Partially, these three variables also provide a positive and significant influence. Work motivation: t-count value of 1.410 < t-table 1.661 (n–k = 98–4 = 95, α = 0.05) with a significance of 0.002 < 0.05. This indicates that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Leadership: t-count value 9.214 > 1.661 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture: t-count value 3.519 > 1.661 with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. This proves that organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of job satisfaction, work environment, and workload on employee loyalty at PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Suzuki, Baturaja Branch. Employee loyalty is one of the key factors in supporting organizational sustainability and the achievement of corporate objectives; therefore, it is essential to empirically examine the factors that influence it. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to all 30 employees of PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Suzuki Baturaja, employing a census sampling technique. The research instrument was developed using a five-point Likert scale to measure the variables of job satisfaction, work environment, workload, and employee loyalty. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effects of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results indicate that job satisfaction, work environment, and workload have a significant effect on employee loyalty. Higher levels of job satisfaction and a conducive work environment are able to enhance employees’ commitment and loyalty to the company, while appropriate workload management aligned with employees’ capabilities plays an important role in maintaining performance stability and loyalty. These findings suggest that companies need to pay balanced attention to both psychological and physical aspects in human resource management. Accordingly, improving employee loyalty can be achieved through management strategies that are oriented toward employee welfare. This study is expected to provide practical contributions to company management and serve as a reference for future research in the development of studies related to employee loyalty.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in Indonesia’s economy; however, they face increasingly complex competitive pressures and rapid technological change. These conditions require MSME owners and managers to possess adequate managerial capabilities and technological competencies in order to improve organizational performance. This study aims to examine the influence of Decision-Making Styles, Market Sensing Capability, and Marketing Technology Capability on the Organizational Performance of MSMEs in Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through online questionnaires distributed to 66 MSME owners or managers selected using purposive sampling. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability, while data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that Decision-Making Styles, Market Sensing Capability, and Marketing Technology Capability simultaneously have a significant effect on Organizational Performance. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.818 shows that these three independent variables explain 81.8% of the variance in MSME organizational performance, while the remaining 18.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. Partially, the findings reveal that only Marketing Technology Capability has a significant effect and is the most dominant factor influencing organizational performance. In contrast, Decision-Making Styles and Market Sensing Capability do not show a significant individual effect. These findings suggest that the effective utilization of marketing technology plays a crucial role in supporting strategic implementation and improving MSME performance. This study is expected to contribute theoretically to MSME management literature and provide practical insights for MSME practitioners and policymakers in formulating strategies to enhance organizational performance in the digital era.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of e-commerce and product innovation in improving the financial performance of MSMEs in Binjai City in 2025. The research is motivated by a drastic decline in the number of MSMEs in 2024, where several sub-districts experienced a significant decline such as North Binjai from 258 to 59 units and East Binjai from 177 to 35 units. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 74 respondents of MSMEs in the culinary sector in Tanah Lapang Merdeka Binjai, who were selected using purposive sampling and the Solvin formula. The independent variables studied are e-commerce (X1) and product innovation (X2), while the dependent variable is the financial performance of MSMEs (Y) which is measured through the dimensions of liquidity, solvency, and profitability. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. This study is expected to provide practical recommendations on how MSMEs in Binjai City can optimally utilize e-commerce and product innovation to increase competitiveness, expand markets, and ultimately achieve better and more sustainable financial performance. The research findings are expected to serve as a reference for relevant stakeholders in developing policies and programs that support MSME development in Binjai City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of financial technology use and financial literacy levels in shaping the financial management of students in the Management Study Program of the 2022 Panca Budi Development University, Medan. The study used a quantitative approach by collecting data from 80 randomly selected respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The analysis results showed that financial technology use did not have a significant impact on student financial management, as reflected by a significance value of 0.118. Conversely, financial literacy was shown to have a significant impact on financial management with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneous testing showed that financial technology and financial literacy jointly contributed to student financial management with a coefficient of determination of 0.443, meaning that 44.3 percent of the variation in financial management can be explained by these two variables. This finding confirms that the ability to understand and manage finances plays a more dominant role than technological convenience in shaping students' financial management behavior.

The results of the study indicate that creativity has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, with a calculated t value of 8.297 and a regression coefficient of 0.530. Similarly, communication has a positive and significant effect, indicated by a calculated t value of 6.235 and a regression coefficient of 0.264. Simultaneously, creativity and communication have a significant effect on work performance, evidenced by a calculated F value of 41.305 with a significance of 0.000 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.484, which means that both variables are able to explain 48.4% of the variation in ASN employee work performance. Thus, this study concludes that creativity and communication are two important factors that need to be strengthened to improve ASN employee work performance.
