Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of regional taxes to Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD), measure the effectiveness of tax collection, and assess the extent to which the realization of regional tax revenue reflects the fiscal potential of West Nias Regency. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPAD) of West Nias Regency for the 2020–2024 period. The analysis includes the calculation of the contribution of regional taxes to PAD, the effectiveness ratio between realization and target, and the level of fiscal potential reflection (tax gap), using tax targets as an approximation of fiscal potential. The results show that the contribution of regional taxes to PAD falls into the fair category, while the effectiveness of tax collection is very good. The average Fiscal Potential Reflection Level (TPF) of 127.2% indicates that tax realization has optimally reflected the region’s fiscal potential. Overall, the performance of regional tax management in West Nias Regency is categorized as good to very good. The local government is advised to continuously update tax object data, strengthen tax administration systems, and enhance taxpayer awareness to ensure the sustainability of regional revenues and reinforce fiscal independence.

The variables in this study were marketing strategy (X1), product quality (X2), and purchasing decisions (Y). The data analysis methods used were instrument testing (reliability testing, validity testing), classical assumption testing (normality testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multicollinearity testing), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test), and coefficient of determination testing. the results of the study showed that (1) marketing strategy has a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions, as shown by the calculated t value > t table (7.120 > 1.989). (2) product quality has a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions, as shown by the calculated t value > t table (3.358 > 1.989). (3) Marketing Strategy and Product Quality have a significant simultaneous influence on Purchasing Decisions, as seen from the calculated f value > f table (60.936 > 3.987), and the significance value is smaller than the significance level (a) of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation obtained is Y = 18.358 + 0.267 X₁ + 0.252 X₂, indicating that if the variables of service quality and customer satisfaction are assumed to be zero, customer loyalty remains at a constant value of 18.358. The regression coefficient for service quality (X₁) is 0.267, meaning that an increase of one unit in service quality will increase customer loyalty by 0.267 units. Likewise, the regression coefficient for customer satisfaction (X₂) is 0.252, indicating that an increase of one unit in customer satisfaction will increase customer loyalty by 0.252 units. The t-test results show that service quality (t = 2.359; Sig = 0.022) and customer satisfaction (t = 2.008; Sig = 0.049) have a significant influence on customer loyalty since their significance values are less than 0.05. Furthermore, the F-test result shows an F value of 7.448 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that service quality and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the company continues to improve service quality and pay attention to customer satisfaction to maintain and enhance customer loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Liquidity and Solvency on Financial Performance at PT. Matahari Departement Store, Tbk. The results of the study showed that (1) Liquidity has a partial significant effect on Financial Performance, as evidenced by the Liquidity variable's significance value being lower than the real level (0.006 <0.05), meaning that the Liquidity variable has a significant effect on Financial Performance. (2) Solvency has a partial significant effect on Financial Performance, as evidenced by the Solvency variable's significance value being lower than the real level (0.005 <0.05), meaning that the Solvency variable has a significant effect on Financial Performance. (3) Liquidity and Solvency have a simultaneous significant effect on Financial Performance at PT. Matahari Departement Store, Tbk. This can be seen from the significance value being lower than the real level (0.000 <0.05), meaning that the Liquidity (X1) and Solvency (X2) variables together have a significant effect on Financial Performance.
