As-Sidanah: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat merupakan jurnal yang menjadi media publikasi ilmiah dibidang pengabdian, dengan nomor terdaftar P-ISSN (2656-5161) dan E-ISSN (2686-0643). As-Sidanah adalah jurnal multidisiplin ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (LP2M) Universitas Ibrahimy Situbondo. Fokus dan Ruang Lingkup Artikel yang dimuat dalam As-Sidanah: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat berbasis penelitian seperti Asset Based Communities Development (ABCD), Participatory Action Research, Pengembangan Masyarakat Berbasis Aset, Riset Berbasis Masyarakat, Pembelajaran Layanan, Pengembangan Masyarakat. <![CDATA[Nahdlatul Ulama, the majority of whose members are mostly from the lower class, initiated to collect coins from members. All members are asked to participate. Therefore Board of Management of Nahdlatul Ulama Nganjuk regency launched the NU Caring Coin Movement program. It is the movement of NU members to collect coins from the homes of residents of Nahdliyin whose benefits are to solve various problems in aspects of life and realize the independence of jam'iyyah. The results of the mentoring activities obtained were first, the condition of Ngronggot village society before the mentoring although the spirit of diversity and social solidarity was very high but still individual. Second, The form of the assistance activities carried out included awareness of their potential so that they always think positively, and vocational training the following applications so that new interpreneurs emerge. Third, after the mentoring program is complete, community trust in self potential, both economic and religious, emerges together to support each other both in religious and social activities.]]>

<![CDATA[This outreach program is carried out in Sukurejo village in Sukowono, Jember with an agrarian society. The method used is the location survey. They are finding out the problems experienced by the community to local community leaders and submitting proposals, involving students or members of the team, coaching and planning the implementation of "NGABARI", gathering communities who will be members of assistance, planning programs that will be implemented as the solution of solving the problems experienced by the community. determine the time and deliver students or teams to the location, collaborate with community leaders to carry out the planned "NGABARI" program, carry out monitoring and evaluation midway through the implementation of activities, monitoring and evaluation at the end of the month because the ngabari program is carried out once a week. The results obtained are an increase in the competence of community religious learning and be able to align community understanding that is contradictory to the essence of Islamic religious learning in a basic way. Radical religious ideology caused by social media can be tipped with the "NGABARI" program activities.]]>

<![CDATA[KB / RA teacher training and mentoring activities in the innovation of group-based learning models with the student-centered approach is an attempt to change learning from conventional classical models and teacher-centered to group-based learning that is centered on the activities of students. This activity goes through three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. At the planning stage, the problem identification process is carried out, making work plans (work plans), and classifying teaching practices (peer teaching). <![CDATA[The mosque is an instrument of empowering the people that has a very strategic role in efforts to improve the quality of society. Mosques are used as a center of activity in Islamic socitey. Since the time of the Prophet, the mosque has been a center for empowering the people that has had an unlimited role. This outreach program aims to assist the mosque management in Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency in planning and designing programs to strengthen the function of mosques in the economic empowerment of the people. From the results of this outreach program, it can be concluded that the efforts that had been made by mosque management in running a Mosque-Based Society Service Center was running a mushroom cultivation business which includes the production process, quality control, and marketing.]]>

<![CDATA[Outreach program carried out by a team from the IAI Al-Qodiri KKM was held in early July 01- 01 September 2019. Located in Panti district, Jember regency, this has made a very significant contribution to the community, especially in Kemiri village and received a very good welcome and high enthusiasm. The home industry counseling and training held in the district of Jember is one way to raise the economic level of the community. As with the government's five priority programs for 2019, one of them is to try to alleviate poverty and inequality. In this training, the Al-Qodiri KKM Team utilized young papaya fruit to become papaya sticks, which are natural products of the local community whose utilization is not optimal. It is hoped that the papaya stick home industry can become a home business with small capital and large profits. Apart from that, it also opens job opportunities for local people and improves their skills. Some of the supporting factors for these activities include: the participants of the socialization have a great willingness to take part in counseling and training on the papaya stick home industry, product marketing by entrusting them to the nearest shops or through social media in the form of Facebook and Whatsapp. Some of the obstacles faced during counseling and training for papaya stick home industry are: (1) there are limitations in supporting facilities for conducting counseling and training, including the absence of LCD and projectors. (2) The training activity which was planned to run for 2 days could not be realized due to collisions with the activities of the participants, the majority of whom were farm laborers, where their activities started from morning to evening. So that the socialization team was a bit troublesome to adjust the time accordingly. (3) it is difficult to access the internet to provide training in papaya stick product marketing because of the lack of signal in the area.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this operation is to improve the economy of the new community of ballet villages by using pure coconut fruit as a medium to become virgin coconut OIL and Blondo. The strategy employed is to use approach learning. And using the tool for interviewing, socializing and recording. (1) This determination results in virgin coconut oil being very healthy for the skin. (2) Blondo and pure coconut oil are ideal for continuous production, since they have a reasonably high economic value. The opportunity for profit is very positive. (3) The nationalist economic policy focussing on the production of virgin coconut oil (VCO / Virgin Coconut Oil) and blondo has a positive influence on job growth. (4) Can conserve local culture (local wisdom), that is to say, making traditional cooking oil which is an ancient practice so that it needs to be produced. <![CDATA[Islamic boarding schools inevitably provide services for the implementation and management processes. It requires adjustments to increasing needs. Each Islamic boarding school has different characteristics, because It is founded by different figures. There are different ways to financial management in Islamic boarding schools. The role of Kiai as a central figure is very decisive in financial management. Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo is one of the Islamic boarding schools that have own financial management system. Three units are technically managing finances in Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo. They are Treasurer, the Supreme Audit and Wealth Agency of Ma'had (BPK2M), and the Budget Team. To ensure the service system in financial management, it is necessary to develop financial management guidelines. The mentoring steps taken included sharing ideas, absorbing information, discussing and conducting joint studies with stakeholders in the Islamic boarding schools. As a result, the draft financial management guidelines were included in the master plan for Islamic boarding schools. The need for guidance on financial management of Islamic boarding schools is in line with the theory of planning, innovation, and several financial regulations established by the State. In management, planning is needed because the spirit is innovation and meeting the demands of change to meet the needs of the organizers and the Islamic boarding schools community itself.]]>

<![CDATA[the use of plastics can provide convenience and practicality, plastic also has a particularly bad impact on the environment. Plastics contain artificial inorganic materials which are composed of chemicals that are dangerous enough for the environment. This waste of plastic is very difficult to decompose naturally. To decompose plastic waste itself, it takes approximately 80 years to completely degrade. Currently the government is increasingly active in providing awareness to the public to reduce the use of plastics in life, then providing teaching on how to treat plastic waste into goods that are beneficial to life. Participatory action research has three word elements, all of which have a connection between Participation, Action and Research. In the process of carrying out social change for the better, it must involve all levels of society who are the object or target as well as the subject where the social change must be carried out. utilization of organic waste which can be used as various kinds of valuable creativity and has a selling price that can improve the community's economy, and also make the environment clean and healthy. Making society in a harmonious and peaceful environment. There won't be any problems. The village will be safe and secure.]]>

<![CDATA[The acceptance of new information technology-based islamic students at the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Situbondo Islamic Boarding School still needs assistance because not all of the human resources who are assigned to the committee for new santri have expertise in the field of information technology. Implementation of assistance using Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) with the aim that all parties play an active role in analyzing and solving problems. Based on the problems faced since the implementation of new islamic students admissions in 2017, the mentoring facilitators then took the initiative to conduct a discussion forum to reconsider and build idealism between policy makers and users regarding the new santri acceptance model using information technology. The facilitator provides an overview of the system that is running, and explains the weak points and what should be developed in what parts. Then the leaders and policy holders as well as users in the field were asked to convey what they had in mind regarding the implementation of the acceptance of new students. From here comes the absorption of aspirations from the musyawirin present at the forum, this is what is expected from the implementation of PRA, namely encouraging the community to take part in making improvements and analyzing the development of the implementation of new santri admissions and providing input in system development to suit the direction of development.]]>
