Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of servicescape on the level of burnout of private sector employees in Bengkulu Province. This study involved respondents from various service and industrial sectors, with a total of 102 respondents. Data were analyzed using linear regression and then processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. Based on the results of the study, it is known that two servicescape variables, namely ambient conditions and exterior facilities, have a significant influence on burnout of private sector employees. Meanwhile, two other servicescape variables, namely spatial layout & functionality, and signs, symbols & artifacts, do not have a significant influence. This study confirms that physical environmental factors in the workplace, especially environmental conditions and exterior facilities, play an important role in influencing the level of burnout experienced by private sector employees. Therefore, companies operating in Bengkulu should consider investing in improving work facilities in order to help improve the physical and mental well-being of employees, as well as reduce excessive stress.

Abstract

Taxpayer compliance is a crucial factor in increasing state revenue, particularly from the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. Along with the implementation of the Core Tax Administration System (Coretax), taxpayers’ understanding of this system has become an important determinant of successful tax compliance. This study aims to analyze the effect of Coretax knowledge on MSME taxpayer compliance in Cirebon City. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 MSME taxpayers, selected using accidental sampling techniques. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability, and the results confirmed that all questionnaire items were valid and reliable. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings indicate that Coretax knowledge has a positive and significant effect on MSME taxpayer compliance. This result suggests that a higher level of understanding of the Coretax system enhances MSME taxpayers’ ability to fulfill their tax obligations, including accurate tax reporting and timely tax payments. Adequate knowledge of Coretax helps reduce administrative errors and increases taxpayers’ awareness and willingness to comply with applicable tax regulations. The results of this study contribute to the development of tax compliance literature and provide practical implications for the Directorate General of Taxes in designing effective Coretax education and socialization programs to improve MSME taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of work motivation and work environment on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, among employees of Bank Mandiri Gunungtua Branch Office. A quantitative approach was employed involving 45 respondents, and the data were analyzed using multiple regression and mediation analysis. The results indicate that work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance (t = 1.031; Sig. = 0.308). In contrast, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t = 4.856; Sig. = 0.000; B = 1.045). Job satisfaction also shows a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a path coefficient of 0.742. Furthermore, work motivation (B = 0.217; Sig. = 0.020) and work environment (B = 0.756; Sig. = 0.000) are proven to significantly influence job satisfaction. Sobel test results reveal that job satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between work environment and employee performance (Z = 2.572). Overall, the findings suggest that improving employee performance is more effectively achieved through optimizing the work environment and strengthening job satisfaction.

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of product innovation, live streaming shopping, and influencer marketing on online purchase intention of Bittersweet by Najla products in Bekasi Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach with independent variables consisting of product innovation, live streaming shopping, and influencer marketing, while the dependent variable was online purchase intention. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 Generation Z respondents in Bekasi Regency using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that product innovation and live streaming shopping positively affect online purchase intention, while influencer marketing shows a negative effect. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence online purchase intention. These findings imply that companies should focus more on product development and interactive live streaming strategies, while being more selective in choosing influencers who align with the target market. The originality of this study lies in the simultaneous integration of three digital marketing variables within the context of a viral culinary brand in Indonesia, with a specific focus on Generation Z as a strategic market segment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze operational risks in the production process through the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) at UMKM Indogarment Pasir Honje Lamping. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires to 25 employees involved in the production process. The research instrument consisted of a risk assessment questionnaire measuring probability (occurrence) and impact (severity), while data analysis was conducted using the ERM framework through risk scoring calculations and risk matrix mapping. The results indicate that 14 operational risks were identified and classified into five categories, namely human resource risk, process risk, system risk, raw material risk, and reputation risk. Based on the risk assessment, four risks were categorized as high risk, including delays in order completion, defective or damaged raw materials in roll form, embroidery or screen-printing errors, and production delays due to raw material shortages. This study is limited to operational risk analysis and does not examine financial impacts quantitatively, and it focuses on a single case study object. The findings are expected to provide practical contributions for garment sector MSMEs in managing operational risks and academic contributions to the development of risk management and operations management studies based on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a digital payment instrument in the culinary micro, small, and mediumnenterprises (MSMEs) sector in Rejang Lebong Regency, Indonesia. The main issue addressed in this research is the limited adoption of digital payment systems among local MSMEs, despite the government’s continuous effort to accelerate transaction digitalization through the National Non-Cash Movement. The study seeks to determine the extent to which QRIS contributes to improving transaction efficiency, financial record accuracy, and customer satisfaction in culinary based enterprises. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews and direct observations conducted at five MSMEs : Victoria Mini Resto, Bikin Selero, Tudung Saji, Gulapahit Coffee, and Dapur Kito. The findings reveal that four out of fiveMSMEs 80% perceived QRIS as effective in supporting their operational activities. The effectiveness is evident in the acceleration of payment processes, simplified financial record-keeping, and enhanced customer satisfaction particularly among Generation Z consumers. QRIS was also reported to reduce cash-handling errors, streamline cashier operations, and encourage repeat customer visits. Conversely, one MSME 20%, Dapur Kito, found QRIS less effective due to low consumer familiarity with digital payments and limited digital literacy among its customer base. Overall, the results indicate that the adoption of QRIS is significantly influenced by perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and social influence factors. The study concludes that QRIS plays an essential role in promoting transaction efficiency, financial transparency, and the advancement of digital financial inclusion within the culinary MSME sector of Rejang Lebong Regency.
