Abstract

SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga merancang sebuah Website yang juga terintergrasi dengan Social Networking ini dilengkapi dengan beberapa fasilitas, seperti mading sekolah, berita, artikel, jadwal kegiatan, foto galeri, konten download dan web forum untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada anggota untuk melakukan sharing secara online. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Research and Developmnet [1] yang terdiri dari : Research and Information Collection, Planning, Develop Preliminary Form of Product, Preliminary Field Testing, Main Product Revision, Main Field Testing, Operational Product Revision, Operational, Field Testing, Final Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySql. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem informasi berfungsi  sebagai media kominukasi dengan siswa, guru, karyawan, alumi dan masyarakat yang juga sebagai media promosi. Abstract

The research objective, entitled The Effect of Salary and Work Environment on Employee Loyalty in CV. ANJASA Baja Ringan Semarang is to determine, the effect of salary on employee loyalty, the influence of the work environment on employee loyalty, the effect of salary and work environment on employee loyalty. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents who were distributed to employees. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using data quality test, classical assumption test, t statistical test, F statistical test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and the coefficient of determination.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap partisipasi pengguna, dukungan manajemen puncak, program pelatihan dan kapabilitas personal sistem perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kinerja sistem informasi pada CV Wastu Dharma yang langsung terlibat dalam penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi. Data diambil dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah variable bebas (independent) partisipasi pengguna (X1), dukungan manajemen puncak (X2), pelatihan dan pendidikan (X3) dan kapabilitas personal sistem (X4) sedangkan variable terikatnya (dependent) adalah kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi (Y). data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda (multiple regretion). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan hipotesis terdapat pengaruh positif program pelatihan terhadap kinerja SIA pada CV. Wastu Dharma Semarang terbukti, sehingga semakin tinggi tingkat program pelatihan akan meningkatkan kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi di CV. Wastu Dharma Semarang . Pengaruh variabel independensi terhadap kapabilitas personal sistem sebesar 2.220 > t tabel = 1.69 dan angka signifikasi = 0,033 < α = 0,05. Dengan demikian hipotesis (H4) bahwa diduga terdapat pengaruh positif kapabilitas personal sistem terhadap kinerja SIA pada CV. Wastu Dharma Semarang terbukti, sehingga semakin tinggi tingkat kapabilitas personal sistem akan meningkatkan kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi di CV. Wastu Dharma Semarang.

Abstract

Currently, digital marketing technology continues to experience development, and the benefits of using the internet are felt by its users. In fact, some people sense that they have a dependence on the internet, including the activities of duck breeders who are included in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in utilizing information technology to run their business. This developing era encourages business people to always be able to follow digital trends. Transformations in the world of technology towards digitization have changed the way businesses work to be able to adapt faster to these developments. The presence of social media has now become a trend in conducting marketing communications. Social media including Google Business is an online media, where users can easily participate, share and provide information including blogs, social networks, wikis, and forums. Blogs, social networks, and these are the most common forms of social media used by people around the world. This type of research is descriptive research. The approach used is a qualitative approach and a conceptual approach. The source of data used is secondary data. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. Conclusions were drawn using the deductive method, namely concluding from general to specific, especially those related to the research topic, namely the Marketing Strategy for MSME Products through the Use of Digital Marketing for Bebek Bebek breeders in Pringapus District. This research resulted in findings on the importance of the role of digital marketing through Whatsapp, Instagram, and Shopee for current business development. With the concept of digital marketing, the form of promotion that is carried out is no longer a one-way scheme but has become a two-way relationship. This two-way relationship allows the presence of good interaction and is not hindered by distance and time between entrepreneurs and consumers. From the consumer's point of view, the use of the internet in fulfilling their daily needs provides many advantages and conveniences. Ease of product search, efficiency to discounted promos. Business actors who can apply digital marketing make the market grow and the products offered become more varied. However, there are still many micro-entrepreneurs who close themselves to development. They are still reluctant to do digital marketing where businesses only sell their products to consumers who are around or waiting for consumers who happen to pass through their market area. Running a business by utilizing internet access and conducting digital marketing through social media, websites or other e-commerce applications is a definite step and must be mastered for businesses to connect with customers and potential customers more quickly and easily. Market updates such as digital marketing are an important innovation for MSMEs to maintain their business. Apart from surviving the situation. In a pandemic like today, digital marketing is also one of the factors that can determine the success of competition in free trade.

Abstract

Abstrak Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Jatirunggo Village, Pringapus District, Semarang Regency are still manual. Some people do not know that there are Bumdes activities in Jatirunggo Village so planning needs to be done. An application that uses Internet services can be used by the public to obtain information and save time, so there is a need for a website application in Jatirunggo Village. The author designs and designs a mobile web-based Village Owned Enterprise information system using a website builder in the form of Odoo because it is considered very effective in designing information systems. Apart from that, the author also uses a computer along with supporting village information data obtained from BUMDes administrators. With the village's mobile web-based company information system, it is hoped that this will make it easier to obtain information and improve internal business marketing services in Jatirunggo Village which are managed by BUMDes. Keywords: Information system; BUMDes; WebMobile Abstrak Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Desa Jatirunggo Kecamatan Pringapus Kabupaten Semarang masih bersifat manual. Sebagian masyarakat belum mengetahui bahwa terdapat kegiatan Bumdes di Desa Jatirunggo sehingga perlu dilakukan perencanaan. Sebuah aplikasi yang menggunakan layanan Internet dapat digunakan masyarakat untuk memperoleh informasi dan dapat menghemat waktu, sehingga diperlukan adanya aplikasi website di Desa Jatirunggo. Penulis merancang dan merancang sistem informasi Badan Usaha Milik Desa berbasis mobile web dengan menggunakan website bulder berupa Odoo karena dianggap sangat efektif dalam perancangan sistem informasi, Selain itu penulis juga menggunakan computer berserta data-data pendukung informasi desa yang didapatkan dari pengurus BUMDes. Dengan adanya sistem informasi perusahaan berbasis mobile web milik desa Diharapkan hal ini dapat mempermudah mendapatkan informasi dan meningkatkan pelayanan internal Pemasaran usaha yang ada di Desa Jatirunggo yang dikelola oleh BUMDes. Abstract

SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga designing a Website which is also integrated with social networking is equipped with several facilities, such as school bulletin board, news, articles, schedule of events, photo gallery, downloadable content and web forums to provide convenience to members for sharing online. This study was developed using the method of system development Research and Developmnet [1] which consists of: Research and Information Collection, Planning, Develop Preliminary Form of Product, Preliminary Field Testing, Product Revision Main, Main Field Testing, Operational Product Revision, Operational, Field Testing, Final Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation using the programming language PHP with MySQL database. The results showed that the system serves as a medium of information kominukasi with students, teachers, employees, alumni and the community as well as a media campaign.

Abstract

Baby boom or soaring pregnancy rates including unwanted pregnancies (KTD). This is related to the Corona Virus Disease-19 (Covid-19) pandemic which has caused a decrease in the number of family planning (KB) services nationally. Family Planning according to the World Health Organization (WHO) is an action that helps individuals or married couples to avoid unwanted births, get the desired birth, regulate birth intervals, control the time of birth in relation to the age of the husband and wife, determine the number of children in the family. Long-term family planning services are an effective method of preventing pregnancy, but direct contact is required which is disrupted due to physical distancing efforts. To determine the acceptor's understanding of the baby boom and the level of knowledge about the KB program during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research method uses a survey technique with a questionnaire given to selected acceptors in Semarang Regency. The number of respondents was 50 people. Results: It was found that 35 respondents (70%) had good knowledge about the definition of baby booming, efforts to prevent baby booming (74%), good knowledge of NKKBS (78%), and a good level of knowledge about the KB program (76%).    Abstrak Baby booming atau angka kehamilan yang melonjak termasuk terjadinya kehamilan tidak diinginkan (KTD). Hal ini berkaitan dengan adanya pandemi Corona Virus Disease-19 (Covid-19) yang menyebabkan penurunan jumlah pelayanan keluarga berencana (KB) secara nasional. Keluarga Berencana menurut World Health Organisation (WHO) adalah tindakan yang membantu individu atau pasangan suami istri untuk menghindari kelahiran yang tidak diinginkan, mendapatkan kelahiran yang diinginkan, mengatur interval kelahiran, mengontrol waktu saat kelahiran dalam hubungan dengan umur suami dan istri, menentukan jumlah anak dalam keluarga. Pelayanan KB jangka panjang merupakan metode efektif pencegahan kehamilan, namun diperlukan adanya kontak langsung yang terganggu karena adanya upaya physical distancing.  Mengetahui pemahaman akseptor tentang baby booming dan tingkat pengetahuan tentang program KB Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik survei dengan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada akseptor terpilih di Kabupaten Semarang. Jumlah responden sebanyak 50 orang. Didapatkan sebanyak 35 responden (70%) memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang pengertian baby booming, upaya pencegahan baby booming (74%), pengetahuan yang baik NKKBS (78%), dan tingkat pengetahuan yang baik tentang program KB (76%).

Abstract

Optimizing human resources (HR) in digital marketing through the synergy between creativity and technology is an important strategy to create effective and innovative marketing campaigns in the digital era. Creativity plays a crucial role in producing engaging and relevant content, which is able to build an emotional connection with consumers as well as strengthen the brand identity. Meanwhile, technology allows for personalization, data-driven analysis, and efficiency in the implementation of marketing strategies. This study examines how the combination of human resource creativity and the use of digital technology can create a competitive advantage for companies. The results of the study show that companies that successfully integrate these two elements can increase consumer engagement, customer loyalty, as well as the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. From a conceptual perspective, this approach is changing the way companies view innovation and cross-functional collaboration within organizations, which in turn improves responsiveness and adaptability to market changes. The practical implications of this research are the importance of investing in the development of creative and skilled human resources in technology, to create a sustainable digital marketing strategy and be able to compete in an increasingly competitive global market.

Abstract

The number of Indonesian migrant workers departing from Japan has increased since the COVID-19 pandemic ended. This increase not only benefits the Indonesian people but also presents challenges when Indonesian migrant workers in Japan are repatriated. The main problem is the lack of entrepreneurial competency acquired by repatriated Indonesian migrant workers, which has an impact on unemployment. Therefore, in response to this phenomenon, the Community Service Team held outreach and entrepreneurship training activities for prospective Indonesian migrant workers in Japan to help them develop entrepreneurial planning competencies. The focus of these activities was on obstacles and barriers, financial literacy, and business planning. The results of these activities showed that 80% of participants had ideas for entrepreneurship after returning to Indonesia.

Abstract

This research begins with a discussion of imaging systems. Many user interactive systems are built with basic concepts. However, they fail to meet user needs or attract user attention. As a result, in the last few years, research has concentrated on new and up-to-date specifications that keep users attracted to the expected way to interact well. The system focuses on using a variety of mathematical methods to take images from a large collection of images based on color projection. Images are grouped into subgroups with threshold values before using the suggested technique. The combination of colors R, G, B is considered for taking images in this research through the observed results so that we can produce more effective results compared to previously existing ones.   Abstrak Penelitian ini memulai dengan membahas sistem pengambilan gambar. Banyak sistem interaktif pengguna dibangun dengan konsep dasar. Namun, mereka gagal memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna atau menarik perhatian pengguna. Akibatnya, dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, penelitian telah berkonsentrasi pada spesifikasi baru dan terkini yang membuat pengguna tertarik dengan cara yang diharapkan untuk berinteraksi dengan baik. Sistem ini berfokus pada penggunaan berbagai metode matematika untuk mengambil gambar dari koleksi gambar besar yang didasarkan pada proyeksi warna. Gambar dikelompokkan menjadi subkelompokan dengan nilai ambang batas sebelum menggunakan teknik yang disarankan. kombinasi warna R, G, B dipertimbangkan untuk pengambilan gambar dalam riset ini melalui hasil yang diamati agar kita dapat menghasilkan hasil yang lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan hasil yang sudah ada sebelumnya.
