Abstract

The lack of knowledge and skills in preparing domestic chicken rations will affect farmers' incomes. The fact so far shows that commercial animal feed that meets the local market of Southeast Sulawesi comes from outside the Southeast Sulawesi region, particularly South Sulawesi and Java. The price of commercial feed is certainly not cheap and is increasing from year to year, which affects the poor purchasing power of farmers. Improving farmers' knowledge and skills through technical guidance and advice as part of the FPHO Thematic Community Service Program will provide knowledge about the production of domestic chicken feed for farm animals to meet the food needs needed for growth, development and reproduction . This service will run for a month starting June 13, 2020 through July 13, 2020 in Nambo Village, Nambo District, Kendari City. This non-profit activity was carried out with the involvement of the participants in the UHO FPt Thematic KKN. The program is implemented in the form of technical guidance and advice, namely (1) technical guidance and virtual / online advice; and (2) technical guidance and advice using personal methods both individually and over and in compliance with the Covid 19 Prevention Protocol. The material for this Community Service Extension program is the technology for the production of animal feed based on local raw materials. Based on the activities undertaken, the results of FPt UHO's thematic community service will improve farmers 'knowledge and skills in producing local chicken feed based on local raw materials to reduce feed costs and improve farmers' income in Nambo village, Nambo District

Abstract

The realization of an increase in the community's economy with access to roads, especially on roads in theAnduonohu Urban Village, Kendari City, which are still limited in the formation of roads, as a form of highereducation tridarma and shared responsibility for the benefit of the community, the purpose of carrying out thisservice is to provide understanding and application of infrastructure development civilian construction ofenvironmental roads during the post-Covid-19 pandemic to facilitate access to community mobility in thatenvironment and so that people can understand the importance of road infrastructure for the sustainability ofthe economy of the surrounding community.The process of implementing this service activity is the application of a technique for making newenvironmental roads and repairing existing footpaths according to the available resources of the communityservice implementing TEAM, namely socialization to the community by paying attention to work patternsduring the Covid-19 pandemic according to standard health protocols set. The road construction implementationtechnique conveyed in this service activity is in the form of increasing public knowledge, especially in theprocedural implementation of civil infrastructure, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and health of theenvironment around their residence.The process of implementing this service activity is the application of atechnique for making new environmental roads and repairing existing footpaths according to the availableresources of the community service implementing TEAM, namely socialization to the community by payingattention to work patterns during the Covid-19 pandemic according to standard health protocols set. The roadconstruction implementation technique conveyed in this service activity is in the form of increasing publicknowledge, especially in the procedural implementation of civil infrastructure, as well as maintaining thecleanliness and health of the environment around their residence. The method used in this activity is sampleprovide, direct and face-to-face discussions with the community, as well as field applications in the developmentof civil infrastructure in Anduonohu Village, Kendari City. The results obtained by this community serviceprogram are that the community can understand the importance of science and the manufacture ofenvironmental road physical infrastructure, the community has a fairly good response and high enthusiasm forthe implementation of this program of activities, it can benefit the community by forming environmental roadswith more pavement. both for the movement / mobility of the community in that location and the locationaround it. Abstract

Penataan permukiman Desa Mata Wawatu belum berjalan secara maksimal dan terarah karena belum memiliki pola dan arah kebijakan pengembangan wilayah secara berkelanjutan. Permasalahan umum yang dihadapi masyarakat antara lain: [1] potensi Sumber Daya Alam belum tertata dengan baik karena belum memiliki arah kebijakan pembangunan yang jelas, [2] pengetahuan masyarakat dalam penataan lingkungan permukiman masih kurang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu: [1] model Participatory Rural Appraisal yang menekankan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam keseluruhan kegiatan mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program kegiatan, [2] model Participatoty Tecnology Development yang memanfaatkan teknologi tepat guna yang sesuai standar berbasis pada ilmu pengetahuan dan kearifan lokal, [3] model Community Development yaitu pendekatan yang melibatkan masyarakat secara langsung, dan [4] Edukatif. Langkah-langkah yang ditempuh dalam pengabdian ini adalah tahap persiapan, tahap pembekalan, dan pelaksanaan. Hasil kegiatan program kemitraan masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan keterampilan warga masyarakat Desa Mata Wawatu mengalami peningkatan setelah mengikuti bimbingan teknis. Masyarakat telah mampu mengidentifikasi potensi dan permasalahan desa serta analisisnya secara partisipatif.

Abstract

The use of  ICT in learning is rarely found particularly in areas with low literacy. Like a high school teacher at Bengkulu City, they do not use ICT in learning, especially they whom  with over the age of 40 years old. The lact of fasilitators  also make difficult to reach innovative  learning with high quality. Thus, It absolutely needs counseling and training on ICT. This training aims not only to give guidance on ICT, but also to move the teachers  for using ICT as a medium of professional learning  in their class routines. This training used the method of  lectures, discussions and practice with the participatns of 20 teachers at Anggut Atas Village, Gading Cempaka District, Bengkulu City on all subjects.  The results of this training indicated  that the use of ICT on learning suach as Mobile-Asissted Language Learning (MALL) ataupun Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL) could be received and actualized by the teachers at Anggut  Atas Village, Gading Cempaka District, Bengkulu City. This training can be concluded that implementation of ICT  with the existance of facilitators  are very needed in developing innovative and efficient learning with high quality.

Abstract

Knowledge about the land and the skills in making land maps provided is one of the efforts made to create appropriate resources. Efforts to increase knowledge and skills that can be done are introduction of soil descriptions and profiles along with training in making land maps. The purpose of this training and technical guidance activity is to provide students with an understanding of the soil at the high school level, knowing about soil resources in detail to students, knowing the procedures for making a land map using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and knowing how to conduct soil investigations in the field. The problem solving framework of this activity is carried out in several stages, namely preparation, preparation of training materials, presentation of material by resource persons, discussions and questions and answers, practice of making land maps, and practice of making soil profiles by dividing student groups, evaluating the results of activities and preparing reports. This training was held in SMA Neg. 4 Kendari and SMA Neg. 6 Kendari. The result of this training and technical guidance is that the trainees have added knowledge and skills in making land descriptions and profiles, as well as making land maps using the geogarfi information system application. Keywords:. Abstract

Sebagai suatu desa transmigrasi, Desa Lalowiu terletak diperbatasan antara Kota Kendari dengan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Kondisi lingkungan desa ini pada umumnya belum terlalu sehat yang dapat menimbulkan beberapa penyakit tropis termasuk COVID-19 ini. Untuk meningkatkan mutu kehidupan transmigran, pemerintah telah menempuh berbagai upaya antara lain peningkatan pendidikan dan pembinaan kesehatan. Selain itu juga melakukan pembinaan usaha ekonomi yang meliputi pembinaan usaha ekonomi berupa pembinaan usaha produksi, pengolahan hasil pertanian serta pembinaan pemasaran dan kelembagaan ekonomi desa. Berdasrkan potensi dan permasalahan tersebut mendorong Universitas Halu Oleo untuk melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang terintegrasi KKN-Tematik di daerah tersebut. Tujuan umum dari kegiatan pengabdian terintegrasi KKN Tematik ini adalah menciptakan masyarakat yang mandiri,  sehat dan cerdas. Namun secara khusus kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan: 1) Memberikan wawasan kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya kesehatan keluarga untuk penanggulangan COVID-19 dan penyakit lainnya, 2) Memberikan pengetahuan pola hidup bersih dan sehat di lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah, 3) Memberikan beberapa penerapan sains dan teknologi di daerah pedesaan. 4) Meningkatnya ketahanan pangan keluarga dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan dengan menanam sayuran dan pemeliharaan unggas dan ikan menggunakan teknik pembudidayaan yang praktis.

Abstract

AbstractPuuwangudu Village, Asera District, North Konawe Regency is one of the fisheries-based areas with one of the main commodities being Pokea. However, the potential of Pokea cannot be optimized by the local community, that is, it is sold in the form of raw pokea or pokea dishes so that it does not provide more economic value because the price is low, and the shelf life is low so it doesn't. In fact, with a touch of technology, especially vacuum packaging technology and attractive packaging designs, it can increase added value in terms of price and quality. In addition to this, the main factor in the lack of income is because pokea processed products cannot reach a wider market such as supermarkets and shops, this can be overcome by training in product licensing and business entities which are conditions for distributing products in supermarkets. In addition, in order to expand market share, online marketing training is needed on the website to increase their business income through e-marketing. The purpose of this PKM is the dissemination of technology and business management, especially smoked pokea processing through the stages of Participatory Technology Development, Community development, Persuasive and Educative . To keep maximizing PKM output and outcome were carried out such as the design and registration of IPR trademarks, packaging manufacture, assistance for product distribution permits and product socialization to local government stakeholders. The outcome of PKMI activities shows that all mothers who are members of the Partner Group are skilled at processing smoked pokea, can pack smoked pokea products with a vacuum sealer system, understand product labeling that meets standards and practice online marketing through website and social media.  The outcome of this service is expected to increase the income of smoked pokea processors, especially during the covid-19 pandemic.. Keywords: Smoked Pokea, Technical Assistance, Managerial Assistance, E-Commers. AbstrakDesa Puuwangudu, Kecamatan Asera, Kabupaten Konawe Utara merupakan salah satu wilayah yang berbasis perikanan dengan salah satu komoditas utamanya adalah Pokea. Namun potensi Pokea tersebut tidak mampu dioptimalkan oleh masyarakat setempat, yakni halnya di jual dalam bentuk pokea mentah atau masakan pokea sehingga tidak memberikan nilai ekonomis lebih karena harganya rendah, dan masa simpan yang rendah sehingga tidak. Padahal dengan sentuhan teknologi terutama teknologi pengemasan vaccum dan desain kemasan yang menarik maka dapat meingkatkan nilai tambah dari segi harga maupun mutu. Selain hal tersebut faktor utama kurangnya pendapatan adalah karena produk olahan pokea tidak dapat menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas seperti swalayan dan toko, hal ini dapat diatasi dengan pelatihan pengurusan perizinan produk dan badan usaha yang menjad syarat mengedarkan produk di swalayan. Selain itu dalam rangka memperluas pangsa pasar dibutuhkan pelatihan pemasaran online pada website untuk meningkatkan pendapatan usaha mereka melalui e marketing.. Tujuan dari PKM  ini adalah untuk  diseminasi teknologi dan manjemen pengelolaan usaha khusunya pengolahan pokea asap  melalui metode Persuasif dan  Edukatif. Untuk menjaga memaksimalkan output dan outcame PKM, dilakukan penyuluhan  seperti desain dan pendaftran HKI merek dagang, pembuatan kemasan, pendampingan ijin edar produk dan sosialisasi produk kepada stakholder pemerintah daerah. Outcame dari kegiatan PKMI   menunjukkan bahwa semua ibu-ibu yang tergabung dalam kelompok  mitra telah terampil mengolah pokea asap, dapat mengemas produk pokea asap dengan system vacuum sealer, memahami pelabelan produk yang memenuhi standard dan  mempraktekkan pemasaran online melalui situs dan media social.  Outcame dari pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan pelaku pengolah pokea asap terutama dalam masa pandemic covid-19. Kata Kunci:  Pokea Asap, Pendampingan Teknis, Pendampingan manajerial, E- Commers.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has reached rural areas. This community service program (KKN PPM) aims to increase the knowledge of village officials and ability to use ICT in managing their local government. Students majored in informatics, mathematics and statistics were involved in the program located in three coastal areas of Kapoiala sub-district, Konawe district. The method used was observation, training and mentoring. It was found that prior to KKN PPM the knowledge level of village officials relating to ICT was still very low. It was due to some factors such as the low level of education, daily activities not requiring ICT and lack of digital mindset. The training and mentoring provided showed an increase in understanding of ICT for the village officials, the community as well as the youth and students. SIMADESTERA and Website for each village were successfully established. However, the skills of the officials in using ICTs have not improved significantly. The obstacle was their low motivation to complete the training due to their jobs for daily lives. In addition, it was still lack of ICT infrastructure in supporting the maintenance of SIMADESTERA and Webdesa. The youth and students showed sufficiently high motivation and they are skilled enough in using ICT. These groups are potential to assist village governments, especially in operating SIMADESTERA and Webdesa.

Abstract

Permasalahan persampahan di Kelurahan Lapulu bukan hanya disebabkan karena peningkatan jumlah penduduk saja, namun disebabkan pula dari rendahnya tingkat pelayanan prasarana dan sarana dasar lingkungan khususnya dalam bidang pelayanan persampahan yang tidak tuntas sehingga menimbulkan adanya timbulan-timbulan sampah yang tidak terangkut setiap harinya. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya meningkatkan kesadaran pengelolaan sampah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam 2 bentuk, yang pertama bersifat non-fisik berupa sosialisasi pengelolaan sampah sejak dini pada anak Sekolah Dasar, penyuluhan tentang pengelolaan sampah tingkat Rumah Tangga, Pelatihan Pembuatan tempat sampah terpadu, dan pembagian leaflet kesadaran pengelolaan sampah pada komunitas Pasar Lapulu. Kedua berupa intervensi fisik yaitu pembuatan insenerator sederhana dan gerakan kesadaran pengelolaan sampah di masyarakat. Kegiatan ini telah terlaksana secara maksimal melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam membentuk kesadaran masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah yang dimulai dengan cara pemilahan sampah, pemanfaatan limbah sampah dengan konsep 3R, menyediakan tempat pembuangan sampah yang ramah lingkungan dan rutinitas membersihkan sampah bersama- sama.

Abstract

COVID-19 adalah penyakit yang sangat menular dan masih menjadi masalah serius di seluruh dunia. Data kasus Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dan sudah sampai ke pelosok desa. Untuk menghambat penyebaran virus ini adalah tetap tinggal di rumah jika tidak ada kepentingan mendesak. Jika harus keluar rumah maka harus mematuhi protocol kesehatan. Diperlukan penguatan desa agar masyaBahriddin Abapihirakatnya tidak terpapar COVID 19 dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang COVID-19. Untuk itu perlu pengukuran pengetahuan masyakarat agar untuk menentukan metode sosialisasi yang tepat. Pengukuran dilakukan dua kali di 27 desa dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 880 orang, 51,02% perempuan dan sisanya adalah laki-laki. Jumlah responden dengan pekerjaan petani (19,66%) lebih banyak dibandingkan jumlah responden dengan jenis pekerjaan ASN, pedagang, nelayan, pelajar, buruh, tukang ojek, penjaga toko, dan ibu rumah tangga. Sementara itu, jenjang pendidikan SMA atau sederajat (39,55%) dengan jenjang pendidikan lainnya hampir berimbang. Hasil pengukuran pada tahap awal menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 62,29% mengetahui COVID 19 dan sebesar 48,96% msayarakat melakukan tindakan pencegahan. Setelah dilakukan sosialisasi selama 4 minggu, menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku atau tindakan, masing-msing mengalami peningkatan sebesar 93,33%, 97,05%, dan 94,44%. Terjadi kesadaran tentang pencegahan COVID 19.Kata Kunci: Covid 19, Desa Siaga, Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Tindakan
