Ciwalat Village Community.
