JPMI memiliki ruang lingkup nasional, mencakup berbagai topik seputar pemberdayaan kewirausahaan masyarakat yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengembangan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tujuan publikasi jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran-pemikiran dan gagasan-gagasan konseptual serta hasil-hasil penelitian yang telah dicapai dalam bidang pengabdian kepada dan pengembangan masyarakat. JPMI berisi berbagai gagasan, penemuan, dan hasil penelitian dari berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan baik oleh para mahasiswa maupun dosen Universitas Prasetiya Mulya dan institusi lain dalam menangani dan mengelola berbagai potensi, kesulitan, tantangan dan beragam permasalahan terkait pengembangan wirausaha masyarakat yang diselenggarakan PPKM Universitas Prasetiya Mulya maupun institusi pendidikan atau lembaga lain. Kegiatan pengembangan masyarakat (Community Development) yang diselenggarakan PPKM Prasetiya Mulya dan institusi lain, dalam konteks lingkup jurnal ini, melibatkan masyarakat sebagai mitra dan bertujuan untuk pengembangan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are trading businesses or economic activities carried out by individuals or groups of people who have a role in Indonesia's economic development. The existence of MSMEs which have a major role in the economy needs to be maintained and developed so that they can provide more benefits for the community and the Indonesian economy. The problem for MSMEs today is the lack of ability and knowledge in the field of accounting, especially in recording and making financial reports. The PKN STAN Community Service Program is integrated with the Student Work Lecture (KKM) conducted by the Ak 106 group to help MSME actors to have the ability to manage their finances. The activity focused on providing technical guidance related to the use of SME Accounting applications to partners who own Halal Mart SMEs in Duri City, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. The method used in educating the use of SME Applications is the training and visiting system (LAKU) method, intending to help partners record and prepare financial reports. As a result of these activities, MSME Halal Mart partners can use the Android-based SME Accounting application and realize the benefits and ease of recording accounting using the application.

Abstract

Koperasi Srikandi Roda Jatim is a cooperative consisting of women who work as Ojek Online (OJOL) drivers in Surabaya city. As an effort to prosper the members, this cooperative actively participates in the bazaar. However, it was found that the bazaar activities that were followed were not balanced with product sales, meaning that the product was empty of buyers. The target audience of this activity is cooperative members who live in Surabaya and require special attention such as having the status of a single parent, belonging to a Low Income Society (MBR), having children with special needs or disabilities. This community service activity is the implementation of SDG's no. 5 on gender equality and SDG's no. 8 on decent employment opportunities and economic growth. The problem experienced by partners is the lack of knowledge and skills of product arrangement display when participating in the exhibition. The purpose and hope of this activity is that the members of the Srikandi Roda Jatim Cooperative in Surabaya City have the knowledge and skills to displays when participating in the bazaar in the hope that the products on display can attract the attention of visitors and are interested in buying so that the standard of living and welfare of the cooperative members can be realized.

Abstract

Partners in this PKM program are culinary MSME actors who are members of the Pamulang Estat MSME Community who must survive during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Pempek Mama Dea Pamulang MSMEs and Bundes are members of the Pamulang Estat MSME Community as WUB (New Entrepreneurs) who need to get coaching from several parties including from the academic field to be able to become a better MSME. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide insight, training, and assistance such as optimizing the use of digital marketing in product marketing. The urgent problem currently being faced by partners is the lack of awareness and knowledge/insight into the use of digital marketing to support increasing income and surviving the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, in order to optimize sales through digital marketing, MSME actors need assistance. This Community Service activity uses mentoring and training methods with a service learning approach through material presentations, hands-on practice, and tutorials by the Community Service team face-to-face with strict procedures during the Covid-19 pandemic. Feedback from service activities by filling out questionnaires from participants. The result of the service activity is to market the products of MSME actors by optimizing digital marketing so that income increases. This activity provides benefits for participants, namely MSME actors in obtaining maximum knowledge/insight on product sales activities and can improve income.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to increase the capacity of BUMDes managers and improve the performance of BUMDes institutions in Kuindra District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The Service Method, using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PAR) method. The PAR method prioritizes the participation of BUMDes managers consisting of the Director, Secretary, Treasurer of the BUMDes from 5 (five) villages that are the target of capacity building activities in the form of training. There are 3 (three) stages of activities carried out. First, pre-test, participatory discussion related to the constraints of BUMDes management. Second, transfer of knowledge to BUMDes managers. Third, post-test evaluation of the achievement of activities. The result of dedication. Capacity building for BUMDes managers in this service activity has succeeded in increasing the capacity of the individual, organizational and capacity levels in the BUMDes management system. At the individual capacity level, BUMDes managers already have knowledge about the duties and functions as managers. Skills in planning business units, making financial reports using Microsoft excel. Meanwhile, at the organizational and system level, there is a change in the management of BUMDes based on existing regulations, structuring institutional administration, making decisions through village deliberations. The service team suggested to BUMDes managers to utilize village funds (DD), Provincial financial assistance (BANKEU) effectively in supporting BUMDes business development, explore village potential for business unit development by conducting business feasibility studies first, collaborate between BUMDes to expand the BUMDes market.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDESA) were established to manage village assets and other potential village-owned resources, in order to improve the welfare of village communities. BUMDESA's activities are currently growing rapidly, but on the other hand there are problems in recording and reporting BUMDESA's financial transactions according to Financial Accounting Standards (SAK). Studies on several BUMDESA in Mojokerto Regency, East Java Province, show that this problem occurs because of the limited accounting competence of BUMDESA personnel. Efforts to increase the capacity of BUMDESA's human resources (HR) are carried out through several activities such as socialization, visitation, mentoring, consulting, and accounting training as well as the introduction of BUMDESA financial accounting applications. The ultimate goal of this activity is that BUMDESA's human resources are able to understand accounting, and are able to independently apply the accounting process to BUMDESA's financial transactions in order to produce BUMDESA's financial reports in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP).

Abstract

Cases of sexual harassment have increased from year to year. The researcher collaborates with Lentera Muda Indonesia Community to develop a community service program in the form of psychoeducation. This psychoeducation aims to increase knowledge about sexual harassment. The participants of this activity are Indonesian people, totaling 44 participants. The results of this activity can be seen in the reactions where participants are active and enthusiastic in participating in the activity from the beginning to the end of the activity. The researcher hopes that this activity can also be implemented in various contexts and different settings.

Abstract

Industri pariwisata adalah salah satu pendorong ekonomi utama di Indonesia. Sektor bisnis khusus ini telah meningkat lebih dari dua kali lipat selama dekade terakhir. Industri pariwisata telah berkembang dan menjadi pendorong utama ekonomi dan fitur utama dari strategi pertumbuhan ekonomi pemerintah. Meskipun terdapat perkembangan pesat terkait sektor pariwisata, namun tidak seluruh potensi wisata di Indonesia telah berkembang dan dikenal masyarakat. Mengingat fakta tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan mengembangkan salah satu potensi wisata di Daerah Cianjur, tepatnya Saung Sarongge yang berlokasi di lereng Gunung Gede dan menawarkan berbagai jasa wisata. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif atas wawancara dengan beberapa pelaku usaha di sektor pariwisata di Desa Ciputri, Kabupaten Cianjur, Jawa Barat. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan kesimpulan perlunya peningkatan manajemen wisata dari empat aspek, yaitu : operasional, pemasaran, keuangan dan juga sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Implementasi otonomi daerah mendorong Pemerintah Daerah untuk dapat mengoptimalkan sumber penerimaan daerahnya. Pada tahun 2022, Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Kabupaten Kulon Progo merencanakan melakukan pemutakhiran basis data objek bangunan khusus sebagai dasar penetapan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan sektor Perdesaan dan Perkotaan (PBB-P2) yang baru. Objek pajak bumi dan bangunan prioritas pada tahun 2022 adalah menara telekomunikasi. Pemerintah Kabupaten Kulon Progo telah melihat adanya potensi yang besar dari keberadaan objek bangunan khusus untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dari PBB-P2. Saat ini hanya terdapat tujuh Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan tujuh tenaga kontrak yang menangani pemutakhiran data objek pajak dan keseluruhannya belum mendapatkan pembekalan atau pelatihan mengenai tata cara penilaian objek pajak khusus menara telekomunikasi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat di Kabupaten Kulon Progo dilakukan dalam tiga hari. Hari pertama, kegiatan dilakukan melalui pendampingan berupa pembekalan materi untuk persiapan praktik lapangan penilaian tanah dan bangunan menara telekomunikasi. Pada pelaksanaan hari kedua, dilakukan pendampingan melalui praktik penilaian tanah dan bangunan objek khusus menara telekomunikasi. Dalam kegiatan pendampingan praktik tersebut dipilih beberapa objek penilaian berupa menara telekomunikasi yang diperkirakan dapat mewakili varian objek PBB yang ada di daerah Kulon Progo. Dalam kegiatan penilaian lapangan ini, setiap kelompok didampingi oleh Tim Dosen PKN STAN. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada hari ketiga berupa pendampingan pemaparan atas hasil praktik lapangan penilaan. Kertas kerja Penilaian yang telah dipaparkan kemudian di review oleh Tim dosen PKN STAN.

Abstract

IAI telah resmi mengesahkan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK) Entitas Privat sebagai pengganti SAK ETAP. SAK Entitas Privat berlaku efektif pada tahun 2025 dan diizinkan untuk diterapkan lebih awal (IAI, 2021). Koperasi merupakan salah satu entitas yang diharuskan menerapkan SAK Entitas Privat. Mitra merupakan salah satu KUD di Desa Rambipuji yang bergerak di bidang usaha simpan pinjam dan penjualan kebutuhan pokok masyarakat. Beberapa permasalahan yang dialami Mitra, antara lain: belum memiliki pemahaman mengenai SAK Entitas Privat serta belum memanfaatkan media digital dalam strategi pemasarannya. Oleh karenanya, Tim Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) menjalin kerjasama dengan Mitra dalam kegiatan Sosialisasi SAK Entitas Privat guna Peningkatan Kualitas Pelaporan Keuangan KUD Rukun Jaya. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah dengan pendekatan participatory learning. Kegiatan PKM berlangsung pada Bulan Januari hingga Maret 2022. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyampaian materi oleh Tim PKM mengenai Strategi Pemasaran dengan Pemanfaatan Media Online (Digital Marketing), Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Koperasi serta SAK Entitas Privat. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap permasalahan Mitra, solusi yang ditawarkan Tim PKM kepada Mitra adalah memberikan pemahaman terkait penyusunan laporan keuangan koperasi dan mensosialisasikan SAK Entitas Privat serta penggunaan media online dan platform market place untuk peningkatan strategi pemasaran Mitra.

Abstract

The important for MSMEs in Indonesia for business sustainability through financial reporting in accordance with Law No. 20 of 2008 concerning Micro, Small and medium enterprises due to a lack of understanding in the Implementation of financial reporting based on SAK EMKM. Especially to partners during the epidemic in MSMEs in Cianjur, West Java, they really need it. Partner problems faced by MSMEs in Cianjur, West Java Province are as follows: First (1) MSMEs are still recording manually, have not kept books based on EMKM Financial Accounting Standards properly, still traditionally (2) Have not kept books in accordance with SAK EMKM Financial Accounting Standards . Solution to Problems First stage: Community service activities include preparation of training materials. Second stage: is the implementation stage, starting with identifying the level of knowledge and basic accounting by conducting questions and answers between trainers and participants plan-do-check-act. The third stage: Socialization of basic accounting and the practice of preparing financial statements based on SAK EMKM. The results achieved in this community service activity were MSME actors in Cianjur, West Java, business people were able to compile financial reports based on good SAK EMKM.
