Abstract

E-commerce has become an integral part of modern life, including among university students who increasingly rely on digital platforms to fulfill their daily needs. This study aims to understand the pattern of e-commerce use among students of UIN SMH Banten as well as the factors that influence their preferences in online shopping. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 60 students from various faculties at UIN SMH Banten. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics to identify trends and correlations. The results showed that 85% of the respondents regularly use e-commerce to purchase various products, with fashion and electronic product categories being the most popular. Shopee and Tokopedia are the platforms most frequently used by college students. Key factors influencing purchasing decisions include ease of use of the platform, discount promotions, trust in transaction security, and product reviews from other users. Preferences for specific platforms and products are influenced by ease of access, price, and reputation for security. The findings indicate great potential for e-commerce providers to develop more effective marketing strategies tailored to students' preferences.

Furthermore, these techniques were selected according to the research focus. The research results showed that the kinds of implementation of the tahfizh Al-Qur'an learning method improved the quality of memorization of blind students at Raudlatul Makfufin Islamic Boarding School. The tahfizh program at this Islamic boarding school is a mandatory program for all students, which aims to provide services to students in improving the quality of memorization of the Al-Qur'an. The findings indicated three tahfidz methods, namely Talaqqi, Tasmi, and Tikrar method. Raudlatul Makfufin Islamic Boarding School had implemented several methods previously, however, the results have not been able to provide a solution, because 27 (twenty-seven) students who achieved the memorization target, only 1 (one) person had memorized 3 Juz in one years. Abstract

The imbalance between reactive oxygen species (ROS) and endogenous antioxidants can cause various diseases, so exogenous antioxidants from plants such as bamboo shoots (Bambusa vulgaris) are needed. This study explored the antioxidant capacity, toxicity, and phytochemical content of bamboo shoot extracts. Using an in vitro experimental design, we analyzed bamboo shoot extracts for phytochemical content, antioxidant capacity using the DPPH method, and toxicity using the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT). The research was conducted from December 2020 to June 2021 at the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Laboratory, Tarumanagara University. Data were analyzed using Graph Pad Prism V.8 software with the level of significance set at p<0.05. Phytochemical test results showed the presence of alkaloids, anthocyanins, betasianins, cardiac glycosides, coumarins, flavonoids, glycosides, phenolics, quinones, saponins, terpenoids, and tannins. The bamboo shoot extract showed antioxidant capacity with IC50 value of 673.54 µg/mL, total phenolic content of 2923.65 µg/mL, and total alkaloid content of 7.34 µg/mL. The toxicity test showed an LC50 value of 362.16 µg/mL. The bamboo shoot extract showed potential as an antioxidant and anti-mitotic agent, although its antioxidant capacity was lower than that of ascorbic acid. The presence of various secondary metabolites contributes to its bioactive properties. Further research is needed to explore its potential applications in preventing diseases caused by free radicals. Bamboo shoot extract contains significant amounts of phenolic compounds and other phytochemicals, which exhibit antioxidant and toxic properties, making it a potential natural source for antioxidant agents.

The research results from the collected literature will be summarized and presented in the form of descriptive analysis. Researchers will conduct literature searches through online sites such as Google Scholar, PubMed, ResearchGate, Elsevier, and NCBI. The keywords used are “CKD risk factors” and “drug therapy for CKD patients”. The results of the search for relevant literature will be collected and selected according to the inclusion criteria. The research results from the collected literature will be presented in the form of a descriptive table. The table will include information such as author, year of publication, article title, and summary of the study results. The prevalence of drug-related problems (DRP) in CKD patients ranges from 12% to 87%. Commonly found problems include ineffective treatment, inappropriate drug selection, and drug dosing issues. Regular drug monitoring and dose adjustment are essential to reduce adverse drug reactions and improve patient outcomes. Effective drug therapy management and patient education are essential to improve the quality of care and life of CKD patients. In conclusion, this study emphasizes the importance of identifying and addressing drug-related problems (DRPs) to improve treatment effectiveness in CKD patients. Close drug monitoring and comprehensive patient education are key components in the optimal management of CKD.
