Abstract

Learning method media visual audio is one of the methods that is currently used frequently, on the various teaching systems in school. There had many studies that have been done to find out the increase in student learning outcomes after this method was applied purpose of this study was done to look for how large the increase was by conducting Meta analysis techniques, while for the data collection method itself researchers using library studies methods that can go through several existing journal articles on the internet through the google scholar platforms with through several variable criteria needed as research material. After doing the research getting results on how the role of using audio visual media learning methods in elementary school students is a test resulting rate using the effect size cohen formula shows an increase included in the big category. However, because the subjects taken are also varied, the results of this test have not been able to become an indicator of how much the impact of this learning method because there are still many factors that affect the quality of learning supporting equipment, and also the level of teaching staff in each school on this method and also different.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial leadership is the leadership style of an entrepreneur who can seek to inspire members to work with the direction of a board towards its members in an effort that can be achieved together. The better the leadership style of the management results in good organizational performance. This study aims to analyze the leadership style in the Tunas Harapan Farmer Group Cooperative, Tebas District. The research approach used is qualitative research. The method used uses the methods of interviewing, observation and documentation. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar wawancara, lembar observasi dan dokumenter. The participants involved in this study were the board of the tunas harapan cooperative consisting of the chairman, deputy, secretary, and treasurer as well as 3 members of the cooperative. Analysis of data used in thematic research analysis. The results showed that the entrepreneurial leadership of cooperative administrators was dominant in the democratic leadership style by 75%, authoritarian by 5% and laiisse Fraize by 20%. The recommendation of this study is that cooperative administrators should better carry out the entrepreneurial leadership style in a combination of styles so that it is attached to a philosophy, behavior, personality and skills of its members in improving their business performance so that they are more effective and efficient. Abstract

This research is to find out students' mathematical thinking processes in visual audio learning with the help of student worksheets based on numeracy literacy on coordinate material. with a qualitative-descriptive subject of 30 grade 7 students at a junior high school in Jember. The research instrument is a matter of description and student results sheets are concluded from learning. The aim is to know the process of thinking mathematically in students. Descriptive data analysis based on the results of the LKPD sheet answers. Given math questions whose answers do not only use numbers, but also with descriptive sentences that are explained correctly and according to theory. the use of audio-visual learning media, students understand more about the direct example material presented in the learning video. The video also presents examples or benefits of coordinates that are usually used in everyday life, for example in airplane flights

Abstract

This study aims to explore the preliminary data about the research and community service roadmaps of study programs at the Teacher Training and Education Faculty (FKIP), Universitas Tanjungpura (Untan). This research is intended to identify how lecturers in each of the study programs at FKIP Untan conducted research and community services in the last three years (2019-2021). The data collection for this study was carried out by tracing research topics and lecturers' community services taken from the recapitulation of research and lecturers' community services in the last three years (2019-2021) from the finance department. The results of the research and community service data analysis over the previous three years (2019-2021) show that the research and community services of lecturers in the study programs at FKIP Untan are following the field of the study programs. However, some of the lecturers' research is not following the area of the Study Programs. The results of the analysis also indicate that all research and lecturers' community service topics are based on the research and community service roadmap of FKIP Untan

Abstract

This classroom action research has a background of low students' critical thinking skills. The research objective is to improve critical thinking skills using problem-based learning models. This classroom action research was carried out according to the Kemmis and Taggart models consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research process was carried out in two cycles where each cycle contained two lessons. Assessment of critical thinking skills is measured using description questions given at the end of each learning cycle according to the five indicators of critical thinking skills. The results of research using the problem based learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills. In cycle 1 the results were 60% in the quite good category and in the second cycle the results were 79% in the good category. Achievement of students in cycle 1 on the indicators of elementary clarification 73% (good enough), basic support 56% (poor), inference 48% (very little), advance clarification 55% (poor), strategies and tactics 67% (good enough). Achievements in cycle 2 on the indicators of elementary clarification 85% (good), basic support 81% (good), inference 74% (good), advance clarification 77% (good), strategies and tactics 67% (good). Based on research consisting of two cycles, it is known that problem based learning can improve critical thinking skills because students are trained to solve problems and obtain solutions. From these results it can be concluded that critical thinking skills can be improved by applying the problem based learning model.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to provide a description of the cultural values depicted in the novel Si Anak Cahaya by Tere Liye, as well as to examine the extent to which these cultural values are incorporated into the learning behavior of students studying Bahasa Indonesia at the senior high school level (SMA/MA). The employed research methodology is the descriptive method, specifically utilizing a approach. The methodology employed in this study is the sociological approach to literature. The primary data source utilized in this study is the literary work entitled "Si Anak Cahaya" authored by Tere Liye. The data collection procedures employed in this study encompassed documentary investigations, which were afterwards examined by the researcher. Data validity assessment approaches employ several methods such as observation persistence, triangulation, and reference adequacy to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data. The present study focuses on the examination of cultural values depicted in the novel Si Anak Cahaya by Tere Liye. The research entails a comprehensive data analysis to identify the cultural values manifested in the portrayal of the human-God relationship. These values include obedience in worship, surrender to the divine, resilience in the face of adversity, and the constant remembrance of the divine presence. These values encompass obedience, closeness, mutual tolerance, love, mutual assistance, and deliberation. The interaction between humans and nature serves as a reflection of cultural values, particularly in terms of the comprehension and appreciation of the natural world

Abstract

The issue with this study is how euphemisms and dysphemisms are used in Talk Show Catatan Demokrasi Tv One in terms of their types, meanings, and forms, as well as how these usages affect students learning Indonesian in high school. Analyzing the euphemisms and dysphemisms used in Talk Show Catatan Demokrasi Tv One is the goal of this study. It uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The Talk Show Catatan Demokrasi Tv One discourse, specifically the host and resource person's comments in response to the topics covered, is the source of the research data. Documentary, documentation, and note-taking procedures are all used in data collection. According to the study's findings, there are 63 different euphemisms and dysphemisms with distinct forms, types, and meanings. First, words, phrases, clauses, and sentences have been used as examples of euphemism and dysphemism. Second, these euphemisms and dysphemisms contain 8 types of euphemisms and dysphemisms including figurative expressions, one new word replacing another word, flipancy, circumlocution, hyperbole, type of re-modelling, use of borrowed terms from other languages, and use of general to specific terms. Third, the meanings of euphemisms and dysphemisms from conceptual meanings and associative meanings that refer to several references including objects or animals, body parts, diseases, events, professions, activities, and characteristics or circumstances. Fourth, this research can be an implication of learning Indonesian for class X SMA with exposition text material.

Abstract

AbstractOne of emigrant societies in Pontianak and its vicinity is the Batak Toba. It is assumed that there are three generations of them in the area. They originate from north Tapanuli, north Sumatra province. They have existed in Pontianak as a minority among the majority: Malay, Tionghoa, Javanese, Dayaknese, Madurese and Bugisnese. In the beginning they used Batak Toba language as a means of communication with fellow emigrants. They use the Indonesian language to communicate with non-Batak Toba societies in conducting state affair or official duties. Nowadays the Batak Toba language, as used by the three generations, is in the danger of extinction, or experiencing language shift. One of the causes of this phenomenon is language accomodation that digresses from common parlance in various domains. It is expected that the application of the teaching and learning of Sociolinguistics could encourage students to do a research on language maintenance or language shift among the emigrant societies.

Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Pertanahan Nasional (STPN) is an official high school under the auspices of the ATR/BPN Ministry. The educational approach at STPN is based on a semi-military pattern that emphasizes physical and spiritual health, so cadets and cadets become physically stronger. Therefore, the importance of mutual support in the form of a support system is highly emphasized here, because it is able to provide positive energy for one another. This study aims to describe how important calm and comfort are for cadets and cadets in going through the lecture process, especially in the aspect of learning motivation. The existing support system makes them feel protected, so everything feels safe and light. The research method used is a quantitative method, and the results of hypothesis testing show that STPN cadets and cadets need a partner or companion as the best support system on campus. The support system is usually in the form of the opposite sex exchanging stories, complaints, and silly things that increase enthusiasm. With this support system, they have a shoulder to lean on while going about their daily lives in the learning process which may not be effective and conducive. However, the presence of this support system by their side of life makes the days more planned, structured, and coordinated as best they can.

Abstract

Learning Indonesian in the independent learning curriculum is carried out with the implications of learning, thinking, philosophizing, and seeking knowledge. This is in accordance with the concept of differentiated learning. The teacher's task is to create a learning environment that always supports students through education that frees students' thoughts and potential. Without efforts and changes from educators, changes in students are difficult to realize. The researcher conducted a literature review on the application of a differentiated approach in learning Indonesian, with a focus on three different aspects, namely: content, process and results. The purpose of this literature review is to explain how a differentiated approach in teaching Indonesian is applied, the results achieved, and the opportunities offered. The method used in this literature review is the collection of information from scientific research articles for the last five years using the keyword "differentiated learning". Based on the results of the literature review, it can be concluded that the differentiated approach can be applied in learning Indonesian. Several recommendations are proposed for future research that underlies a differentiated approach in learning Indonesian.
