Abstract

The purpose of this study was to partially and simultaneously influence customer service and service quality communication strategies on customer satisfaction at the Harapan Indah Jaya Medan Muslim Clothing Store. The population in this study were all customers of the Harapan Indah Jaya Medan Muslim Clothing Store using a sample of 54 people. To obtain data in the preparation of this thesis, the authors use the instrument; documentation studies and interviews (interviews), as well as a questionnaire (questionnaire). In analyzing the data using multiple linear regression, t test, F test and test of determination. Based on the results of the F test results for the variables Communication strategy and Service quality, it can be concluded that the variables Communication strategy and Service quality together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the t test, it can be concluded that the communication strategy and service quality variables partially have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The Adjusted R-Square value obtained is 0.358 indicating about 35.8% of the customer satisfaction variable can be explained by the Communication strategy variable (X1) and Service quality variable (X2). The rest (100% - 35.8% = 64.8%) is influenced by other variables such as facilities, prices, promotions and others which are not examined in this study

Abstract

This research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2019. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of Profitability, Liquidity and Company Growth on Going Concern Audit Opinions. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity and company growth on the Going Concern audit opinion of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2019 . The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2019, with a sample of 32 companies. The type of research data used is secondary data. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The research design uses descriptive and associative methods. The results of the (partial) influence calculation can be seen from the results of the -2 Log likelihood value of 14.412 with the Cox&Snell R Square value of 0.341 (34.1%) and the value of Negelkerke R Square of 0.588 (58.8%). This means that the independent variables namely Profitability, Liquidity and Company Growth are able to explain the variation of the dependent variable namely Going Concern Audit Opinion of 58.8% while the rest is explained by other factors outside this study.  The research results can be seen from the results of the chi-square value of 13.326 with a df of 3 and significance has a probability value of 0.004 which is smaller than 0.05 so that hypothesis 3 is accepted. It can be concluded that Profitability, Liquidity and Company Growth have a negative effect simultaneously on the Going Concern Audit Opinion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity Ratio on Net Profit Margin at PT Unilever Reporting Year 2018-2022. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk 2018-2022 which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which have been published. The samples in this study are the company's current assets and net profit margin. The results showed that the obtained tcount value = 3.049 which means tcount> ttable (3.049> 2.045) with a significant 0.003 <0.05 then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that the hypothesis (H1) shows the results of the current ratio has a positive and significant effect on net profit margin at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Simultaneously obtained F count = 6.099 and the results obtained for the F table are 4.17 So the results of the calculation of Fhitung ˃ Ftabel (6.099> 4.i7 with a sig value obtained (0.000 ˂ 0.05) then simultaneously the independent variable current ratio has a positive and significant effect on PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parents' social economic support on the motivation to study the accounting economy of public SMA Negeri 17 Makassar. The variables in this study are the parents' social economic support as the independent variable and the motivation of learning the accounting economy as the dependent variable. The population in this study is the entire IPS of SMA Negeri 17 Makassar. The sampling technique used the proportionate stratified random sampling technique, samples from the population were selected randomly and proportionally with a sample of 57 students. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis of percentages , instrument testing, and hypothesis testing. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the result of a descriptive analysis of social economic support of parents is 91.2% which is classified as excellent and motivation for learning an accounting economy is 97.1% which is classified as excellent. The result of simple linear regression analysis obtained by the equation model Y = 31.510 + 0.636X, which means that each addition of 1 unit of parents social economic support, the motivation of learning the accounting economy increases 0.636. From the result of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (r 2 ), the value of r 2 = 0.431 this means that the influence of a parent's social economy on the motivation of learning the accounting economy of 43.1% and the remaining 56 .9% is influenced by other factors. Meanwhile, based on the results of the Pearson product moment correlation analysis, the correlation coefficient is 0.656 and falls into a good category which means that there is a good relationship between the social economic support of parents and the motivation of learning the accounting economy of SMA Negeri 17 Makasar. Meanwhile, the result of the t-test analysis obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that parents' social economic support has a positive and significant effect on the motivation for studying an accounting economy, this hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by several factors, various studies on employee performance mention several descriptions of influencing factors, including work performance, career development, motivation, commitment and so on. Research on the factors that influence employee performance is very important. An in-depth analysis of these factors can provide insights for organizational leaders to design more effective policies and strategies. This research is included in the type of causal research, because in addition to measuring the extent of the relationship between two or more variables, this research also reveals the direction of the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Data analysis is quantitative or statistical in nature with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have been set. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the model fit test shows a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, it can be suggested that the regression model is an appropriate method for measuring the effect of career development, work achievement, motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance. The results of hypothesis testing that has been done show that the effect of career development on employee performance. The results of this test show that a positive and meaningful value is obtained from career development on employee performance. The impact of work performance on employee performance, the results of the analysis that has been carried out indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between work performance and employee performance. then it can be suggested that the regression model is the right method to measure the effect of career development, work achievement, motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

The development of a sustainable tourism sector based on local wisdom will be a solution in formulating a strategy by looking at the tourism potential of the Tomini Bay coastal area which has an impact on increasing local revenue. This study aims to determine the strategy for developing the sustainable tourism sector in the coastal area of ​​​​Tomini Bay based on local wisdom to increase local revenue in Bone Bolango district. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. The focus of this research is strategies in the development of sustainable tourism in the form of attraction strategies, human resource strategies, service quality strategies, market strategies, and partnership strategies. Data were obtained from primary and secondary data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. As well as using a SWOT analysis that is used to develop a tourist attraction development strategy. The results showed that the management of the tourism sector in Bone Bolango district had not been well managed, this was caused by various problems, both internal and external. Meanwhile, regional original income through the tourism sector has not been fulfilled properly. Attractive strategy so far the existing tourist attraction objects are still natural. Judging from the human resource strategy in the form of a lack of human resources both in the tourism department and especially those in tourism objects. The strategy for the quality of coastal tourism services in the Tomini Bay district of Bone Bolango is still far from being satisfactory and does not yet have a good market strategy. The partnership strategy in tourism development has not been carried out by the regional government of Bone Bolango district because currently the focus of the local government, in this case the tourism sector, is more on improving documents.

Abstract

The role of the Indonesian Waqf Board as an independent institution, born according to the mandate of Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf, carries a significant responsibility in advancing and developing endowments (Waqf) in Indonesia. This research is a field study employing a qualitative methodology. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observations, interviews, and documentation. Data validation techniques employ source triangulation. The results of this research follow the role of the Indonesian Waqf Board in Bandar Lampung City in disseminating financial waqf literacy that has yet to be maximized, as seen from the achievements or the ongoing activities that have not been consistently implemented. secondly, secondly the challenges faced by the Indonesian Waqf Board in Bandar Lampung City in enhancing financial waqf literacy including a need for a workforce and an available budget. However, if continued as before, it can still be carried out through letter distribution and the creation of brochures, banners and social media.

Abstract

Irresponsible individuals often misuse social media, but for university students, social media is essential, especially for online businesses. Students use derivatives from digital marketing, namely social media, which is supported by various applications for online business purposes. The methodology employed is descriptive qualitative research, and the data sources are primarily gathered through field research and supplemented by observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative research with a discourse analysis model. Discourse analysis primarily examines the "how" aspect of communication texts or messages. The discourse analysis focuses on analyzing the news text and understanding how the message is conveyed. The utilization of social media, which stems from digital marketing, is predominantly practiced by UIN Raden Intan students engaged in online businesses. They extensively employ social media to advance their business while recognizing the potential risks associated with social media and understanding its various aspects to prevent any detrimental outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the production process at Segar Doger Poncowati. To understand the implementation of halal certification or halal labeling for Segar Doger products in Poncowati. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of 1 small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) manager, 1 SME financial personnel, and 2 SME employees. The data analysis techniques involve data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. Production consists of providing goods and services while considering the values ​​of justice and benefits for society. The research results indicate that Segar Doger's output is based on ingredients such as freshly squeezed orange juice and granulated sugar as the main components. The production equipment is relatively simple and manual. The Halal Certificate held by Segar Doger is issued by the Lampung branch of the Indonesian Council of Ulama (MUI) and is valid for 2 years, requiring renewal every 2 years.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational support and organizational socialization on collective values. This study also analyzes the effect of collective values ​​on affective commitment. This study examines the mediating role of collective values ​​in the relationship between organizational support and organizational socialization with affective commitment. This study was conducted using a survey method, 68 respondents who were employees of the Kebumen Wijaya Kusuma Hospital participated in this study. Sampling used convenience sampling method. The method of data analysis was carried out using SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The findings of this study indicate that organizational support and organizational socialization are statistically proven to have a positive influence on collective values. The research results also show that collective values ​​have a positive effect on affective commitment. The mediation hypothesis in this study is also proven, namely that collective values ​​mediate the relationship between organizational support and organizational socialization on affective commitment.
