Abstract

The aim of this research was to find an effective empowerment model to alleviate traders from usury practices. A qualitative approach was employed through interviews, direct observations, social media observations, and literature studies. Traditional market locations were selected based on having more than 150 traders, and five markets were chosen: Bejen, Jungke, Nglano, Jaten, and Palur. The research results showed that usury practices burdened the traders significantly, but they had limited options for quick access to capital without complicated requirements. The presence of the Infaq Bank in eradicating usury practices has been beneficial to many business actors in Indonesia. In the Karanganyar region, the Infaq Bank named Bank Infaq Islamic Karanganyar has been operational for over 2 years. Seven study groups were formed for the empowerment of traders, with a total of 178 beneficiaries absorbing funds amounting to Rp. 278,000,000. The empowerment model for small traders in traditional markets through collaboration with the innovative Portal Iman received positive responses in five traditional markets, as evidenced by the willingness of worshippers, who are traders, to become permanent members of the Portal Iman study groups. This empowerment model involves four key roles: benefactors, motivators, managers, and beneficiaries of the Portal Iman. In conclusion, this empowerment model is acceptable for application among members of the Islamic Infaq Bank Karanganyar and the traditional market trader community in Karanganyar.

Abstract

Tumbuh Kembang anak atau pertumbuhan dan perkembangan adalah proses alami yang terjadi di kehidupan manusia. Saat ini tumbuh kem-bang anak haruslah dipantau dan diperhatikan apalagi pada anak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk peningkatan pemahaman pola asuh orang tua melalui sosialisasi yang mendukung ter-wujudnya generasi emas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan narasumber penduduk Kampung Panggung Rejo yang berusia 30-40 tahun dan berjumlah 2 orang. Data diperoleh mengggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara kepada narasumber. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan studi pustaka un-tuk menambah wawasan dan informasi yang relevan. Subjek dari pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat Kampung Panggung Rejo kemudian objek dari pengabdian ini yaitu pemahaman pola asuh dalam tumbuh kembang anak usia dini. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Milles and Huberman yang terdiri dari tiga kegiatan yaitu reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Pelaksanaan so-sialisasi menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil yang diperolehyaitu kegiatan sosialisasi tumbuh kembang anak mendapatkan respon yang baik dari masyarakat terlihat dari antusiasme warga masyarakat cukup tinggi sekitar 70% terhadap kegiatan sosialisasi ini. Acara tersebut dihadiri oleh para kader posyandu menur 23, guru dan kepala sekolah PAUD.

Abstract

MSMEs in Indonesia contribute to national income with significant growth from year to year. The role of government, both central and regional, is very necessary in mentoring programs for MSMEs, from various aspects of development such as improving product quality, price competition, business management, marketing, financial management, and developing the quality of human resources. The Karanganyar Central Statistics Agency (BPS) stated that approximately 60% of MSMEs are developing significantly and making a lot of contributions to the surrounding community but their business performance is still low. The aim of this research is to describe research on the Implementation of the Business Model Canvas in MSMEs in Karanganyar Regency. The number of MSMEs that are developing after the Covid 19 pandemic has the impact of continuing to grow but their business performance is still low. Therefore, the author is very interested in raising the theme of Implementing the Canvas Model Business Strategy in Efforts to Sustain MSMEs in the future. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method and tends to use qualitative research. In this study, a purposive sampling technique was used to determine respondents who could be selected as samples. The data source that will be used is primary data with interviews assisted using questions via a questionnaire delivered directly. The questionnaire contains closed questions where in answering them the researcher provides guidance and assistance, if someone experiences difficulties, they will get direction. Respondents will be taken from business actors in Karanganyar Regency, totaling 21 respondents from UKM circles. A persuasive approach will be taken to obtain the necessary data. The findings in this research are that business actors were able to survive during the pandemic by implementing the Business Model Canvas strategy even though they had not yet 100 percent conceptualized this strategy in their business

Abstract

This research is an empirical study which aims to analyze the impact of leadership, internal communication, and career development on employee job satisfaction at Plasa Telkom East Java and Central Java Province. The research was conducted at the Plaza offices of East Java and Central Java Province involving the employee population (93 respondents) and using questionnaires and documentation as data collection tools. The research results show that partially, leadership and internal communication have a significant impact on employee job satisfaction, while career development does not show a significant impact. Overall, these three variables have a significant impact on the job satisfaction of Plasa Telkom employees in East Java and Central Java Province, with leadership as the most dominant factor, indicated by a regression coefficient value that is greater than the smallest probability value. The relationship between leadership, internal communication, career development and employee job satisfaction show a positive and significant correlation. However, the role of these three variables in supporting employee job satisfaction is still relatively less dominant, which may indicate that there are other factors outside the research framework that have a greater contribution to employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of transformational leadership on employee motivation and performance in the banking industry. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, involving 200 employees from several leading banks in Indonesia. Data were collected through a questionnaire that measured the respondent's profile, perceptions of transformational leadership, and employee motivation and performance. The results showed that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee motivation and performance. Characteristics of transformational leadership such as charisma, intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation, and individual consideration increase intrinsic motivation and employee performance. Employees feel appreciated, have challenging tasks, and get significant career development opportunities. This study concludes that transformational leadership can provide a significant competitive advantage for banking companies by increasing employee motivation and performance. Therefore, banking companies are advised to adopt and develop this leadership style in order to achieve long-term success.

Abstract

Companies must be able to retain customers in various ways, including by emphasizing brand image that can attract new customers, and customer happiness that can create customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is one of the most significant variables in maintaining company growth and expanding its sales. Many public figures open companies, including restaurants and snacks. Many entrepreneurs who are involved in the business sector have prominent names to build a positive brand image in the eyes of consumers. This research was conducted at Ayam Geprek Sako with a sample of 160. This study combines descriptive and quantitative methods. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between three variables, namely brand association, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty. This study uses primary and secondary sources to obtain its data. The survey method will be used to collect primary data, while secondary data sources such as books, journals, and articles from previous studies will be used to obtain secondary data. Analysis with SEM PLS. the results show that Brand Association Strength has an effect on satisfaction and does not have an effect on loyalty. And satisfaction can mediate between brand association and loyalty.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun banyak UMKM yang belum optimal memanfaatkan pemasaran digital, khususnya Batik Canting Art di Sragen. Pandemi COVID-19 juga memperburuk kondisi dengan penurunan penjualan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM melalui digitalisasi pemasaran dan desain kemasan yang menarik, guna memperluas pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan omset penjualan. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan omset penjualan UMKM Batik Canting Art Sragen melalui penerapan digitalisasi marketing dan desain kemasan. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat memperluas pangsa pasar dengan memanfaatkan e-commerce, media sosial, serta desain kemasan yang menarik. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi penerapan teknologi digital. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan peningkatan penjualan melalui platform online, serta desain kemasan baru yang meningkatkan daya tarik produk di pasar.

Abstract

Indonesia, sebagai negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar di dunia, menghadapi tantangan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hewan kurban yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Dompet Kurban Terintegrasi Peternakan Modern berbasis teknologi AI-IoT dengan algoritma YOLO, guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan mempermudah pengelolaan kurban. Metode penelitian melibatkan tahapan pengumpulan data, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, simulasi, implementasi, dan evaluasi performa. Sistem yang dikembangkan menyediakan fitur pelacakan hewan secara real-time, estimasi berat hewan menggunakan teknologi citra, dan integrasi pembayaran digital. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa waktu pengukuran berat sapi dapat dipangkas dari 60 detik menjadi rata-rata 2,1 detik dengan akurasi yang hampir setara metode tradisional. Selain itu, penerapan IoT berhasil menurunkan biaya operasional peternakan hingga 30%. Kesimpulannya, teknologi AI-IoT menawarkan solusi inovatif untuk mendukung efisiensi peternakan sekaligus mempermudah masyarakat dalam menabung dan melaksanakan kurban secara transparan dan efisien

Abstract

Research on the Response of Small Traders in Traditional Markets to the Empowerment Innovation Portal Iman was carried out in Karanganyar from August to September 2023. This research aims to determine the response of small traders in traditional markets who were given socialization about Portal Iman, an empowerment innovation to avoid danger. usury. Qualitative and quantitative research was carried out in an integrated manner with surveys using questionnaires, interviews and field observations. All 92 recitation participants from 5 markets, namely Bejen, Jungke, Nglano, Jaten and Palur markets, were used as respondents for the socialization. The research results showed that the socialization participants were dominated by women (72.83%) compared to men (27.17%), with the majority aged 45 - 59 years or pre-elderly (60.87%); aged over 60 years or elderly (21.74%) and only 17.39% were aged 19 – 44 years or adults. The majority of participants' education was high school (SMA/MA/SMK) at 38.04%; Elementary school as much as 29.35% and junior high school as much as 20.65%. There were 5.44% of socialization participants who had not completed elementary school or even attended school and 6.52% who had attained higher education, either a diploma or bachelor's degree. The average length of business is 14.21 years, the longest is 44 years and the shortest is 1 year, with 66.57% own capital and 44.43% with borrowed capital, 36.67% have had contact with loan sharks, 61.11% have no contact and 2.2% did not provide information. Of the 36.6% who had contact with the loan shark, 12.22% were still in contact today, 64.44% were no longer in contact and 33.3% of respondents did not answer.
