Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap Hasil Belajar Materi Geometri. Metode yang digunakan pretest posttest design yang dilakukan pada siswa kelas IV SDIT Al-Quraniyyah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes yang telah di Uji Validitas Expert Judgement. Hasil Uji Reliabilitas soal Pretest dan Posttest kemampuan pemecahan masalah soal Matematika berbentuk lembar soal essay yang telah dilakukan uji empirik. Dengan Crombach’s Alpha 0,847 > 0,6 yang telah di uji tergolong reliabel dan terarti soal yang tesebut kedalam derajat Reliabilitas sangat tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata diperoleh siswa dengan model Problem Based Learning pada kelas Eksprimen adalah 78,47. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata dengan Model Konvensional pada Kelas Kontrol adalah 38,91, dengan pengelohan n-gain pada masing masing kelas. Pada Kelas Eksperimen rata-rata nilai pretest adalah 28,89 dan nilai posttest sebesar 78,47. Maka, jarak pada Kelas Eksperimen setelah dilakukan treatmen dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning sebesar 49,58. Sedangkan pada Kelas Kontrol rata-rata nilai pretest adalah 26,25 dan nilai posttest sebesar 38,91. Maka, jarak pada Kelas Kontrol setelah dilakukan pembelajaran dengan metode konvensional sebesar 12,66. Dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan thitung 12,146 dan ttabel 1,69 Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Problem Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar Materi Geometri siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima atau ada pengaruh penggunaan Problem Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar Matematika Kelas IV SD IT Al-Quraniyyah.Kata kunci: Problem Based Learning, Hasil belajar, Studi Eksperimen

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out influence of using syllable card learning media had on beginning reading skill. Ths research was conducted at Madrasah Ibitidaiyah Multazam rangkasbitung with a total sample of 12 respondents who were students of class I MI Multazam Rangkasbitung. Research subject was consisted of an experimental class and a control class. This research is a quantitative research with a quasi experimental method. Dtaa collecting techniques used in this study are interview and test. The test used in this study is areading skill’s test using a pretest and posttest. The data analysistechniques used in this study included homogenity test, normality test and hypothesis testing. Based on the result of the paired sample t test, output of the T test resulted obtained sig .000. which means <0.05, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of using syllable card learning media on the initial reading skills Keywords: Skill, Reading, Media, Syllable Card

Abstract

Kajian ini mengeksplorasi strategi literasi kritis, kemampuan reflektif, dan kompetensi interkultural dalam pengajaran bahasa untuk membangun siswa yang kritis, reflektif, dan adaptif. Tujuan penelitian mencakup identifikasi hambatan utama, pengembangan strategi inovatif, dan solusi praktis untuk mengintegrasikan literasi kritis dalam pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis kajian literatur, analisis praktik terbaik, dan studi kasus teoretis. Data dianalisis melalui pendekatan deskriptif-kritis dan sintesis tematik untuk menghasilkan kerangka kerja yang holistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan utama meliputi keterbatasan pemahaman terhadap konteks sosial-budaya, kesulitan menganalisis teks multimodal, dan stereotip budaya yang tertanam. Strategi seperti diskusi teks autentik bertema sosial-budaya, analisis wacana multimodal, dan simulasi lintas budaya terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan literasi kritis, kemampuan reflektif, dan sensitivitas antarbudaya siswa. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan siswa untuk memahami isu-isu global secara mendalam, mengembangkan kemampuan analitis, dan beradaptasi dengan norma budaya yang berbeda. Kebaruan kajian ini terletak pada integrasi literasi kritis, refleksi multidimensi, dan kompetensi interkultural dalam satu kerangka pembelajaran holistik. Pendekatan ini relevan untuk menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan mempersiapkan siswa menjadi individu yang responsif terhadap dunia yang terus berkembang. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan pendidikan inklusif yang relevan dengan kebutuhan abad ke-21.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the religious moderation tolerance attitude of students at State Elementary School 028/IV Jambi City. This research uses qualitative research with a case study type. The techniques used to collect data are observation, interviews and documentation. The selection of subject used purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.  The validity of the data in this research uses triangulation techniques. The results of this research show that the attitude of religious moderation tolerance of students at State Elementary School 028/IV in Jambi City is very good. Students already respect and respect each other's religious differences. School activities, such as group worship according to one's religion and other routine activities, also support the creation of a tolerant environment. Teachers and school residents also play an active role in educating and guiding students with the values ​​of tolerance. The attitude of students at Elementary School 028/IV Jambi City does not differentiate between friends based on religion, they care about always reminding friends to carry out their religious obligations. Three main indicator that can be drawn are students' attitudes of tolerance, moderation through peace, awareness and respect for themselves and others.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study explores critical literacy strategies, reflective abilities, and intercultural competence in language teaching to develop critical, reflective, and adaptive students. Research objectives include identifying key barriers, developing innovative strategies, and practical solutions for integrating critical literacy in education. The research uses a qualitative approach based on literature review, best practice analysis, and theoretical case studies. Data were analyzed through a descriptive-critical approach and thematic synthesis to produce a holistic framework. The research results show that the main obstacles include limited understanding of the socio-cultural context, difficulty analyzing multimodal texts, and embedded cultural stereotypes. Strategies such as authentic text discussions on socio-cultural themes, multimodal discourse analysis, and cross-cultural simulations have proven effective in improving students' critical literacy skills, reflective abilities, and intercultural sensitivity. This approach allows students to understand global issues in depth, develop analytical skills, and adapt to different cultural norms. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of critical literacy, multidimensional reflection, and intercultural competence in one holistic learning framework. This approach is relevant to facing the challenges of globalization and preparing students to become individuals who are responsive to an ever-evolving world. These findings provide an essential contribution to the development of inclusive education that is relevant to the needs of the 21st century. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of the STEAM-PROKSI (Student Innovation Creativity and Synergy Project) model in IPAS Phase B learning and evaluate its impact on the development of logical, creative, and innovative thinking skills in elementary school students. The research approach used is a mixed method, which combines descriptive qualitative and quasi-experimental approaches. A qualitative approach was used to explore the learning process, student experience, and teacher and student perception of the application of the STEAM-PROKSI model, with a case study method carried out in two elementary schools in Moga District, Pemalang Regency. Qualitative data collection techniques include observation during the learning process, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of student projects. Qualitative data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification, with the validity of the data guaranteed through source and method triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the quantitative approach uses a quasi-experimental design with two groups: the experimental group using the STEAM-PROXI model and the control group using the conventional approach. The instrument used was a high-level thinking skill test before and after treatment to measure the improvement of students' logical, creative, and innovative thinking skills. The results of the study show that the application of the STEAM-PROXSI model is able to create a meaningful and contextual learning experience, as well as encourage students to develop high-level thinking skills through project activities that are integrated with real life. Despite challenges in time planning, resource availability, and the implementation of a cross-disciplinary approach, overall the implementation of this model was considered effective. Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program in improving teachers’ professional competence, focusing on pedagogical, professional, social, and personality aspects. The research employed a quantitative approach using an evaluative survey design. A total of 250 teachers participating in the 2024 PPG program in the Greater Jakarta area were selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a closed-ended questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale, which demonstrated strong validity and reliability (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.89). The results show that the PPG program contributed significantly to teachers’ competence development. Pedagogical competence experienced the highest improvement (87%), followed by professional competence (82%), social competence (78%), and personality competence (74%). In addition, 71% of respondents reported that the instructional methods implemented in the PPG program were highly relevant to classroom practice, while 68% indicated increased confidence in classroom management after completing the program. Overall, the findings confirm that the PPG program has a positive impact on teachers’ professional development. However, challenges remain in curriculum implementation and post-program mentoring. These results suggest that PPG should function not only as a certification program but also as a strategic instrument for improving the quality of teaching and learning. Strengthening curriculum design, mentoring systems, and collaboration between LPTKs and partner schools is therefore essential for sustainable teacher professional development.Keywords: Teacher Professional Education, Program Evaluation, Teacher Competence, Professionalism

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low numeracy literacy skills of students in solving mathematical problems contained in the unit length conversion material and the lack of technology utilization in teaching materials in the classroom. One solution to overcome these problems is to develop teaching materials that integrate length unit conversion material through ICT-based kasajang teaching materials in mathematics learning. This research uses the RnD (Research and Deplopment) method with the ADDIE model in the form of Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Evalution stages. Data were collected through various techniques such as: observation, validation by a team of experts, student numeracy literacy tests, and assessment of the feasibility of teaching materials from teachers and students through interviews. The results showed that this ICT-based kasajang teaching material could meet the criteria of being very valid based on the assessment of 96% media expert validators, 100% material expert validators and 98% language expert validators. In addition, the results of the student numeracy literacy test increased after using this teaching material obtained from the comparison between the pre-test value and the pre-test value when using the kasajang teaching material. the results of the average difference using the kasajang teaching material show that the learning media is effective in improving 21st century numeracy literacy skills. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Penerapan literasi digital di sekoah dasar terkhusus di MI Al Wahdah Kota Baubau, kesiapan, tantangan, serta peluang terhadap literasi digital dalam konteks implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Dasar. Masalah utama yang dikaji adalah sejauh mana penerapan literasi digital yang dilakukan oleh sekolah tentang pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap yang memadai dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi digital ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan dan observasi di lapangan terkait implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembahasan mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan sekolah terhadap literasi digital, termasuk tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi oleh sekolah. Indikator dalam menghadapi kesiapan guru-guru terhadap Literasi Digital pada Kurikulum Merdeka adalah (a) Berfikir kritis dan memecahkan masalah (b) Komunikasi dan kolaborasi (c) Paham/melek Literasi Teknologi dan Informasi. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the cooperative learning model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) in improving mathematics learning outcomes among fourth-grade students at SDN Jatisari, specifically on the topic of multi-digit multiplication. The research employed a quantitative approach using a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group experimental design. The study involved two classes: an experimental group using the TGT model and a control group applying the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model.The results indicate that the TGT model significantly enhanced students’ learning outcomes. The average posttest score of the experimental group was 85.32, higher than the control group’s average of 82.04. An independent sample t-test showed a significant difference between the two groups (Sig. 0.044 < 0.05), and a one-sample t-test revealed that the experimental group’s average posttest score exceeded the Minimum Mastery Criterion (KKM) of 75 (Sig. 0.000). The average learning gain (N-Gain) in the experimental group reached 55.94% (moderate category), which was higher than the control group’s 33.82%.The TGT model effectively fosters active student participation, collaborative learning, and a fun yet competitive classroom atmosphere. Therefore, the TGT model is recommended as an alternative instructional strategy to enhance mathematics learning outcomes at the elementary school level.
