Abstract

General Background: Madrasah education requires strong quality and a positive institutional image amid growing educational competition. Specific Background: Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatul Ulum in Lumajang has educational development potential but faces limited promotion, documentation, and visual identity. Knowledge Gap: Existing discussion commonly addresses school branding broadly, while integrated branding with internal quality management across the Eight National Education Standards remains insufficiently examined in this madrasah context. Results: Using a descriptive qualitative case study, data from interviews, participatory observation, and documentation show strategies involving institutional identity, performance-based branding, communication media, flagship programs, and community involvement. Novelty: Branding is examined as an integrated managerial strategy linked to internal educational quality rather than promotion alone. Implications: Consistent branding supported by quality management can strengthen public trust and madrasah competitiveness. Key Findings Highlights Institutional identity anchors consistent madrasah branding. Performance-based branding connects educational quality with public trust. Community participation supports sustainable madrasah competitiveness.   General Background: Academic supervision supports teacher development and learning quality in Islamic education, while mastery learning emphasizes students’ attainment of targeted competencies. Specific Background: At TPQ Pagi Roudlotut Tholibin, Pasuruan Regency, mastery learning is practiced in Qur’anic education, but academic supervision has not been formally implemented. Knowledge Gap: The integration of academic supervision and mastery learning in Qur’anic education remains limited. Aims: This study explores academic supervision implementation, mastery learning practices, supervision constraints, and their integration. Results: Using an exploratory qualitative case study, data were collected through interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Findings show that supervision remains informal and undocumented, while mastery learning is supported through ability-based grouping, repetition, additional guidance, talaqqi, sima’an, and continuous evaluation. Novelty: The study develops an adaptive clinical academic supervision framework based on mastery learning. Implications: Structured planning, observation, feedback, evaluation, remedial activities, and enrichment are recommended. Abstract

General Background: Digital transformation requires educational institutions to integrate technology into leadership, management, learning, and information systems. Specific Background: At SMA Hang Tuah 4 Surabaya, digital leadership and Afresto Information Technology are positioned as key components supporting school performance. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies have provided limited evidence on the combined role of digital leadership and Afresto Information Technology in explaining school performance at the senior high school level in Surabaya. Aims: This study examines the relationships of digital leadership and Afresto Information Technology with school performance and their simultaneous contribution. Results: Using a quantitative approach and SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0, the model produced an R² of 0.821. Digital leadership showed a positive and significant relationship with school performance (β = 0.298, t = 5.882, p = 0.000), while Afresto Information Technology showed a stronger relationship (β = 0.688, t = 14.652, p = 0.000). Novelty: The study demonstrates the dominant role of Afresto Information Technology alongside digital leadership within one school performance model. Implications: The findings support integrated digital leadership and technology utilization in school management. Key Findings Highlights Afresto Information Technology showed the strongest contribution within the model. Digital leadership demonstrated a positive and significant relationship with school performance. The model explained 82.1% of the variance in school performance. Abstract

General Background Modern elementary education increasingly integrates diverse instructional environments to fulfill students' developmental needs and create meaningful learning experiences. Specific Background SD Muhammadiyah Bangil implemented both structured indoor learning methodologies and varied outdoor learning programs, which coincided with a significant increase in new student enrollment. Knowledge Gap Although previous studies frequently explore the outcomes of instructional settings on student motivation, quantitative research specifically analyzing these environments as direct determinants of parents' decision-making processes when selecting schools remains highly limited. Aims This study analyzes the partial and simultaneous role of indoor learning and outdoor learning on parents' decisions in choosing SD Muhammadiyah Bangil. Results A quantitative ex post facto causal explanatory design using simple random sampling on ninety prospective parents revealed that outdoor learning exerted a positive and significant role. In contrast, indoor learning had no significant independent role. However, analyzed simultaneously, both variables significantly affected parental decisions, contributing 13.4% to the variance, while 86.6% was attributed to external factors not examined in this model. Novelty This research distinctly positions instructional environments—specifically the contrast between indoor and outdoor learning—as critical marketing and perceptual components dictating consumer choice in education. Implications Educational institutions must strategically develop and promote experiential outdoor learning programs as a primary competitive advantage to attract prospective parents while maintaining high-quality indoor instructional standards. Highlights: Outdoor learning significantly and positively dictates parents' decisions when selecting an elementary school. Indoor learning, when analyzed independently, does not significantly alter parental school choice preferences. Combined instructional environments contribute 13.4% to the overall variance in parental decision-making. Abstract

General Background: Digital transformation requires schools to integrate technology into management to support efficient, transparent, and responsive services. Specific Background: SD Muhammadiyah Bangil implements CERdig, an integrated digital system connecting academic services, student administration, finance, and parent communication. Knowledge Gap: Primary schools still face fragmented applications, limited digital literacy, inadequate infrastructure, and challenges in implementing integrated systems across management functions. Aims: This study describes CERdig implementation for school management efficiency. Results: Using a descriptive qualitative approach, participant observation, interviews, and documentation, the study found that CERdig accelerates assessment, attendance, administration, financial reporting, information dissemination, and data-driven decision-making, while fostering collaborative, adaptive, transparent, and data-driven work practices. Novelty: The study presents integrated digital management as a unified platform linking academic, administrative, financial, student, and parent communication services. Implications: Continuous user assistance, digital literacy development, and stable internet connectivity are needed for sustainable implementation. Key Findings Highlights Academic, student, financial, and communication services became accessible through one platform. Administrative processing, reporting, and information dissemination became faster and more organized. User assistance supported system adoption despite digital literacy and connectivity barriers.
