Abstract

The PEM Akamigas Warehouse Laboratory serves as a vocational learning facility in oil and gas logistics, providing practical experience for students. However, the current warehouse layout is inefficient due to unstructured material placement and suboptimal movement flows. This research aims to redesign the warehouse layout using the Class based storage (CBS) approach, beginning with ABC-based classification of materials by movement frequency. Simulations were conducted using rectilinear distance analysis and evaluated across three storage modes: general storage, Dedicated Storage, and CBS. Results indicate that the proposed layout significantly reduces operational time, especially in CBS mode, which demonstrated uniform improvements in operator activity, run time, and transporter time. The CBS-based layout successfully streamlines material flow, optimizes warehouse space utilization, and enhances the realism of practical learning. Thus, the redesigned layout is not only more efficient but also supports educational objectives aligned with logistics industry standards.

Abstract

The marketing system of every company aims to achieve its organizational objectives. This study analyzes the influence of perceived quality, brand awareness, and price on repurchase intention, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, among farmers of CV Putra Daerah Jaya. The research involved a sample of 140 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with AMOS software. The findings reveal that perceived quality has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on repurchase intention, indicating that an increase in product quality perception does not significantly enhance repurchase intention. In contrast, brand awareness exerts a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention, suggesting that strengthening brand awareness encourages repeat purchases among farmers. Meanwhile, price suitability shows no significant impact on the repurchase intention of NPK Plus fertilizer. Perceived quality, brand awareness, and price suitability all have positive and significant effects on farmer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on farmers repurchase intention, implying that improving satisfaction can lead to higher repurchase intention. The study also finds that customer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between perceived quality and brand awareness to repurchase intention but not significant, and customer satisfaction can mediate price suitability price on farmers repurchase intention.

Abstract

Online gambling has created new forms of rifts in the family structure that occur silently but have a wide impact, especially on children. The fragmentation of relationships in digital households disrupts parenting functions and creates vulnerable psychosocial conditions for children in the domestic environment. Unfortunately, the child protection system in Indonesia lacks a mechanism to respond to indirect threats arising from the dynamics of cyberspace within the family. This study aims to critically examine the limitations of the legal and social systems in protecting children from family disintegration due to online gambling. The study employed a qualitative approach, drawing on library research and the analysis of relevant literature and secondary data. Data were analyzed using a thematic approach to uncover regulatory and social gaps that have not been able to anticipate structural damage in digital families. The results of the study show that existing regulations are still partial, and sectoral, and fail to touch on the complexity of families exposed to destructive digital practices. Child protection has not integrated new risk indicators that arise from uncontrolled online environments. A redesign of the child protection system is needed to be more inclusive, multisectoral, and adaptive to the challenges of digital families so that the best interests of children can be guaranteed comprehensively.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the forms of abuse of subsidized Fuel Oil (BBM) and analyze the legal review of law enforcement against such acts in the Province of Bangke Belitung Island. The misuse of subsidized fuel not only causes state losses but also directly impacts the community, particularly low-income groups who are intended to be the primary beneficiaries. The research method employed is a normative juridical approach with a legislative focus and case analysis in the region. The research results indicate that subsidized fuel abuse in the Province of Bangka Belitung Island occurs through practices such as hoarding, diversion of distribution, and document forgery. Legally, law enforcement efforts face various challenges, including weak distribution oversight, limited inter-agency coordination, and legal sanctions that have yet to have a deterrent effect. This research recommends strengthening regulations, enhancing supervision, and imposing stricter sanctions to curb the misuse of subsidized fuel and protect community rights.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the transition from conventional accounting methods to sharia methods on profitability recognition at PT. Nafa Berkah Mulia, a manufacturing company in Indonesia. The study used a qualitative case study approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was tested through source triangulation and member checking. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of sharia principles has an impact on the financing structure, revenue recording methods, and the reformulation of business contracts. This transition presents several challenges, such as limited human resources who understand sharia accounting and an unprepared accounting information system. However, supporting factors such as management commitment, education on Islamic values, and guidance from sharia consultants contributed to the smoothness of the transformation process. In conclusion, this method shift can improve financial governance that is more in accordance with sharia and maintain sustainable profitability.

Abstract

Doctor patient consultation services play a crucial role in improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. With the increasing adoption of telemedicine and mobile health applications, understanding the impact of these consultation services on patient adherence, recovery, and satisfaction has become essential. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of various consultation methods, including telemedicine and mobile apps, in enhancing treatment adherence and patient experience, particularly in managing chronic diseases such as tuberculosis and diabetes. A comprehensive literature review was conducted, analyzing empirical studies focused on doctor–patient consultations delivered through traditional, telemedicine, and mobile health platforms. Key variables examined included service quality dimensions (reliability, responsiveness, empathy), educational interventions, and the use of digital reminder systems. Studies from diverse healthcare settings and patient populations were considered to assess the influence of consultation quality and technology-assisted interventions on patient adherence and health outcomes. Findings consistently demonstrate that high-quality consultation services significantly improve patient adherence and satisfaction. Telemedicine and mobile applications contribute positively by facilitating continuous engagement and medication reminders. Educational efforts integrated into consultation processes further enhance patient knowledge and compliance. However, adherence is multifactorial, influenced by socio-economic status, health literacy, and systemic healthcare barriers. While telemedicine shows promise, challenges such as infrastructure limitations and regulatory hurdles remain. The study recommends integrating technology with empathetic, patient-centered communication and tailored educational support to optimize treatment adherence and clinical outcomes.

Abstract

The transformation of digital financial services has created both significant opportunities and challenges in maintaining customer security from various forms of cyber threats. The increasing complexity of financial technology has encouraged financial institutions to develop more effective and adaptive communication strategies to foster customer awareness and protective behavior. However, there remains a gap between the intensity of communication and actual changes in customer behavior in the face of digital risks. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of communication in shaping customer security behavior, particularly in the context of digital financial services. The method used was a qualitative approach, collecting data from relevant previous studies and institutional documentation. The data obtained were analyzed thematically and interpretively to uncover patterns of relationships between communication strategies and changes in customer behavior. The results show that the intensity of educational communication is strongly correlated with increased customer awareness of digital security risks. Customer response is strongly influenced by the appropriateness of the type of message and the media used to convey the information. Furthermore, a more participatory and down-to-earth communication approach is needed so that digital protection messages can be truly internalized and reflected in customers' daily behavior.

Abstract

The implementation of renewable energy policies in public institutions is crucial to achieving national energy transition goals. This study examines the solar rooftop photovoltaic (PV) project at the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) as a concrete example of policy realization. Through a qualitative case study approach, supported by document analysis and literature review, the research analyzes how the DPR project operationalizes Presidential Regulation No. 22/2017, which mandates the use of solar panels on at least 30% of government building rooftops. The project, implemented via a public-private partnership, achieved an installed capacity of 1.955 MWp, supplying approximately 25% of the DPR’s electricity demand and generating annual savings of over Rp 4 billion. It also contributes to national emissions reduction by avoiding more than 2,000 tons of CO₂ annually. The findings highlight the effectiveness of leadership-by-example strategies, the role of supportive regulations (such as net metering), and the viability of innovative financing models in overcoming barriers to renewable energy adoption. This case underscores the importance of consistent policy frameworks and suggests replicability across other government institutions as a key strategy for accelerating Indonesia’s renewable energy transition.

Abstract

This study investigates the interrelationships among empathy, ethical interaction, organizational rewards, creativity, and organizational performance through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2013 and 2023. A total of 48 relevant studies were identified and analyzed from major databases including Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect. The findings indicate that empathy fosters psychological safety, encourages open idea exchange, and enhances both individual and team creativity. Ethical interaction significantly contributes to organizational trust, employee satisfaction, and improved performance. Furthermore, organizational rewards play a critical role in motivating behavior, reinforcing ethical values, and stimulating innovation when aligned with intrinsic goals. However, the existing literature remains fragmented, with limited integrative models combining all five variables, and is dominated by studies from private-sector contexts. The widespread use of cross-sectional designs also restricts understanding of long-term causal dynamics. This review identifies key enabling factors—such as transformational leadership, inclusive work culture, and trust—alongside challenges like cultural resistance, power asymmetries, and a lack of ethical role models. The study provides a conceptual foundation for future empirical research and practical insights for leaders aiming to embed empathy, ethics, and reward systems into organizational strategies to foster creativity and sustainable performance.

Abstract

Marketing communication strategies are a factor that greatly influences the number of visitors to tourist attractions because they are designed to influence the public to become aware, interested, ultimately visit, and even return for tourists who have already visited. This study aims to identify and formulate tourism marketing strategies at Pananjung Nature Park, Pangandaran. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative research type and secondary data, particularly from previous literature reviews. The data obtained are explained qualitatively in the form of a detailed and systematic analysis. The research results show that the Pangandaran Regency Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office has implemented integrated tourism marketing communication to promote Pananjung Nature Tourism Park. However, several aspects such as promotion, community-based tourism development, and media are still not optimal. Further development, evaluation, and monitoring are needed in these areas. One aspect that needs to be developed in the long term is the creation of a regional tourism destination brand to enhance the appeal of tourist visits.
