Abstract

AbstractHouse Hotel and Mall Road MT.Haryono Kendari is a building consisting of six floors and was planned with reinforced concrete structures. In terms of functionality and usefulness, this building does not yet have adequate meeting space so as to enhance the functionality and usefulness of the need for meeting space, which requires a vast place and freely without any hindrance. Modifications made on the 5th floor and 6th floor. Analysis refers to the structure of the building regulations in Indonesia and other supporting regulations. The structure of the planned building structures meet safety requirements, based on the strength and deformation arising from the load acting on the structure with ductility level 2.Especially for prestressed beams, the planning is based on the method of implementation in the field by considering the strength and behavior of structural components at a critical stage since bias given moment. Abstract

ABSTRAKKota Kendari yang merupakan ibu kota Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, terdiri dari 11 kecamatan dan 61 kelurahan dengan luas 297 km², jumlah populasi penduduk sebanyak 490 ribu jiwa. Berdasarkan standar buangan sampah perkapita 2,5/kilogram/ orang/hari, maka total produksi sampah yang dihasilkan di Kota kendari adalah lebih kurang 180 ton/hari di TPA.Jumlah sampah terangkut oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan sekitar 180 m3/hari menggunakan 37 armada truk, dibuang ke Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan transportasi sampah di Kecamatan Kambu Kota Kendari di mana terdapat dua jenis kendaraan yaitu Dump truck dengan kapasitas muatan 6 m3 dan Arm roll truck kapasitas 10 m3. Di mana dalam perhitungan analisa menggunakan data hasil survey langsung lapangan dengan meninjau langsung tempat pembuangan sampah masyarakat (TPS) yang berada di Kecamatan Kambu. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu transportasi pengangkutan sampah Kecamatan Kambu Kota Kendari pada tahun 2018 berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan sampah masih memerlukan tambahan angkutan, untuk Dump truck sebanyak 3 unit, dan pada Arm roll truck sebanyak 2 unit. Perencanaan kebutuhan angkutan sampah 5 tahun dan 10 tahun kedepan dengan menggunakan analisis perhitungan data penduduk dan jumlah volume TPS yang berada di Kecamatan Kambu, pada tahun 2023 dibutuhkan Dump truck sebanyak 5 unit, dan Arm roll truck 3 unit. Sedangkan pada tahun 2028 dibutuhkan Dump truck sebanyak 7 unit, dan Arm roll truck 4 unit. Kata Kunci :   TPA (Tempat Pembuangan Akhir), TPS (Tempat Pembuangan Sampah), dump  truck, arm roll truck.ABSTRACTKendari City, which is the capital of Southeast Sulawesi Province, consists of 11 districts and 61 villages with an area of 297 km², a population of 490 thousand. And the planning of waste transportation needs 5 years and 10 years by using the analysis of the calculation of population data and the number of TPS volumes in the Kambu Subdistrict. Abstract

Materials technology have developing rapidly especially since steel is used to replace wood as themain construction material This is not directly proportional to the skills of construction workers.Planning for material requirements and implementing occupational safety (SMK3) when doing workis less. So the Implementing Team carried out training activities at Sanua Sub district, Wesst-KendariDistrict, Kendari City, Southeast of Sulawesi. Team were training on how to calculate the roof trussbudget quickly and easily and they can design the material requirements so which are not materialwasted. The results of the training include increasing knowledge of calculating the cost budget sothat it can compare the cost of using steel which is not too expensive when using wood, especially interms of strength and maintenance and other result was the implementing SMK3 was important whenthey were working. Other results of the training were increased their knowledge of how to planbudgets quicly and Increasing awareness of the implementation of SMK3 is very important.Keywords: Flood adaptive settlement mockups.

Abstract

The realization of an increase in the community's economy with access to roads, especially on roads in theAnduonohu Urban Village, Kendari City, which are still limited in the formation of roads, as a form of highereducation tridarma and shared responsibility for the benefit of the community, the purpose of carrying out thisservice is to provide understanding and application of infrastructure development civilian construction ofenvironmental roads during the post-Covid-19 pandemic to facilitate access to community mobility in thatenvironment and so that people can understand the importance of road infrastructure for the sustainability ofthe economy of the surrounding community.The process of implementing this service activity is the application of a technique for making newenvironmental roads and repairing existing footpaths according to the available resources of the communityservice implementing TEAM, namely socialization to the community by paying attention to work patternsduring the Covid-19 pandemic according to standard health protocols set. The road construction implementationtechnique conveyed in this service activity is in the form of increasing public knowledge, especially in theprocedural implementation of civil infrastructure, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and health of theenvironment around their residence.The process of implementing this service activity is the application of atechnique for making new environmental roads and repairing existing footpaths according to the availableresources of the community service implementing TEAM, namely socialization to the community by payingattention to work patterns during the Covid-19 pandemic according to standard health protocols set. The roadconstruction implementation technique conveyed in this service activity is in the form of increasing publicknowledge, especially in the procedural implementation of civil infrastructure, as well as maintaining thecleanliness and health of the environment around their residence. The method used in this activity is sampleprovide, direct and face-to-face discussions with the community, as well as field applications in the developmentof civil infrastructure in Anduonohu Village, Kendari City. The results obtained by this community serviceprogram are that the community can understand the importance of science and the manufacture ofenvironmental road physical infrastructure, the community has a fairly good response and high enthusiasm forthe implementation of this program of activities, it can benefit the community by forming environmental roadswith more pavement. both for the movement / mobility of the community in that location and the locationaround it. Abstract

Jumlah kendaraan yang semakin meningkat khususnya di Kota Kendari, khususnya kendaraan pribadi memberi dampak semakin padatnya pergerakan lalu lintas di berbagai ruas. Selain itu, keberadaan angkutan umum berbasis aplikasi yang tumbuh pesat berakibat pada angkutan umum perkotaan yang semakin minim pengguna. Upaya pemerintah dalam mengoptimalkan angkutan umum di berbagai daerah masih belum berhasil untuk mengubah pola perjalanan dan moda yang digunakan oleh masyarakat. Berbagai kebijakan pemerintah masih dianggap tumpang tindih dan tidak mencerminkan upaya memaksimalkan angkutan umum perkotaan. Selain makin mudahnya masyarakat memiliki kendaraan pribadi, juga angkutan online yang makin menjamur dengan berbagai pilihan memanjakan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam memilih moda transportasi di kalangan mahasiswa dengan pendekatan Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) dan metode Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP) terhadap 80 orang responden mahasiswa. Penggunaan aplikasi Expert Choice untuk membantu analisis dan visualisasi. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu Biaya (34,0%), Waktu (18,2%), Keselamatan (16,0%), Keamanan (11,3%), Kebersihan (8,9%), Kenyamanan (4,8%), Keandalan (3,7%), dan Aksesibilitas (3,0%).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan dunia konstruksi di era global semakin pesat yang dalam pelaksanaannya terkadang dihadapkan dengan beberapa kendala diantaranya kendala waktu, biaya, dan mutu, ketiga kendala ini bisa diartikan sebagai sasaran proyek yang dapat didefinisikan sebagai tepat waktu, tepat biaya, tepat mutu. Risiko proyek merupakan suatu keadaan tidak pasti pada proyek sehingga dapat menimbulkan adanya konsekuensi yang bisa menghalangi atau menghambat tercapainya sasaran utama proyek. Proyek pembangunan gedung biasanya sering mengalami keterlambatan, baik itu disebabkan oleh keterbatasan tenaga kerja, maupun ketidaktersediaan peralatan konstruksi di lokasi proyek. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengidentifikasian risiko-risiko untuk mengetahui risiko yang sangat dominan terhadap biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan RSUD Tipe D Kota Kendari, untuk selanjutnya dilakukan analisis risiko yang terjadi. Kemudian dilakukan suatu tindakan mitigasi yang tepat terhadap risiko pada proyek, sehingga proyek dapat segera terselesaikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode severity indeks. Dari hasil penelitian, terdapat 4 risiko paling dominan dengan kategori tinggi diantaranya perubahan jadwal pelaksanaan pekerjaan, ketersediaan tenaga kerja yang kurang, rendahnya tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja, serta kurangnya pengendalian terhadap jadwal pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Kata Kunci : Proyek, Manajemen Risiko, Kinerja Waktu, Severity Indeks ABSTRACT The development of the world of construction in the global era is increasing rapidly which in its implementation is sometimes faced with several obstacles including time, cost, and quality constraints. These three constraints can be interpreted as project targets which can be defined as on-time, on cost, and on quality. Project risk is an uncertain situation in the project so it can cause consequences that can hinder or hinder the achievement of the main project objectives. Building construction projects often experience delays, either due to limited manpower or the unavailability of construction equipment at the project site. This research was carried out by identifying risks to find out the very dominant risks to the cost and time of implementation of the Type D Hospital construction project in Kendari City, for further analysis of the risks that occur. Then appropriate preventive action is taken against risks in the project so that the project can be completed immediately. The method used in this study is the severity index method. Abstract

Community service activities by a team of teaching staff as one form of the tri dharma (Lecturers) of Halu Oleo University, namely carrying out community service, in carrying out community service to provide contributions in the form of knowledge about pontesi and infrastructure development to improve the welfare of the community in the sub-district Anduonohu Kendari City. Anduonohu Village is a potential area and has sufficient natural resources, in this case potential agricultural land (fertile land), but road access to the Village needs serious attention from all parties. Therefore, we, as a team of lecturers, provide service to contribute work/products and understanding to the community regarding infrastructure development, especially improving farm roads as access for community movement to support economic, social, educational and other activities. The implementation process in this service activity is an implementation technique according to the availability of resources from the service implementation team in the form of outreach to the community, farmers and local government by prioritizing science. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) is delivered in community service activities as an impact of increasing community knowledge, especially in developing infrastructure in Anduonohu Village, Kendari City. The methods used in this activity are example providing, direct or face to face discussions with the community, as well as field applications. in infrastructure development (repairing village roads). It is hoped that this service program activity can provide knowledge and understanding to the community regarding the application of science to benefit society.

Abstract

Abstrak Jalan Brigjen Katamso is to identify the type of damage to the surface layer, assess the condition of the road surface, provide solutions to overcome it, and calculate the budget plan required for handling costs. The analytical method used is the Surface Distress Index (SDI) method and the segment length is 200 m. The results of this study are that there are 4 elements of damage, namely the percentage of crack area, the average crack width, the number of holes, and the average rutting depth of the ruts. With the SDI value obtained, it has an average value of 53 which is included in the value range of 50-100 for moderate road conditions, with the worst level of damage in segment 7, which has an SDI value of 133, while the lowest value is in segment 6 which has an SDI value of 0. The handling method for alligator cracks is additional layers, elongated cracks, namely crack repair based on the size and level of damage and holes, namely patching throughout the depth. As well as obtaining a budget plan needed for handling damage to the Brigadier General Katamso road, which is Rp. 135,400,000.00-. Abstrak Jalan Brigjen Katamso Kecamatan, Baruga Kota Kendari merupakan jalan 2 arah yaitu jalur kanan dan jalur kiri yang memiliki panjang keseluruhan yaitu 1,6 km, telah mengalami kerusakan yaitu mulai dari retak-retak, kerusakan pada permukaan perkerasan, dan berlubang.. Tujuan dari penelitian Jalan Brigjen Katamso adalah untuk mengidentifikasi jenis kerusakan lapis permukaan, menilai kondisi permukaan jalan, memberikan solusi penanggulangannya, dan menghitung rencana angara biaya yang di butuhkan untuk biaya penanganan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Surface Distress Indeks (SDI) dan Panjang persegmennya yaitu 200 m persegmen. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat 4 unsur kerusakan yaitu persentase luas retak, rata - rata lebar retak, jumlah lubang, dan rata-rata kedalaman rutting bekas roda. Dengan niai SDI yang di dapatkan yaitu memiliki nilai rata – rata sebesar 53 dimana termasuk pada rentang nilai 50 – 100 untuk kondisi jalan sedang, dengan tingkat kerusakan terparah terdepat pada segmen 7, yang memiliki nilai SDI sebesar 133, sedangkan nilai terendah terdapat pada segmen 6 yang memiliki nilai SDI 0. Cara penangannya untuk retak buaya yaitu lapisan tambahan, retak memanjang, yaitu perbaikan retakan didasarkan pada ukuran dan tingkat kerusakan dan lubang yaitu penaambalan diseluruh kedalaman. Serta didapatkan rencana anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk penanganan kerusakan jalan Brigjen Katamso yaitu sebesar Rp. 145.4000.000,00-.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas Sistem Manajemen Kesehatan dan Keselamatan (SMK3) dalam konteks konstruksi gedung tingkat rendah dan menengah. Peningkatan kesadaran terhadap risiko dan kebutuhan untuk memastikan lingkungan kerja yang aman telah mendorong pengembangan SMK3 sebagai suatu keharusan dalam industri konstruksi. Pertama, artikel ini menjelaskan konsep dasar SMK3 dan pentingnya implementasinya dalam proyek konstruksi. Fokus utama adalah pada identifikasi risiko kesehatan dan keselamatan yang khas dalam pembangunan gedung tingkat rendah dan menengah, termasuk perencanaan dan penerapan langkah-langkah pencegahan yang efektif. Selanjutnya, artikel ini mengevaluasi berbagai metode dan teknologi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas SMK3. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi terkini, seperti sensor keamanan dan sistem pemantauan otomatis, proyek konstruksi dapat mengurangi risiko kecelakaan dan memastikan keamanan pekerja secara lebih efisien. Selain itu, artikel ini membahas tantangan yang mungkin dihadapi dalam mengimplementasikan SMK3 pada proyek konstruksi gedung tingkat rendah dan menengah, seperti perubahan dinamika proyek dan integrasi kebijakan keselamatan dengan manajemen proyek. Dengan memahami dan mengatasi tantangan yang mungkin muncul, industri konstruksi dapat mengambil langkah-langkah proaktif untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan sehat.

Abstract

Kota Kendari, ibu kota Sulawesi Tenggara, sedang mengalami perkembangan dan pembangunan infrastruktur untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Salah satu langkah yang ditempuh pemerintah daerah adalah pembangunan Jalan Lingkar yang menghubungkan Kelurahan Mokoau dan Kelurahan Puosu Jaya untuk menunjang pembangunan daerah dan mencegah perkembangan kota yang linear. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui nilai jual lahan serta perbedaannya antar segmen di sepanjang Jalan Lingkar, serta menganalisis variabel-variabel yang berkorelasi dan model persamaan perhitungan nilai jual lahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei, pembagian kuesioner, dan wawancara terhadap 42 responden pemilik lahan secara acak. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Korelasi Pearson dan Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai jual lahan yang berbatasan langsung dengan Jalan Lingkar lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang tidak berbatasan. Pada Segmen I, nilainya berkisar Rp36.000-Rp250.000/m2, sedangkan Segmen II berkisar Rp55.000-Rp375.000/m2. Variabel yang berkorelasi dan berpengaruh signifikan adalah jarak lahan dari ruas jalan, luas lahan, dan lebar jalan akses, dengan model persamaan regresi Y = 0,110 + 0,493X1 + 0,239X2 + 0,316X3
